Do not hire this contractor he is a scam. His name is Jack Sullivan and he has been sued and has many liens against his properties over the years. He has taken our $6000.00 deposit and has not replied to any communication. Stay away from this POS

    Simpson Co
John first came and helped me design the areas. Upon agreement of price, I put my order in and paid a deposit. A few weeks later the installations began. The installers were friendly, clean, and I was comfortable enough to leave them working in my home while I went to work. The bathrooms turned out beautiful. The tile were is perfect. The vanities-quartz tops are high quality. I receive endless compliments on my new bathrooms. My backsplash I LOVE!! I will return for more work to be done!

    Adams Construction Services Inc
Adams Construction Services is simply a wonderful company all the way around! I don't know if there are any other companies as good as this one out there, but I do know that you will not find one that is BETTER! I will recommend them to everyone! Their work is impeccable, they do NOT take shortcuts. They are HONEST, and thorough. If they find a problem along the way, they don't just ignore it, nor do they take it upon themselves to do what they want without asking you first. They consult with you about EVERYTHING before doing ANYTHING. Their staff/construction crew is hard-working, polite, friendly, helpful, and considerate. They work as much as they can around your schedule, and clean up every day after they leave. They answer any and all questions with patience and a positive, helpful attitude. We had a bathroom with a rotting floor, causing a hole through which we could see our crawl space below. So it needed to be completely redone, from floor beams to ceiling. We also needed a wall taken down in the kitchen to make it into a larger room. In both rooms, along with new flooring and new walls, we had completely new fixtures installed: shower, sinks, cabinetry, faucets, ceiling lights, fans, dimmer switches, etc. Through the entire time it took to complete the project, the owner, Thad Adams, checked in at least once or twice a week to address any questions or concerns, and to make sure we were happy with the progress. He also left us his number to contact him at any time, should we need him. As far as the cost is concerned, considering the company's work ethics, expertise, accessibility and the fact that they do such a thorough and fantastic job, their prices are MORE than reasonable. They excel at "good customer service". Now we not only have two beautiful rooms, but peace of mind as well. We could not be happier with our new kitchen and bathroom. They turned out even BETTER than what we could have imagined. They are absolutely beautiful! Nothing feels better than when you have found a company you can trust 100%. I guarantee, that Adams Construction Services, Inc. is THAT company!

The fellow's did a good job overall. It was a massive job. They did everything that I wanted them to do, but I didn't like their boss. He didn't listen to me, and insisted that I did this, that, and the other thing. He was pushy. I like the work that the guys under him did. He came around, inspected, and told them what to do. He wasn't very nice to his guys. They did a good, but I wouldn't have him again, just because he's the boss. He is a fast talker and writes down the estimate. When he was talking about the wiring for the fans, and being able to put the fans in, I thought that was going to be included in the price. I felt pressured, I did need a couple of ceiling fans up. It all works fine. I thought what he ended up charging me was nothing outrageous. I bought everything. I bought the lumber, and I met him at the stores. I told him what cabinets I wanted and he brought them here. It wasn't like anything was coming out of his pocket. He charged me to put the fans up, and it ended up costing me more than I had expected. It does look nice. I thought I would get some kind of tax break. The only thing that I could get a tax break on was replacing the air conditioning unit, and making it more energy efficient. It will hopefully make my house worth more. The man had a lot of energy. The guys doing the work under him were very nice, and they worked hard. There was a lot of work to be done to this house. Originally, I thought he was giving me a good deal, and helpful. I paid for it all a head. I paid for electrical and labor is what it amounted too. I paid ahead for the flooring. They were there by 10:30 every morning. I'll never do something like this again in the heat. we couldn't be inside because of everything going on. They were painting and thumping. The workers had a hard time understanding me and did fine eventually. He was recommended by other people.

He had done excellent work for me in remodeling two bathrooms.  I spent over $25,000 on that job and had talked with him a year or so later about converting my back porch into a sun room and building a deck across the back of my house.  I had contacted a company he had reocmmended to redo the entrance to our basement but did not want to have that started until I knew more about the rest of the work.  I expected the entire job to cost in excess of $40,000, probably close to $60,000.  I needed to speak with the contractor to get an estimate so I could go to the bank but he has never returned any of my calls. I will not call him again and am most disappointed.

