  The services they provided were questionable. He overcharged me for lawn care. The owners attitude was poor. There were weeks when it was clear that they had not cut the grass, (I could still see the tops of dandelion weeds that were not trimmed back) but he charged me anyway. I paid my bill but complained to him about the service. His excuse was that they weren't going to readjust the blade for each individual customer. I asked for bi-weekly service but he did not want to provide it. He ended up telling me that if I wasn't satisfied with their work I could find another company, which I did do. The final straw was when he waited outside my home for me to arrive home from work to collect payment.

  I contacted them via phone to arrange an estimate. They left a written quote in my mailbox. I contacted them again via phone to let them know I was interested in their services and asked that they let me know when they could begin. I did not hear from them; they just showed up one day. The maintenance of the lawn was average. I would send the payment each time they left an invoice. My last contact with them came when they did not leave an invoice for services performed. I contacted them via phone and left a voice mail message asking for the invoice. I did not receive a phone call back or an invoice to confirm the amount due. I waited more than two weeks for a phone call or for the invoice to arrive; in the meantime they did not cut the grass. They never responded so I sent the payment late with an approximate twenty dollar overage as I was not sure of the actual amount. I contacted the company again via phone leaving a voicemail message to let them know to apply the overage to my balance. Even after several phone calls and voice mail messages left for them I never heard from them again.

  R Lawn Care Service

  I contacted R Lawn Care Service via email through their website to enquire about what I considered a big job of trimming back some overgrown trees and a lot of overgrown weeds in the back yard and behind the garage. They replied a few hours after I sent the email, came out the same day to look at what needed done and gave me the estimate. Three days later I contacted them again to let them know I accepted the offer and they were out within a few hours. I was at work when they came out, and when I came home that evening I was blown away by the work they had done. The crew did everything that I had asked and with great attention to detail, including edging the grass along the sidewalk and driveway which I hadn't even requested. They cleaned up and hauled away everything. I am very impressed with the work they did and will definitely use them again in the future when needed.

  I don't remember the exact date or price.  I do remember that I was very pleased with the work done and how pleasant the workers were.  They were prompt, courteous and cleaned up the area.  I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

  They were supposed to be here in the AM. When it got to be 12:15 I left for and appt. When I returned there were two confused workers trying to do something to justify their costs. I had wanted to talk to them before they started the work so they would know exactly what to do and what NOT to do. They weed-whacked some ground growing vines. As a matter of fact almost everything they did was with the weed-whacker. I have no problem with them not being on time, only that they should have called.

  I get a lot of times away from my Indianapolis home and so I had to rely on him to keep up the snow removal and yard while I was out of town, and he’s been pretty good about that.  His coming out varies.  If the grass has been growing real fast, he doesn’t cut it until it needs it.  He doesn’t trim the bushes the way I like it though.  There were a couple of times I had to call him because the grass got long.

  Jesse and his crew were extremely professional and polite.  He also consulted with me during the whole process and was always on time.  I can't say enough about the quality of the job and my experience.  NO construction nightmare here.  I will be using Jesse for all my home maintenance jobs, including but not limited to grass cutting, snow removal etc.

  Jose Nieves

  He removed an old dead tree and replanted a boxwood. He had another worker with him.They pulled my weeds, repositioned solar lights and put down all new mulch. They also trimmed 3 other small bushes I had. I thought they did a beautiful job. He was reasonable, professional and made my front landscape very well manicured.   He (and his crew) did a FANTASTIC job. The price he charaged was very reasonable.   He's very personable and thoughtful. He communicated to me everything that he was going to do, and did everythng in a timely manner.  He cleaned up and hauled all the debris away.  We've already planned the next job this fall (tearing down a deck).  I also plan on using him to build a patio in the spring.  Jesse is now my go to guy!
