He did a great job. He gave me an estimate ahead of time so I knew how much I was going to be spending. Peter was punctual and got the job done. I will definitely be having him do more work for me in the future. He's a great handyman to have around.

    Danley's Garage World
From the beginning, I had a rep. by the name of, "Amman".  He was wonderful on delivering all the positive information I needed to hear.  However, once the contract was signed, putting it mildly, "All H*** was in store".  The communication process was lousy, made constant phone calls to inquire about start dates, and what I could expect.  The communication eventually became very contentious, on my part, as I was beginning to feel as though I was being raked over the coals.  Eventually, the project began but, again, it was all over the place.  I had a contractor to contact me directly, and ask me what I needed him for. What????  Oh no, this could not be happening!!  After I explained to this person what I was suppose to receive, he then asked for the dimensions.  Seriously???  This is where I told him to contact either Ammon, or Danley's as I did not employ him.  Eventually, the cement pourer came out, and did a horrible job of pouring the cement, and things were uneven.  I contacted my rep. again, and this time, he was punctual, and came out.  He appeared to be interested, took a few notes, and accommodated me with some gravel to cover up some of the carelessness of the contractor.  Finally, the garage builders arrive, no sign was placed on the property to indicate who was actually constructing the garage, which led me to think they probably didn't want anyone to know who was doing a bad job.  During the process, from the beginning to the end, I continued to get annoying phone calls requesting money, as if I was not going to pay.  But, how can you request money for something that is not totally completed.  Really?  So, the project was finally completed with many nightmares on my part, which I continue to have them about the unknown. I then contacted my county, as I was instructed by Danley, to get an inspection.  My county's exact words to me were, "Why are you calling?"  I then informed them as to the reason, which they then replied, " It is not your responsibility, it is the company who is responsible for the construction."  I was then told that Danley was supposed to get an inspection of the concrete laid prior to constructing the garage.  Again, they failed to do their due-diligence.  Since the inception of the gargage, I have had to call the electrician because whatever he did, affected other lights within the home.  Unfortunately, the electrician never showed up so, I had to employ someone else as well as pay extra money to get relief.  I had to also call for someone to come out on one of the garage doors at it malfunctioned, and would not close without a manual effort.  This was attended to, about two weeks after the first phone call, several other badgering calls from me.  (Again, hence the nightmares of the unknown) We are now about 3 months out since the completion of the garage, which was around June because again, we had to wait for service as different contractors had different sections to work on.  This was a very pricey item for too many problems, concerns, and future worries. I am currently in the process of having a cement driveway poured, and the provider actually questioned, and chuckled about the quality of work done by Danley, and mentioned, "They got you". How shame am I?.  I will be contacting the "Better Business Bureau" to hopefully save others from an expensive nightmare purchase!

    Vittatoe's Electrical Services
Early in June, Terry Vittatoe stopped by to discuss what I needed done. He was here 1.5 hours and walked with me in the house and the yard everywhere. He created an estimate and listed all items and emailed it promptly. We met at a store to choose lamps and new track lights together. The actual work began on June 12, and he and his assistant worked 9 hours. The work was continued on Sunday, June 14, by Terry and two assistants and took another 6 hours. The only matter to complete was to create a directory for the electric panel. This was not an easy job and took Terry and an assistant another 2.5 hours. We ran into a snag with a short, but Terry was determined to find the problem and succeeded.
I was very impressed by Terry's work ethics. He never gives up. He is patient and friendly, he followed up with emails and thanked me for also being patient. I can recommend his company without hesitation. He is also very thorough and perceptive, and we found some switches/outlets that should be replaced. This will be done in the future.

    T-Line Electric
Jesse arrived on time. If he was unable to run the electric the way we wanted it, he would suggest another way of accomplishing what was needed. Also if we didn't need to change something, Jesse would let us know that it wasn't necessary, it's not s safety issue, therefore, saving us additional charges. When the job was completed he cleaned up any mess that had been made.

    P G Electric LLC
I only used them once and I wasn't even home when they were here, but I was satisfied with their job. It cost $75 for the service fee. I think they were in and out in 10 minutes. They have to charge for half an hour or an hour regardless of how long they were here. They were very good. I thought their price was really reasonable. I was happy with them. It didn't take them very long to come. I guess it was the same day I called. My mom was here and said they were very polite and efficient.

    S&B Painting and Remodeling
Bob and Ryan not only saved the day but my whole Christmas Holiday! I woke up yesterday morning (the Thursday before Christmas 2013) to find that there was no water running in my house at all. That of course means no showers, dish washing, teeth brushing, pet feeding, plant watering and most importantly, no toilet flushing. Eww. I called every local electrician I could think of (some of whom never even returned my call) to get one disappointment after another. Almost everyone I talked to was overbooked because of the holiday and it looked like  my wife and I were going to have to tough it out and hold our noses until after Christmas which was still 5 days away. Then I remembered Angie's List.  I made a few calls but still no luck. Looking more and more bleak. My last call was R&B Painting and Remodeling.  I spoke directly with Bob who was friendly, assured me that beyond painting he had many years of experience with remodeling and specifically electrical work. When I explained the situation he was empathetic and told me he would get out just as soon as he could, within a couple of hours. New hope! He and his assistant Ryan showed up right when he said they would. They quickly assessed the problem and found a creative and permanent solution which may well have saved me several hundred dollars if not more. I was so impressed with the work and comfortable with both men that I asked them to give me a bid on another larger project I had been putting off for years. I look forward to working with them again and would highly recommend them. So now I can let my kids know the waters running and it's ok to come home and visit for Christmas! Yay Bob and Ryan!!!

    MB Electric Inc
This is the second and third time we have used MB Electric. They had scheduled the gas line to be installed a couple of days before the installation of the generator. They arrived as scheduled. Worked was professional and finished on time. That afternoon I ask for an estimate to install a pendent light over the kitchen sink. Two days later as scheduled, the light was installed, again very professionally. The installer even found a wire that had snapped in one of the 4way light switches that was giving us problems. This is a professional company doing quality work. It doesn't matter if you have a small job or a large one. The work is always high quality.

    McCormick Electrical Services Inc
One of the positive things with working with McCormick included their responsiveness.  They came out very quickly in this emergency situation. Two people completed the work in about 8 hours.  They completed the work very well and have not needed to come back out since.  They even allowed me to charge my phone in their truck, which was very helpful.  They cleaned up well after themselves and had a very professional appearance.  I found their prices to be reasonable and our insurance company cover everything electrical. They kept me in the loop on their progress and were right on the money in regards to how long it would take.  I would recommend their services to others.

    Barnes Integrity Enterprises
They came out quickly and assessed the damage...gave us a bid...which we quickly accepted...and they went right to work the next day! this job was completed in less than a week within budget. In fact, they found additional damage while working and quickly repaired that damage at no additional charge since they were already in the area where the damage occurred.
Their workers are friendly and professional. Their boss, Chris, is always available to assure that the job is done right and to answer any questions I might have.
I cannot say enough good things about these guys. Like I said, I have used them before for roofing, construction, insulation, etc. Every time they completed the job within budget, and within the time they said they would.
I would/will use them again in a heartbeat!
