Car Inspection reviews in Hobart

I drove around to the oil change entrance and there's three guys talking. The doors were down so I couldn't pull in.  One turns around and gives me a blank stare for a good five seconds, then proceeds to open the door, guides me in, asks me what service I need.  I say, basic oil change.  So I sit in the waiting area which is pleasant, however, about ten minutes goes by and out comes mr. blank stare, trying to sell me a transmission flush.  I say no thanks, he grimaces and walks away.  Another ten minutes goes by and he walks out and asks me if I want to replace some license plate lights.  The price is about $5/light, so I give him the go ahead. Another ten minutes passes (by this time, I'm a little annoyed, an oil change should be about fifteen minutes MAX, at least that's what Grimmer's in Schererville does, who are still number one in my book)  He tells me I'm ready to go.  I go up to the front counter where a lady is making a personal phone call, without saying "someone will be with you shortly" she just walks away.  I wait about 4-5 minutes before someone from the shop walks out to check me out.  I ask him about how much would it cost to replace struts/mounts.  He replies, I have no idea, they do that next door.  I found this to be kind of ironic considering there was at least three different posters for advertising their brand of shocks.  So I enter my car and see that they left the old oil change sticker up and put their new one up next to it (why? just take the old one down).  I look over their itemized report of what they did.  By the way, it did not have the fee for changing the license plate lights on the bill.  I checked to see if they replaced the lights, nope, of course not.  (why would you go out of your way to try to sell me something, me agree, then not perform the service without mentioning it?) I looked at the bill and the "services checklist".  Next to the cabin air filter, it says "REC REPL", which no one recommended me to replace it.  I am truly sure they did not check the cabin air filter because you need to take an entire lower half of the dash board on the passenger's side to access it.  On the bright side, they did the oil change and filled my wiper fluid.  So I got home and checked the car later, there were oil spots on my garage floor.  Okay so maybe they made a mess in the engine compartment, oil is messy so I checked the engine compartment.  So the entire section below the new Valvoline oil filter is covered with oil and my wiper fluid reservoir cap was unplugged.  Now I am left wondering if the filter is not on tight/screwed on wrong, there is oil in the entire lower half of the engine.  I am fearful of driving the car in case there is more oil that will leak out.   I hope I do not get stranded on the highway tomorrow.  Congrats, you are now known as the Duke of Frustration.
