    Very pleased. Dennis arrived exactly at 9:30am as scheduled. Our carpet is 17 years old and we are preparing to put the house up for sale. He ran into problems with stretching as the carpet would not pull up next to the tile. They did the best they could and it does look better. All rooms were cleaned and make the carpet look 10 years younger. Dennis needs to fix the oil leak on his truck as it leaked oil on my concrete driveway. My big complaint is that he wore an IU cap into a house owned by Purdue graduates. In spite of that, I would hire again if we were staying in the area.

    It is the exception when everything is exactly as we wished or better. However, if needed, they are very responsive to our comments. We continue to be VERY satisfied with the service Cleaning 2 Perfection provides.

    Everything went great! We were in such a rush, moving day was on Saturday and i'm calling carpet cleaners the Tuesday after Christmas AHHHH! Not too mention both my husband and I work and the only day we had available was the Friday before. I tried calling the larger chains, they gave me a general price, they said they needed to hook up to my water, and they could only schedule something after the move. I called about 4 different places and Dennis (the owner) was the first person to ask me about room size. He said he could measure but with our schedules we couldn't sync up in time so i gave him room dimensions and he did his best to quote me based on that alone. The price shocked me at first so i verified with those bigger chains, this time I gave them the room sizes (which they never asked for), and guess what the prices doubled! That would not have been something i wanted to find out day of. We are first time home buyers, this was never really a service we needed before but Dennis was so honest and helpful I don't think I would let anyone else do it. With the move being the next day I was concerned about drying time but Dennis gave us some tips to help with that and by Saturday morning everything was dry and ready to go. Thank you again Dennis!

    The windows were fabulous and stayed that way for a long time. The screens were rinsed off but not what I would have considered clean. Nothing was done between the screens and windows with the frame and sill. In addition I had to go around cleaning up drops of dirty water that were on the inside sills (which I had not expected to be done).

    This contractor was hired to fix our house on a fire restoration project. He claimed the whole project would be done 3 months after he received payment. The fire occurred in early April of 2016 and he was paid in August of 2016. We weren't able to move back into our home until October. Additionally, we had countless problems with work being done in a very lazy fashion or just plain incorrectly and having to have it redone. We spent our first night home with no heat because he forgot to connect the gas back to the heater. Shortly after, the dryer wouldn't dry because he forgot to reconnect the gas. The plumbing under my sink came apart and flooded my kitchen after he put in the new dishwasher. The walls were painted the wrong colors and had to be repainted, as well as the floor being stained the wrong color and having to be redone. There are scuffs all over our cheap cabinet doors and have been since they were installed. We went the entire summer with no gutters on our house and now, several months later, we still haven't had the gutter guards installed, the shoddy gutters that were installed leak, some of our soffit still isn't up, the paining on the home exterior isn't complete, and this isn't even a complete list of everything wrong. All of my texts and calls go ignored and his employees have informed me that he owes them back pay. Additionally, the last response that I got from him was that he spent the money from my job to complete other jobs and now he doesn't have the funds to complete my job until he gets paid from other jobs. I can't even change insurance companies because this is holding me hostage because the claim is still open. The permit will be a year old next month and will expire. My lawyer has informed me that the next steps are to get a few estimates from other contractors of the cost to finish the work and sue to get that money back so I can get out of my contract and get the work finally completed. Whatever you do, please do yourself a favor and do not use this contractor. This entire last year+ has been a nightmare.

    We have used this company for MANY years now. Naturally, over that period of time there has been minor issues. I mention this only to express how grateful I am with their response. In addition, we have had occasion to request schedule changes. Again, they are nothing but responsive. We would not keep doing this if we were not so fully satisfied.

    Purchased a deal to have all vents cleaned and sanitized and dryer vent cleaned. Mladen came out to perform the service. He called the morning of service to ask if he could come early. It worked out well with our schedule. When he arrived he had me walk him around the house to show him where each vent was. He explained exactly what he was going to do. One of our vents had been painted shut, but he was able to get it open so the duct could be cleaned. He was very professional.

    (1)  showed up and did job as promised. Cleaned gutters an downspouts  Problem week later when Had to call roto rooter and discovered smashed downspout guard (expanded metal type) and a piece of rag had been dropped into downspout (which connects into main drain) had snagged on clay tile joint between house and street I was standing there when roto rooter man pulled rag and drain guard  from drain. Cost Me 400 bucks !  They then ran camera thru drain no other problems.  (2) Came to Home cleaned gutters on garage and house and cleaned windows and screens. Problem was when went to put screens back in distorted and bent some of the frames and did not put spacers which center screens back in place. Found some laying in the windows some laying outside my house under the windows. I contacted Bren Mark left msg. What I assume was owner called Me back and listened to My tale of woe.  What I heard Back was How House 1 Had his best Man on the Job and surely would not have done that seeing as how he was his most reliable man and never had any other problem and surely new better than to drop those things down the drain ! House (2) also had a reliable man on the Job. Yes did have problem replacing spacers but my wife (whom was laid up at home recovering from knee surgery) did not know how they went back in either ! Lets see here NOT HER JOB !!  Ok well at the end of my lament Owners reply after extol of the the virtues of his employees was " Well What Do You want me to do ?" Well Your Business Your Employees Your Call !!                 My Call   Iam out an extra 4oo bucks and fix the screens myself and NEVER use Bren Mark again and to let everyone else who will listen to or here my tale of woe not use them either!!!  Hard to Get good Help these Days OH THATS RIGHT that's why I joined Angies List                   WHATEVER

    Kevin was great! I am putting my house up for sale and wanted to have my carpets cleaned before hand. I showed Kevin all the areas I needed cleaned during the estimate. He said he could do all the work I wanted for $159. Which I thought was great. Kevin showed up about 20 minutes early and answered all my multiple questions. He was curious and very professional. He finished all the work in a timely matter and everything looks beautiful. I would highly recommend him! Thanks!

    The employee that was send to do the work did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable on how to do the work.  In fact I was impressed by what he knew about his cleaning equipment and supplies. He also cleaned around the edge of both rooms and the stairs with an edge cleaner. This guy is good at what he does.
