  • Worst customer service I've ever experienced.  No, really.  The Worst.  Everything from dumpster dropoff to pickup times was a fight with the (owner?  sales staff?) person answering the phone.  At the dropoff, they wanted me to pay in full.  Fine, no problem.  I waited until 7 PM for the driver to drop off the dumpster (this is a house I'm flipping, I don't live there).  I gave him a check for the amount in full, then he has me sign a small receipt with chicken scratch writing that says something to the effect of "if dumpster is loaded in any area over the top of the dumpster or the weight exceeds XX tons or pounds, we will charge you extra..."  OK, the top of the dumpster thing, every other service I've ever used just says, "don't fill it too high", and put a tarp on it and take it away.  And, as to the weight of the materials, really??  Weigh every piece we throw in? Really?  The driver would not give me a copy of the invoice/receipt, he said, "This is mine!!" when I was ripping a copy of the invoice from the pad for myself after I signed it.  I told him I needed an invoice for the work for tax purposes.  He said that I should wait 10 days (!) for the check to clear and then accounting would send an invoice.  Guess what never showed up?  If you guessed "an invoice" you are the winner!!

    Stay away!  I saved $25 vs. my regular dumpster guy

    (and who knows, I could still get an invoice with additional charges for weight.  I took pictures to show that no material was over the top of the dumpster).

    Every person I encountered thru the process was rude, indifferent, and/or not worthy of anyone's business. 

    STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

  • Ken ran diagnostics then saved all my files,downloads, and browser settings.
    I had upgraded to Windows 8 from Windows 7 over a year ago. Did not like windows 8
    Ken reinstalled Windows 7 and ran all the Windows updates - very  time consuming.
    He put all my files and download in a Salvage folder - very easy to use.
    He installed CCleaner, Defraggler, Malwarebytes Anti Malware, and Emissoft anti virus/malware programsd 
    He explained everything he did and recommended frequency to run the programs.
    My laptop is now humming like a top- and running better than new.

  • I needed an estimate for this work for a bank refinance. He came out in the dead of winter and provided an estimate. As soon as the weather broke, he came out and evaluated the work. He did scraping and power washing on one day. He came back the next day, primed the areas to be painted and painted. He was thoroughly professional, pleasant and a perfectionist. Everything looks perfect.

  • I'm summing this up as one review instead of three separate ones.
    The first driver (A) that we had was courteous and professional, and spoke to my son like he was a person, not a baby. This is a big deal in my household, and I appreciated it very much.
    The second driver (B) was his polar opposite. Driver B was rude, talked over me, demanded that I provide him with exact change (and even went to a gas station without verifying that I would do this for him, when it's his responsibility, as a driver). While I was in the store, I left my son in the vehicle with the driver because my son (a six year old) was tired and didn't want to move around too much, due to his dental procedures. The driver and his friend (who I was later informed was another fare, but they spoke as friends, and one doesn't preclude the other) went on a tirade and used a lot of foul language while I was in the store. When I returned, the person in the passenger seat of the vehicle went into detail about the way an athlete committed suicide. Again, this was in front of my kid.
    Upon calling to discuss the drivers, because I wanted to commend driver A and express my frustration with driver B, the dispatcher heard my complaint and then actually asked me what I wanted him to do about it, essentially stating to me that people are people and there's nothing he can do about their professionalism. I asked to speak to someone else. Surprise, this was a supervisor.

  • I like their customer service. I've been with my hairstylist, Myra, for 20 years. She does a good job. The price is a little high at Salon Capellani, in my opinion. It's not extremely high but it's on the high end. I will absolutely use them again. I referred my sisters.

  • I called several companies for tear down a shed/car-port on my daughters property, her home is 4-sale and was an eye sore.  Ruiz met me at her home for estimate and I was starting to run late for an appointment, He gave me a price and we talked about what I wanted, he did not want to remove the extra lumber scrapes that was in the shed, I said to him " what am I suppose to do with it???" and told him to take it, he also did not say that he thought that the soffit would be damaged.  I wanted to wait for all of the people I called to give me the estimates, he asked what was the cheapest estimate I had gotten was and he side he would do it cheaper if he could do it right then and there, I was running late now and against my better judgement and we needed the shed down ASAP I went ahead and told him to tear it down.  After my appointment I went back and the shed was gone, looked nice, at first, then saw that the soffit needed repaired, I have no idea what it looked like once the roof was taken down, when the shed was the the soffit looked like the shed was attached to it, so then he wanted another $210 to fix the soffit which I had to pay for!  They came the next day to do that work, then I saw that they had put all of the scrape lumber behind the garage and didn't get rid of it, Ruiz's son even said he didn't know why "dad" didn't just take that too.  the son helped me take this out to the street, then the town wouldn't pick it up either! so I called Ruiz and asked that he pick it up that I had spent a lot of money more than the orignal est.  I also mentioned what his son had said, he said he wouldn't pick it up without more money shortly after that I got a call from the son, his father was screaming F bombs in the background, and asked why I repeated what he said to his father!  They never did come and pick-up this extra stuff that I thought when I said "what am I going to do with it"  I ended up having to cut into small pieces and put into garabage cans for the town trash it pick up.
    DON'T ever let someone talk you into doing something right then and there, tell them you have to think about it or check with a spouse.

  • This place is not a US Cellular store...yes, it sells US Cellular phones and services but the corporation has no control over their services and actions.  I got totally $%#@ there and went through a big hassle to try and resolve things.  I couldn't even get the manager/owner to return a phone call.  They have a huge US Cellular sign outside the store but then "Wireless Central" in little letters on their door.  
    After many hours on the phone US Cellular sent me to the REAL US Cellular store down the road and I was able to take care of everything as the manager their was understanding and even though he didn't sell me the phone he was willing to exchange it for me.  
    Bottom line:  don't go here, just about 5 or so miles away is a corporate US Cellular store.  I've been with US Cellular for 11 years and have no problem with the company, this review is directed only at Wireless Central NOT US Cellular.

  • I liked the variety of packages that they offer. I like that I do not have reliability issues any more. It was easy to switch over. They set everything up without any charge and they worked my schedule.

  • The funeral was a nice one but I wasn't too happy with the upkeep of the place. As it is a rather old funeral home, it seemed very musty and moldy. The man who helped us was very patient though but I wouldn't recommend using them again because of the atmosphere, which I deemed not as modern as most places are now. I don't wish to discuss the price at this time, but can say that it was reasonable.

  • I was very pleased with both the professionalism and the support they gave us. We knew everything we were getting in to and the rates and closing costs were not a surprise to us. I do not wish to put down the charges at this time but as I said, we received exactly what we were looking for and we highly recommend them to others.
