    Perma-Seal Basement Systems
I had a kitchen sink that was draining very slowly and would back up. Additionally, I had a laundry tub that was draining very slowly. Jason & Chris promptly came to rod pipes. They both were professional and answered my numerous questions. The rodding of kitchen drain took longer than I expected because the kitchen drain did not clear immediately. They were were patient and worked through the presenting issues with both the kitchen sink and laundry tub. They also spent time after rodding pipes to look at a potential future project. I look forward to using perma seal in the future.

    Ken-Rich Concrete Lifting and Repair
Great, they did everything they could to make it as even as possible. They had to jack about 10 different slabs. We used them last year to lift the four corners of our garage as well and they did a great job with that too.

    Complete Sewer and Drain
Horrible. I should have known better as from the start the person handling the calls kept saying someone would call me back and they did not. I called on a Saturday and they said they would be out by 11. They finally came around 4pm. They said the drain was fine and that the drain was bad and needed to be replaced. We agreed to rain being replaced. They were not able to finish the job on Saturday and said they would be back out on Sunday. On Sunday they said more pipes were bad and I asked if the plumbing would still work without things overflowing and I was told yes but the pipes really needed to be replaced. They told me that the home owners insurance will cover it. I gave them permission to do a small section (drain and 6 feet). Monday they tell me that they cannot do just that part and now all of the pipes need to be replaced. I asked them to stop and I would contact my homeowners insurance. They told me that it needed to get done and told me that my homeowners insurance would take care of it. Monday they said the pipes would be done so I could use my washer, dishwasher, and kitchen sink. I let them know I filed a claim with my homeowners insurance on Monday. Monday evening the work was not done and approx 17 ft of pipe in my basement was torn out. They came by again on Tuesday to lay down the pipe they were supposed to have fixed on Monday. I paid the job in full because they said that the insurance would definitely cover it and it I prepaid they would just write a check to me during the site inspection and this was usual practice. Tuesday evening they told me that they needed something different and they would have to come back the next day. The insurance adjuster came out on Wednesday and I left work early to meet him. He said that the work was not covered. Brad told him that he had just had the insurance company cover this within the prior 3 months. He said he would provide me with claim numbers of jobs that he had completed recently that the same insurance company covered. He left and said he needed to pick something up and would be right back (around noon). i called back at 2:12 PM and he said he would be back within 15 minutes. I have tried to call and have left messages with both Brad and Kevin and no one has called back. I am not able to use anything in my house, including my toilets as the water just dumps out of the pipes into the trenches that they created. My husband and I looked at a approx 10 ft section of pipe and there does not appear to be any corrosion and the pipe appears intact. We now have no working sewage/drain lines, I cannot get a call back, and we are out $8550.

Andy was great! Very informative and explained in detail what I would need to do to correct the issues. The team was courteous, prompt and quick. The work was done well. I will use them again when I need my driveway redone.

    American Beam and Steel
The job was done excellently, and each step was described so that I would understand why specific work needed to be performed. This really helped with understanding the cost breakdown. The job was done within a week (one day for cutting and pouring the concrete, 2 for letting it dry, and one day for installing the structural beam). It was excellent, and I will be using this service again for any other framing needs.

    Ken-Rich Concrete Lifting and Repair
We worked with a number of different people at the company. Everyone was on the same page and communicated extremely well. From the sales person who came out for the estimate, the office staff confirming and communicating the appointment, the supervisor that stopped out several times during the job and the on-site crew working the job, everyone was nice, professional and a pleasure to work with. They showed a true interest in getting the job done right. Also very fair on price based on all the quotes we got. We will definitely refer friends, neighbors and family 100%. Thank you Ken-Rich, job well done

    A Dependable Custom Carpentry, Inc.
It went great. We have called him back for several jobs: roof the house, build a new large garage, (from ground up), replace doors, windows, gutters, facia, he built new overhangs for our front and back doors, he built a custom new shower with a beautiful tile design, three skylights also that we enjoy every day and he did drywall work for us.

    Above Board Construction
I had a flood in my basement and called them to come out and restore my basement (flooring, drywall, electrical etc). When they came out, they cleaned the basement out, hauled some junk, used a sump pump, put in an electrical box and put up some light fixtures. That was it. They were supposed to put drywall in and do flooring and sealing. My insurance company gave me a check to get the work done for 43,000. They took the whole check and did less than 10,000 dollars worth of work. I got a lawyer and I settled out of court for only 5000 of the original 43,000 they took from my insurance company because I didn't want to pay the exorbitant legal fees.
