    The painting was done in two bedrooms, hallway and the living room. They did an incredible job. It took two days. They were very neat and cleaned up each day. They arrived early each day on time and ready to work. The job looked better than I thought it would. I would definitely hire them again.

    The team was professional, prompt and conscientious. Louis and his team of Gustavo, Soloman, Andrew and Marco were very detail oriented and took the time to get everything right. They were all very patient with the questions posed to them by my husband and myself and did a great job of explaining the process. They always showed up when they were supposed to and did a great job cleaning up after each day. I highly recommend them and hope to bring them back to do interior painting.

I���ve always held to the fact of letting the professionals do it, and this certainly falls under that umbrella. The guys were extremely polite and very professional. They took great care, and due to their vast experience, made a job that seemed daunting to me, seem like a formality. Let the pros do it, and this organization is very professional. Thank you very much���I will be calling again, and I didn���t even plan to, until I seen the result.

    Painting seemed to go fine and wal through was quick and looked OK. Till I looked more closely. Then contacted JonDec. Took more than a week and another email before I received the response I was promised, and that was only to schedule the visit with the painter and the field supervisor. Altho I was asked what color trim I would like, I did not find out until the day the job started that the trim in the bathroom (previously painted white) was not included in the proposal. So that added to the cost. Afterward, there were multiple blebs in the paint on the bathroom walls. The area between the top of the vanity and the wall had not be properly cleaned out after skim coat was applied and the joint was raggedy. The paint around the towel racks had gaps, showing the old surface. Field supervisor told me that was from pulling the tape off. Oh well. I asked if they remove the towel racks to paint, and he told me no, because the little screw gets lost or it doesn't get tightened back correctly. WHAT? The porch windows were painted shut. The field supervisor said windows are checked for opening bo"th before and after painting, implying the painter had done this. I said the painter never tried to open the windows. Then the painter admitted he had not, but said he "slit" the paint, but it must have not been dry and so it rolled down and sealed the windows shut". The front door trim on the porch was not painted. The field supervisor said that was because I didn't ask for that to be painted. RAW WOOD IN PARTS, PEOPLE! There were multiple pinholes around the porch interior door from staples for electric wiring that had been removed. I pointed out at the end of the first day that the holes were still there. Painter told me he would fix that with a second coat the next day. Not so. When this was pointed out to the field supervisor and the painter, the painter (falsely) stated that he DID fill those holes, that I stood there and watched him. I did not stand and watch him at any time. The field supervisor told me I was disrespectful because he couldn't answer certain of my questions and I scoffed at him for his weak replies. He absolutely refused to have the painter paint the trim around the front door at no charge. REFUSED FLATLY. To be fair, the painter is painting two wall areas that he missed on the porch, and repairing all the other sad things that he did. However, this is no way to keep customers. I wish I had a larger platform to speak out about the poor customer service and non-professional employees.

    It went great. Michael couldn't have been nicer. He and his team were great. We even had a piece of trim to replace. He took a picture, matched it up, then painted and installed it. Would definitely hire them again.

    Joe painted the entire interior of our home. Most of the original walls were veige, but one was a very dark burgandy/brown. The results were perfection! The coverage was complete and the ceiling/wall lines were amazing. Other family members have even noticed the straight lines and absence of any wiggles on moldings, etc. Noteworthy, also, is how safe I felt with him in my home. I was often there while he worked, but also trusted him to work without me home.

    Rhema Painting did an excellent job. The attention to detail was incredible. Even did extra work without charge to make sure finished job was flawless and perfect! Could not ask for a better dry waller and painter! Love my new bathroom! Painter went beyond my expectations because he paid attention to the smallest details. He made sure I was completely satisfied with the job by having me review it every step of the way.

    Rick Remaly Painting
    Rick Ramaly scheduled service for Sun 10/18 8am, needed to reschedule due to "mechanical problems with work truck".  I agreed to the offer of coming the next Sunday 10/125 8am).  Sunday Oct. 25th 8am came, they were a NO CALL- NO SHOW.
    I called the company, left a VM and no returned call. After 1hr,  I sent the following message via Angie's List and still have YET to receive a call back or response to date:
    "Hope Tolbert10/25/2015
    GM, It is now 9:00amCST on Sunday 25-Oct and your company was to be here at 8amCST per your confirmation on 20-Oct. I have received no communication from you regarding this now 2nd missed appointment. I will be cancelling this order and requesting a refund of the amount paid from Angie's List. My feedback will be left accordingly. H.Tolbert"
    The Offer Assistance team was great in getting the amount I paid transferred to another, and hopefully more professional company to get my needs met. 
    Not a great 1st Angie's List experience AT ALL.
