  • On Sat. May 10, 2014 I purchased a new 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport I had priced a new 2014Subaru Outback at a Costco member dealer that was within a few dollars of the 2013 Hyundai and decided on the Hyundai because it was slightly better equipped , but primarily because i was told that I would be given free 5 year 60,000 free scheduled maintenance with the purchase. I signed a document providing for this free maintenance. When I left with the car, i noticed i did not get a copy of the maintenance agreement. I called the dealership the next day and was told it was mailed to me. I am one day's mail away from the dealership. I have yet to receive the mailing. Yesterday I drove to the dealership which is Rohrman Indy Hyundai on East Washington St. in Indianapolis Indiana and when I was given copy I saw that after I had signed the maintenance agreement it had not been approved by the Sales Manager and had been changed to free oil changes only. I was told that if I had purchased an extended warranty I would have received approval of this maintenance agreement. I had declined the extended warranty and at the time I noticed that the Finance Manager I spoke to even had the incorrect amount of the purchase price in the form to decline the warranty. I pointed out that the purchase price listed was incorrect and that I would be writing the check for the correct amount of the purchase per my agreement with the salesman. He contacted the sales manager and they said that the sales tax had not been added to the customer loyalty rebate I had been given. I stayed firm to the price I was given and finally they both agreed to let me purchase the vehicle for the quoted price. I had previously purchased a new Santa Fe in 2009 and had been given this free scheduled maintenance service as part of that sale, so i was not expecting any problem and had made it clear to my salesman (the same one I had in 2009) that it was a part of my offer. If the modified maintenance agreement had been presented to me on Saturday when I was about to pay for the vehicle, I would have declined the sale and purchased the Subaru. I am very disappointed with the Finance Manager and the Sales Manager in their less than straightforward conduct toward me. I have no complaints with my salesman as I knew him from previous dealings and he knew the price we had agreed upon and the agreement regarding the free scheduled maintenance. While I was once a loyal customer, my next purchase will not be a Hyundai based upon my treatment during this sale. By the way, I took back to the dealership a copy of the and quot;Out the Doorand quot; sales price document given me by my salesman and gave to the Finance Manager who seemed to have intimated that I was not stating to him the correct purchase price. He made no comment when I gave it to him this week. To my knowledge that document was written by the sales manager. I have yet to receive by mail the modified (after I had signed it) free maintenance document. If I had not driven to the dealership and requested a copy I still would not have it or know that it had been changed. Disappointed customer.

  • Went through but had to go for second time to get rest of bugs off front. On the second service the rear wiper flipped out and was bent by the cleaning. I honked but they did not stop the line. Manager said he looked but thought the wiper was down. I drove back to the office and the manager looked at the wiper arm and filled out a report (I got a copy of it). This was Friday. On Monday I got a call from the district manager. I faxed a statement from the auto dealer with the prices of a new wiper arm. Mike's sent a check to cover the cost and included two free washes on the house.

  • James Simmons performed the work quickly, returned vehicle in excellent condition. Office staff was very courteous. Price charged was very reasonable, even a bargain compared to similar work at other shops. I will return for work in the future. In fact, I have already been back with another vehicle. GREAT JOB!

  • I AM IMPRESSED THAT THEY COULD HAVE EASILY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION TO MAKE AN UN-NEEDED SALE, BUT WERE HONEST WITH ME INSTEAD. ALL WORK WAS DONE SOONER THAN EXPECTED AND HAS FUNCTIONED WELL SINCE. HONEST, QUICK WORK. I WILL RETURN WITH ANY FUTURE ELECTRICAL WORK.

  • OFFICE STAFF WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, OWNER OF BUSINESS WAS PRESENT AND SPOKE TO ME. ALL PEOPLE I DEALT WITH WERE VERY POLITE AND COURTEOUS. SPEEDY, ECONOMICAL WORK. VERY PLEASED WITH EXPERIENCE. WILL GO BACK, AGAIN.

  • I WALKED IN WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN ESTIMATE. I WAS ASKED IF I WANTED THE PAINT INSIDE THE DOOR FRAME COLOR MATCHED (THE AREA IS NOT VISIBLE WITH THE DOOR CLOSED AND BARELY VISIBLE WHEN DOOR IS OPEN). AN ESTIMATE WAS MADE AND GIVEN TO ME IN WRITING. THE JOB WAS ESTIMATED TO TAKE 2 HOURS. I ASKED IF THEY COULD FIT ME IN THAT DAY WHICH WAS DONE. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED WITH IN THE ESTIMATED TIME AND COST. I AM VERY PLEASE WITH THE QUALITY OF THE WORK AND THE CLEAN BUSINESS AREA.

  • THEY DID NOT NEED REPLACED AND I WAS TOLD HOW MUCH OF BRAKES REMAINED. A TIRE ROTATION WAS RECOMMENDED WHICH WAS DONE. TWO BURNT OUT LIGHT BULBS WERE NOTICED AND REPLACED. WASHER FLUID WAS TOPPED OFF AT NO CHARGE. BECAUSE OF QUICK SERVICE I ASKED IF THEY WOULD HAVE TIME FOR AN OIL CHANGE WHICH THEY DID. I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASE WITH THEIR COURTEOUS AND VERY HELPFUL SERVICE. THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY GOOD ABOUT KEEPING ME INFORMED OF PROGRESS AND DIAGNOSIS.
