All Star Tire & Auto Service
I have been using All Star Tire for over 3 years now and they have always been great. Their costs are always either comparable or less than other auto service companies that I've used and they always take the time to explain what they did to my car. Also, since I work downtown, I always appreciate the rides to and from work while they work on my car.

    LAWS TRUCK SVC
Car runs beautiful! I thought my battery was no good-it kept refusing to start and would need a jump. Mrs. Laws even came to our house to follow us to the garage to be sure it made the trip. The garage is a truly hard to find caring shop-very hard to find any garage that will work on my car-its a VW turbo charged beetle. Not many mechanics know how to work on them-I will definitely recommend them and have them perform all future work on my vehicle.

Best One Tire & Auto Care Of Grant County
Nothing special to tell about this visit, but we have 7 cars in our household and these guys take care of them all.  Best part:  they will tell me when something DOESN'T really need to be done--"If it were my car, I'd wait awhile ..." etc.  In my book, that's a trustworthy mechanic!

    MARION LIFETIME MUFFLERS
I decided to wait while they fixed my muffler, since obviously I didn't have a car. They were done in a little over an hour and I've never had a problem with my muffler since. If you want quick and professional service, this is the place to go!

    JIFFY LUBE
My wife took her Trailblazer in for an oil change and new wiper blades. She was in and out in about 30 minutes. The staff was nice and pleasant and offered additional services that she declined. They were not pushy and over aggressive.

    BARRY BUNKER CHEVROLET
My car was in an accident and had worked performed by an out of town repair shop.  after getting the car back, i noticed noise coming from the engine that wasnt there prior to the accident.  I took it to Barry Bunker and they looked over the car at no cost and made a minor adjustment in the engine to make the noise go away.  They were very professional and accomadating, especially since i didnt buy the car there or have it repaired there.

    Snider's Service Center
When i picked up my vehicle, 2011 Chev HHR, I was surprised that my care required a synthetic oil and that this was much more expensive than a regula oil change.  Brian explained that the manufacturer would void the warranty if synthetic wasn't used.  I am thankful he caught this, as other oil change locations (including a Chevrolet Dealer) did not use synthitic oil.

    TOM ROUSH LINCOLN MAZDA
It always goes excellent. They're so friendly and efficient, and they've always done great work. I've never felt like they've overcharged me either. They even have a nice waiting room with free coffee, television, and nice magazines. I have nothing but good things to say about them, and I've never felt they've taken advantage of me. I'd highly recommend their services.

    Zurcher Tire Of Marion
Have used this provider on several occasions and have been overly satisfied. They have always been honest and though the prices are not " cheap", they are always fair when compared to other places. They have never lied and have always done superb work. When they repair something, it is repaired. Have never had to go back to them for the same thing. Have purchased tires, had struts replaced, brake work, engine analysis, and I cannot remember all else. Once we took a vehicle in to have the brake pads replaced We did not ask them to check it because we were certain they needed replacing. They came back and said we still had a lot of wear left and only needed some brake fluid. We took up about 30 minutes of their time and they did not charge us one dime! They could have easily just replaced the pads and we would have never, ever known. That was over a year ago and the pads are still going strong. Would highly recommend this business if you want honesty and things repaired properly.

    Auto Repair Shop
I had bought the car in Ohio three days before moving, and on the day I moved, the engine blew. Fortunately, the car was towed for free (AAA), and my previous mechanic called around in Marion to get recommendations for a new mechanic. TNT was recommended, and Troy, the man in charge, was an amiable person who was very concerned with giving me a low-cost experience. However, I quickly discovered that Troy did not return or initiate calls with updates about my car. I occasionally called, and it seemed he had always just made a big advance or had a few leads, but my car ended up sitting in his parking lot for two months. I did not have another car, and they did not provide me with one. Troy was intent on finding me an engine at a lost price. Kias can be very difficult to find parts for this far from a major city, so I was patient. Finally I got my car back, and he ordered a few other parts for repairs. In between the repairs, I discovered that my air conditioning no longer worked. I asked Troy about it, and he insinuated that it was not his fault, and that it was a small repair that could be easily fixed once it started getting warm (this was in October). While the other small repairs were being made, we ended up in the same pattern of me waiting for weeks with no news, and finally I went to a family member's mechanic. This summer, I went to a new local mechanic for an estimate on fixing the air. This new mechanic made the assessment that the damage to the connecting tubes had been done by whoever had replaced my engine, with an estimate of $300 for the repair! Back to TNT, and after waiting a week for a call, I went by and received much better help from one of Troy's assistants. Just called today, and TNT is going to pay for the parts and work, and I will pay for the Freon. That's the last thing I'm paying them for.
