    Widener Plastering and Drywall LLC
They worked on two of our bedrooms that had ugly cheap paneling & hanging ceilings. YUCK!! WOW! I cant say enough good things about Eric and his team! Zero complaints and very affordable! Looking to hire them for yet another project. THANK YOU, Eric!!

Pat painted a large portion of the interior of our home, most of which involved walls 20' - 30' tall. Pat and his staff were outstanding. It was great getting to know Pat; he is very easy to converse with, and his staff are professional, reliable, and friendly. We would definitely recommend.

Charles was very prompt in getting back, extremely polite, but I was not there when the actual work was done. The work in two rooms looked great, although the rooms were SOOO dirty afterwards. Dust was everywhere and the carpet is totally gray from all the dirt. My banister is coated in drywall mud. The third room was not done well - the mud is buckling up in one area and there are chunks of drywall mud down the wall. Also, they broke a decorative window in the hallway but never said anything. It is almost a circular break, so I assume they hit it with a ladder or something. So, I am a little conflicted. The job is done, for which I am happy, but not exactly pleased with the outcome.

As usual Cody does great work.  He came out to assess what was needed, researched to find the right products, told me what to order, and then came out and got the job done faster than I thought he would.  Cody is very conscientious about finding ways to save his customers money, while also and importantly making sure the options for quality versus cost are understood.  Cody has a broad array of skill sets, and he has a network of resources established as well so he can research  the unusual situations that pop up. Cody is my #1 go-to guy for project I either don't have the time or skill set to do myself.

Excellent!  I needed to get this work done on fairly short notice as I was leasing the home within a couple of weeks.  Cody fit me in because he has done work for me in the past and he works hard to take care of his existing customer base.  Cody is great at sizing up what is needed and letting me know in advance if there is anything I can do to get materials or otherwise facilitate his time there.  He does high quality work, and doesn't mess around with his time.  He also is a very smart person about a lot of topics and an interesting person to talk to.  Cody has a broad variety of skills and is always my first choice for projects I don't have the time or talent to do myself.

    Jent Construction LLC
The drywall patch was repaired by replacing the drywall.   The porch post was stablized to prevent sporadic lifting, thus causing issues with the gutters.
The repairs were completed, but the drywall crack reappeared early in September.  In addition, the porch post dropped.
We immediately contacted Jent in early September 2013, and are still waiting for the company to return to resolve these issues.  Jent has returned phone calls but the repairs are still outstanding.  I am concerned the weather won't be cooperating if we wait much longer.

The contractor returned and has resolved the issues.  The workmen were very professional and easy to work with.

Pat and his super crew patched many drywall cracks, separated drywall seams and painted our entire house in eight business days! Pat is a professional. He was punctual, and did exactly what he said he was going to do, plus much, much more! I absolutely would use his services again and highly recommend him. His work exceeded our expectations in all areas. The house looks fantastic. The crew is polite and considerate in all that they do. They cleaned up and put things back in order when they were done. I was so pleased with their character, quality of their work and fair pricing, that I am recommending them to my 78 year old mother!  After getting estimates and meeting several different painters from Angie's List, I am so glad that we chose Pat and will do so again in the future!!!

    Wayne Schroeder
Thought I was hiring a general contractor and a 'construction crew'. Not even close! After talking to Wayne we came up with a project completion date which gave them 2 months to complete the entire project (more than enough time for project of this size). It's been three months and they still aren't done. The tear out went smoothly and quickly with multiple workmen on the job. After that was out of the way, so were they. They left the job for over a month while they took on other jobs for other people claiming they had to wait for permits and such to continue with my job. When they did come back to work their 'crew' ended up being 2 guys. Meanwhile the permit that was supposed to cost around $300 ended up costing around $1500. I'm not sure how long it took the state to approve the architectural drawings but I'm sure by the time they got them approved they were so busy with other jobs it took them another week or so to get back to my project. I was told for over a month straight that 'Next Monday 'they' are coming to cut the hole in the brick front for the windows and doors'. Nobody ever came....week after week of hearing this I finally told him to hire someone else which took a couple more weeks to finalize. He blatantly lied to my face for well over a month about when different things were going to be completed and when people were going to come and do work. All doors that were hung were more than a little crooked and the excuse that was given was that they were like that because the floors were uneven! Apparantly these guys were sick the day they taught about levels and shims in contracting school. Workers smoked while 'working' and the space stinks like cigarettes. If we hadn't pointed out all the little but common sense things like no covers on the outlets etc., none of those things would be getting done. There are things on our work list that we had him sign that he didn't complete, and he acted genuinly surprised about diff. things that I asked him to do that was spelled out clearly on his work list. If you need someone to do some painting, then go ahead and hire him. Do NOT hire this man as a general contractor, he subcontracts everything out and has no idea how to manage time or people. Just go out and hire a plumber, electrician, painter, indepentently, would be so much cheaper. Wayne is a nice enough guy but in way over his head when it comes to contracting.
