    Norm's Plumbing & Heating Inc
Excellent! I called a few hours ago with no rush intended. Kraig showed up and was like a white tornado! He fixed the faucet and gave me the bill which I was surprised to see was so reasonable! Thanks Norm's you will be my forever plumbers!

    Perma-Seal Basement Systems
I had a kitchen sink that was draining very slowly and would back up. Additionally, I had a laundry tub that was draining very slowly. Jason & Chris promptly came to rod pipes. They both were professional and answered my numerous questions. The rodding of kitchen drain took longer than I expected because the kitchen drain did not clear immediately. They were were patient and worked through the presenting issues with both the kitchen sink and laundry tub. They also spent time after rodding pipes to look at a potential future project. I look forward to using perma seal in the future.

    Reichelt Plumbing
Reichelt PlumbingWe recently had a Reichelt Plumber out to fix a leak in gas line. When the guy showed up he didnt even have the required tool to check. He was called specifically for that reason. He wanted to go back and bring but said it will be on our time and the mileage plus the $40.00 charge. Fortunately NIPSCO GUY happened to be around and he found the small leak. Reichelt didnt do anything except to cut a small piece of drywall to tighten a pipe per NIPSCO guy. After an hour of standing and doing nothing he handed a bill for $254.00. We had to use our credit card to get rid of the guy ASAP. Otherwise if you let him stay in our house any longer we may have to sell our house to pay these money hungry thieves. BEWARE of this unscrupulous company STAY AWAY.

    Complete Sewer and Drain
Horrible. I should have known better as from the start the person handling the calls kept saying someone would call me back and they did not. I called on a Saturday and they said they would be out by 11. They finally came around 4pm. They said the drain was fine and that the drain was bad and needed to be replaced. We agreed to rain being replaced. They were not able to finish the job on Saturday and said they would be back out on Sunday. On Sunday they said more pipes were bad and I asked if the plumbing would still work without things overflowing and I was told yes but the pipes really needed to be replaced. They told me that the home owners insurance will cover it. I gave them permission to do a small section (drain and 6 feet). Monday they tell me that they cannot do just that part and now all of the pipes need to be replaced. I asked them to stop and I would contact my homeowners insurance. They told me that it needed to get done and told me that my homeowners insurance would take care of it. Monday they said the pipes would be done so I could use my washer, dishwasher, and kitchen sink. I let them know I filed a claim with my homeowners insurance on Monday. Monday evening the work was not done and approx 17 ft of pipe in my basement was torn out. They came by again on Tuesday to lay down the pipe they were supposed to have fixed on Monday. I paid the job in full because they said that the insurance would definitely cover it and it I prepaid they would just write a check to me during the site inspection and this was usual practice. Tuesday evening they told me that they needed something different and they would have to come back the next day. The insurance adjuster came out on Wednesday and I left work early to meet him. He said that the work was not covered. Brad told him that he had just had the insurance company cover this within the prior 3 months. He said he would provide me with claim numbers of jobs that he had completed recently that the same insurance company covered. He left and said he needed to pick something up and would be right back (around noon). i called back at 2:12 PM and he said he would be back within 15 minutes. I have tried to call and have left messages with both Brad and Kevin and no one has called back. I am not able to use anything in my house, including my toilets as the water just dumps out of the pipes into the trenches that they created. My husband and I looked at a approx 10 ft section of pipe and there does not appear to be any corrosion and the pipe appears intact. We now have no working sewage/drain lines, I cannot get a call back, and we are out $8550.

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling - Chesterton
It went reasonably well. The gentlemen seemed to have some trouble explaining what he was going to do. Although he had trouble articulating, he seemed to know what he needed to do. The faucet was installed correctly without difficulty.

    Mann Made Plumbing, Inc.
My hot water heater was just about 20 years old, still working (not well), but on its last legs. I decided to go with Mann Made after reading great reviews on Angie's list. I placed my order through Angie's List at 10:30 a.m. and by 1 p.m. my hot water heater was being replaced. Mind you this was not an emergency or anything, this is how quick their response time was. Joe and Anthony were in and out in a little over an hour and did excellent work. I have hot water again! I will gladly recommend Mann Made to anyone looking to replace a hot water heater in the future. Thanks again for such a pleasant experience.

    City Sanitary Sewer Cleaning
The first time I used this company in March 2017 was good. They charged me $150.00 The second time was awesome which was on 10/18/2017. My daughter's tub and toilet were clogged. I called and talked to the owner and he sent a tech out within the hour which was amazing for me since it was my day off and I didn't have to wait. The technician Adam was very professional and worked on the main line and cleaned everything out. When it came time to pay, he said I did not owe a dime since they have a year warranty on the work they do. They had come out in March and a different technician had done the work. I could not find my receipt so Adam called in to the office and they found that they were at my house in March 2017 and that the one year warranty was good. I would have NEVER known that if he didn't tell me. These people are honest, trustworthy and reliable. If you ever need your lines rodded/cleaned out, please call them. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!

    The Phillips Corp
He had a few glitches. However the very same day came and fixed everything not letting one day pass. To me that means a lot for a company to take care of a problem immediately. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them again to put my plumbing back together after I have my cabinets installed.

    Meyer's Heating and Cooling
They put a condensate line in my attic due to a collapsed drain a slab house. It was not insulated and so it froze in the winter and burst. Water was coming into my attic and finally damaged the drywall and came through the ceiling into my house. I was told the condensate line was only under 1 year warranty so I had to pay for a repair. However, the repairman did not find both leaks, even though he said he had checked the rest of the line. As a result I had more water come into my attic and more damage was done to the drywall and I had to have another company come to repair a second leak. By this time, I did not trust Meyers any more to do the job.