    Nick's Remodeling Service
Nick was very professional and showed up exactly when he said he would.  The bathroom looks fantastic and I couldn't be happier.   I have a very old house and the bathroom was in awful shape after several attempts at updating it myself.  I finally called a professional and they came in and completely gutted it, replaces all of the drywall, tiled the shower walls and the floor, replaced the tub, vanity, sink, mirror, light fixtures, and door.  The quality of the work is really outstanding.

While he was here we talked about getting my master bathroom remodeled. I called a month later to see if he had a quote, he had no idea who I was. Came again and measured to give me a quote. I called several times to get the quote, and set up dates for him to drop by and discuss, he never showed. I had another drain issue he sent out his crew to fix. They fixed the issue and I was charged 100.00 again. I called many times to get quote, always told how busy he was. It's October and after several no-shows and excuses, I'm looking for someone else.

    Sunrooms and More
If I had to do it again, I would never ever use those guys. I wouldn't wish this company on my enemy. This thing was first started, initiated and signed in August 2013. The certificate of completion was signed in February 2014. This was the first time that I used them. There was no real planning. For example, I would talk to the coordinator on the phone. But, he never came out. My only dealing was with the guy who came to do the work. He was a third party guy that the company had hired. I don't have any issue with him. He came out and he did a fairly decent job. I didn't get the quality of cabinetry that I had originally desired. There was a selection book with some panels and stuff and pictures. So, we requested it to be a certain way. For example, with the cabinetry, there was like a crown around the top. My wife had seen this in one of the pictures that the salesman was displaying. But, when they put it in, they put in cabinetry that didn't require it. They said that for the crown molding, it should have been a shorter cabinet. I put in these long cabinets and so we got these things up. My wife was looking, "Where is the crown molding?" So, that was the issue. The owner came out and said, "Well, we can drop them down." But you've got these long cabinets. If you drop them down, they're going to be closer to the bottom cabinets. You've got to have some room underneath these cabinets. So, what happened - long story short, was that the installer said, "What we can do is, rather than drop the cabinets down two or three inches, we can just shift the door down." I said, "That's okay. Fine. Do that, if it works."  So, he did that. After everything was dropped down and he had put up the crown molding, it did look nice. We said, "Okay. Fine. We'll accept it as is." Then, some of the doors kind of shifted. Some of the wood in the frame of the cabinets cracked. So, after everything was completed, I'm calling the guy to come out there. I couldn't get anybody to come out and repair the issue. I would call week after week. Nobody would come out. Finally, some guy calls up. Some guy finally comes out probably about March or April. He comes out and he looks. But, he is a service guy that doesn't know about kitchens and stuff. He tried to adjust some stuff. It didn't work. He couldn't get it fixed. Supposedly, he was going to go and get back with me but never got back with me. I just got tired of dealing with them. I think I paid more for the length of time and the quality of cabinets. I didn't really follow up on it. My wife had some medical issues in the hospital with dialysis and stuff. So I just never did a follow up on it. Everybody that came, from the salesman, were always late. Always.

They started work on Oct. 22nd and  finished on Nov. 21st. The first thing they did was install a temporary wall and cover it with a tarp and plastic sheeting to contain the dust.

The work included demo of kitchen cabinets and counter top.  Removal of the wall between the kitchen and living room and install a  structural beam.  Remove existing flooring in the kitchen and laundry room and install porcelain tile. They put in all new plumbing, which included shutoffs, waterlines, trap and drain  and waterline for the new refrigerator and waterline and drain for the dishwasher and a washer box and shutoffs in the laundry room.  Installed new sink and garbage disposal and all the new cabinetry.

The electrical work included 11 LED can lights in the ceiling, under-cabinet lighting, 6 GFI-protected outlets and a USB outlet. They put in all the appliance connections and vented the range hood to the outside.

They patched, prepared and painted the walls in the two rooms.   They did a lot of extra things that came up along the way and always with an upbeat attitude.

The guys showed up on time every day, worked hard 7 days a  week, and was always totally professional.  We are planning to have them back in the spring to do our two bathrooms.

It was truly a pleasure having them work in our home.

It was a good experience. We had problems with people calling us back, and they were about the only ones that did that, although they were much higher than everybody else. The work turned out pretty good. Somethings that we found that we didn't like, they came and fixed those for the most part. For the money that we spent, there were a few things that I thought could be better. The interactions with them was great.
