    From the moment my email was answered, until Matt & Charlie walked out my door,I was treated with the upmost respect. Lauren was the consultant I met with. What a smart informed young lady. Lauren listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions in the most simple terms. She was very patient,I felt very much at ease with her. She presented her recomendations that would best suit my needs. She was unsure of a specific issue and didn't heistate to inform of of this . Lauren called Ken(owner) to get his input. Together they both came back the next day to assess the issue. ( Lauren had already earned my business, she just didn't know it yet!) They then presented the solution, again in simple terms! HIred!! Installation dates and times were finalized. As the installers showed up smiling, they each introduced themselves;Matthew,Thomas and Charles, what courteous young men! They gave me the plan for the day and right to work they went. Lauren stopped by to check on things. They were very careful to keep their work areas clean and safe. I was immediately consulted with all concerns that arose. I was given options and explanations. There were some serious plumbing issues brought to my attention that I would never have know about until they had become emergent!! They even let me know when they were going to lunch! At the end of the day I was given a report of the days work,the plan for the following day and who would be coming. Second day same as the first,work,work,work,smiles,smiles smiles! Except now we're on even friendlier terms; Matt,Tom & Charlie!! Final Day,job finished I was given a tour of the work. I was given tips and how to's, all my questions answered! I can't say enough about this company. Earl would be proud! I had done some research prior to reaching out for estimates. I then had five estimates for high efficiency furnace & AC replacement. Their estimate was within $500. of the other four. Their professionalism and dedication to my HVAC needs were above and beyond!!

    Technician was a little behind schedule but did call to let me know he was on the way. He figured out the issue pretty quickly, changed out a defective part, added Freon and thoroughly cleaned the unit. This was a big relief as we have our house up for sale and I was dreading having to buy a new a/c unit. Have used Earl's in the past for service and to put in a high efficiency furnace. Would use again.

    This was the worse company I have ever worked with. It started with them not getting the proper permits even though I reminded them many times they needed them. Then they failed the inspection from the HVAC inspector miserably. They were going to leave a huge hole in my ceiling. When they finally passed, but the system is worthless. They have come back a few times and have not been able to get the system to work as they promised. The A/C cannot even maintain 10 degrees below outside temps and they promised 30. They first blamed my filter. Then the unit which they turned the blower way up on so it sounds like a jet engine. Finally my insulation which, I made them well aware of from the beginning, and was assure it would just not be as efficient but give me the desired 30 degrees below outside temp I needed. They also added 2 new runs into a room that are completely ineffective. They promised to make sure I had enough CFM in there but never checked it as they promised they would. I would never use them or recommend them. I WASTED MY MONEY on them, the new system is as loud as my old one because they had to crank the blower up to try to get the little cooling I do.

    Steve at Earl's was great. He did a great job getting the air conditioner working and was very nice to my wife explaining what he did. Earl's was very responsive and came out right away to fix the problem. I would use them again!

    Showed up on time, left no mess, very reasonable price, finished the same day and he did a great job! I would recommend him and absolutely use him, again. He is very nice, polite and answered all my questions.

    Couldn't be more pleased. Rich was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything that would need to be done beforehand. He is the owner and also does the work, and obviously takes great pride in his work. He arrived at 8am, and left at 9pm. He went above and beyond, he even moved dirt (which was 20 feet away) to set the a/c unit on. He made sure everything was done before he left, even clean up was great, and he had to be exhausted by that time. His price was slightly higher than one of my other estimates but he is SOOO worth it. Definitely a fair price for the service. I wish all service providers could be this great! Thanks again Rich!

    seemed to start ok. in the offer the Freon pressures are supposed to be monitored which was not done nor the cleaning of the condenser. the next day I used my air conditioner to have it just freeze up on me. which more then likely are because the Freon levels are not where there suppose to be. because this is a new unit all I heard from the tech is that they should be good. now I have to call another company which I hate to have this service done again. I'm not blaming the company because I have a leak but this would have been known if the test had been done in the first place.

    serviceman said I needed freon. Installed freon. ran good for 48hours. After 48 hours a/c stopped cooling. I had another another HVAC contractor come out. Said the condensing unit was shot needed to replace unit.

    Service Appt was scheduled 8a.m.-10am. Dave the lead service tech, was here prompty at 8 and introduced himself, he was a very nice professional guy. He  explained what he was going to do., he proceeded to check inside filters and thermostat. He explained to me in detail why the parts needed replaced and used a diagram which was very helpful. Dave used shoe covers inside and brought a door mat for cleanliness.Impressive. Avery good experience and will use them again for my winter furnace checkup.

    Service tech. arrived on time the day of appointment and he was very friendly.  He started his inspection and was pretty thorough but to my surprise he found a cracked heat exchanger so all cleaning and inspection stopped there, as per the law he couldn't do anything further.  Very glad he took the time and found a major problem but can't comment on the cleaning part of his visit as nothing was cleaned.
