    They are horrible. We have had nothing but problems. We just keep losing our service; we lose our Internet, TV and phone all at the same time. When one goes out, they all go out. Sometimes it will happen 10 times a day and sometimes every few minutes for an hour. It is just ridiculous. It is real variable; we never know when it is going to happen. There are some days where it just keeps happening all day long every few minutes. Sometimes, we will go for a week and it won't happen. Sometimes, it will happen once during the day. There is no predictability to it. We had them come out once, and supposedly they changed the line. Then it was okay for a while, and then it got really bad again. We are in the process of telling them now that if they don't get something fixed, we are going to switch to somebody else. The price is probably average. I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody.

    My television was patchy. I also had problems with my internet service. Since I complained, they had to rewire everything. They came in and we had not had any problems since. If I asked the serviceman a question, he would asked his manager right away.

    I called and the lady said I had a disconnect order for the next day. I said that I wasn’t having anything disconnected. I told her that somebody made a mistake because I wasn’t disconnecting anything and to stop the order. The next day they disconnected my DSL and my telephone line. I’d had that number for 40 years and they gave it to a neighbor. My neighbor wasn’t delighted because he had his number for a long time and he had to intercept all my calls for 3 weeks. It has taken me better than 25 hours of cell phone time to get the problem rectified. It is pretty much okay now except for my voicemail which they disconnected and are having problems reinstating. Their remedy was not to charge me for the DSL or phone that I didn’t have in January. I said that was all they had to compensate me for all the time and what about all the cell phone minutes I had used. As of yesterday they said they might split that cost with me.  It was an inadequate gesture. I did nothing to bring this on and they could at least bring me whole and pay my cell phone carrier for that time. I was the wronged party. I don’t know if they have corrected the TV and the voicemail is still not corrected but the DSL line is back. The worst part was that when I first called the gentleman I talked to, whose name was Keith, told me that it couldn’t have happened. He said that in order for them to give my telephone number away they would have had to have gone through the FCC so it couldn't have happened. I said then why didn't I have a phone. Then he told me to stop cussing and I hadn't said one profane word but I was about to. I was definitely not a happy camper. They kept putting me into Uverse when I followed the prompts and I didn't have Uverse. I refused to accept the Uverse and I think that was part of my problem.

    I've only had it a couple of months but I have never lost service and have had no problems with getting online. They've been pretty good in the customer service department.
