    Evans Tree Care LLC
They were great. They have an arborist who was very knowledgeable, gave me advice (separate charge) and gave me an estimate of work to be done. The work was quickly scheduled, the crew was hardworking, friendly, careful and they have great equipment. The cost was very fair for the work done. Over the years I've had many tree services , but none who did such a great job. Wish I'd found them years ago.

    THOMAS IRRIGATION INC
First, they do good work. They have great crewman who courteous, neat and respectful. However, while I'm not entirely familiar with the industry they are in, Thomas has a policy that they service their "contract" people first and then push the "non-contract" people to the back of the line. We were introduced the the "contract" policy last year when they closed our sprinkler system for the year. Our previous vendor went out of business the previous year and my recollection is that my wife found Thomas to start up the system last year and then called them to shut it down in the fall. In the shut-down process, they found a few/several heads that needed to be replaced and they did a great job with this. At the time, my wife was introduced to the idea of signing a contract for the shut-down / start-up together. I believe there was a discount for doing this, if we opted to do it at that time. However, the repairs on the system added up to an amount that made it so we couldn't afford the extra "contract" fee to start up this service. When my wife called this year to get the sprinklers turned on, she was asked if we had a contract (which we didn't because we couldn't afford the added $ on top from the fall service), and was told that we'd have to go to the back of the line in a somewhat dismissive manner. To my wife, while we didn't have a contract, we did have at least two seasons of history as a client - which should count for something. I guess this is their business strategy, and I can respect a company's choices on how they do business. But I can tell you that my wife felt that, unlike the guys that actually show up and do the work, this interaction was very off-putting. Thankfully, it was a cool and somewhat wet spring because we were not turned on until June, several days/weeks after we called to schedule the service.

    Brian's Tree Service
Old tree . They brought a climber and crew and were amazing. There is a garage and shed and wires. They were very careful not to damage anything. Friendly and conciderate. I would hire them again anytime. Estimates were professional and very reasonable. All well explained and cleanup was excellent. They were later than expected but did call.

    Brian's Tree Service
I was a little apprehensive as I never met with anyone prior to the job. They came out and provided an estimate. The estimate was the lowest of the three I received. I called to accept their bid. They called back and told me the date and time they would be out. Again, I was a little apprehensive as I did not meet with anyone or sign any documentation. However, the day came and they arrived right when they said they would and they did exactly what I wanted them to do. No damage done to my house and clean up was good. Overall, very satisfied with the services provided by Brian's Tree Service. I would definitely use them again.

    J & E Landscaping Services
Overall, I give them an A, for their dependability, because?they?never once failed to come out.?They?don't sweep up the sidewalk or anything like that.?They use a plow and remove it, and they will put down salt if you want it.?They?only charge $30 a time.?That includes the driveway and across the front and the city walk.?They're pricing is an "A" because?they?are very reasonable.?On the quality,?they're?not terrific?in terms of giving that?I?got?a $50 lawn mowing,?I?mean?they?do $25?worth,?I?feel like?I?get?my money's?worth.?On punctuality,?if?we?ask them to come?before?work?in the?morning?they?will be there.?They?will have the snow plowed?before?work?in the?morning.?So,?if?we?set that up and say?if?it?snows?we?want?it?before?work?in the?morning?and?they'll be out there at five in the?morning.

    Justin's Tree Service LLC
They were very quick, speedy, and neat. We were happy with the results. The cleanup went very well. Their price was also very cheap. This was our first time using them, and would absolute recommend them. There was nothing they did wrong.

    WALKER'S LAWN SERVICES INC
I contacted them via phone to arrange an estimate. They left a written quote in my mailbox. I contacted them again via phone to let them know I was interested in their services and asked that they let me know when they could begin. I did not hear from them; they just showed up one day. The maintenance of the lawn was average. I would send the payment each time they left an invoice. My last contact with them came when they did not leave an invoice for services performed. I contacted them via phone and left a voice mail message asking for the invoice. I did not receive a phone call back or an invoice to confirm the amount due. I waited more than two weeks for a phone call or for the invoice to arrive; in the meantime they did not cut the grass. They never responded so I sent the payment late with an approximate twenty dollar overage as I was not sure of the actual amount. I contacted the company again via phone leaving a voicemail message to let them know to apply the overage to my balance. Even after several phone calls and voice mail messages left for them I never heard from them again.

    Mike's Maintenance & Lawncare LLC
The services they provided were questionable. He overcharged me for lawn care. The owners attitude was poor. There were weeks when it was clear that they had not cut the grass, (I could still see the tops of dandelion weeds that were not trimmed back) but he charged me anyway. I paid my bill but complained to him about the service. His excuse was that they weren't going to readjust the blade for each individual customer. I asked for bi-weekly service but he did not want to provide it. He ended up telling me that if I wasn't satisfied with their work I could find another company, which I did do. The final straw was when he waited outside my home for me to arrive home from work to collect payment.

    Burke Lawn Care, LLC
The first appointment had to be delayed due to bad weather. They called me several times updating me as to when they would be able to do the job. The did arrive on schedule on an alternate date and did a great job. They were polite and professional. I would not go any where else for lawn care from now on. Super company.

    R Lawn Care Service
Great service. Always on time, and they clean up everything before leaving. We had one minor incident, but they were very professional, and took care of everything. They are the best. Very reasonable rate also.
