  The repairman/tech was very polite. He assessed the problem quickly. I received detailed instructions on how to proceed once he left since the unit needed to be unplugged for a time. My refrigerator is working well now. I would call them again for repair.

  I got this company's name from a friend of my husbands, double checked with Angie's List, of course!, and gave them a call.  They were very responsive, came out that week.  The repairman, Sam, was very thorough, practically taking apart my dryer, to determine the problem.  Then Dave and Sam were back in the one week they estimated with the part, and even cleaned out all the lint in my dryer, fixed a few hoses and changed hoses on my washer that were rusting (i would have never noticed!).  All done very close to the price they first quoted me.  They are now my go to guys for appliance repairs!

  This was one of the most pleasant repair interactions I have ever had. Dave was able to provide us a no cost solution to an issue with the detergent dispenser on the washing machine - no trying to sell us something we didn't need. He knew EXACTLY what the drainage issue with the fridge was and repaired it quickly. He even ran out to buy the drawer lid we needed replaced. He was friendly, neat, and professional. In addition, he talked to us about how things worked and why certain things were happening. He even removed a bunch of frozen condensation from our freezer that I didn't realize was there. Cost was very reasonable. I would HIGHLY recommend DBH Appliance.

  It was okay.  Our problem was we had to kind of fix it ourselves anyway but they did make another repair on it but it was one of things where we were going to have to re calibrate the temperature on the oven ourselves.  They were very responsive and got us scheduled.

  We bought a washing machine and refrigerator over the past 3 years. We always have excellent service, I think because it is family owned and they treat you like family. Best prices for same brands. Great delivery guys, very professional. Normal repairs needed on new appliances and old we bought a long time ago and their repair tech is the BEST. My mom uses him too for her old appliances, dependable, trustworthy, and always knows how to fix it! You can't get better than this homey feeling store with good products, service, and a great repairman

  DRyer went out- I called Roger on a weekend and he called back in a timely manner.  He set a convenient date and came to fix the machine.  He was pretty sure it was a simple fix.  He made the simple fix and the machine worked for about an hour- he then realized the other part was needed (he was hoping I would not have to buy the extra part).  He returned promptly and made the final fix.  Very fast, efficient and friendly. Came all the way from Hobart to Highland.  Trustworthy- highly recommended

  He is a great and a nice guy. He has been out here twice. He fixed the refrigerator one time and replaced a garbage disposal the second time. His price was very reasonable. He has done a good job. He is real easy to work with and very punctual. He makes every effort to squeeze you in if you have an emergency.
