  • Steve replaced the "Glick" Spring and did other work too. Mr Banks told me It would be a long time before he could begin repairs. He then kept the clock for a week on the wall in his shop in the fine jewelry store on SR 135 just South of County Line Rd to make sure it was working properly. It was. He called me from time-to-time to keep me informed as to my position on the waiting list.

  • I asked them to make a sign for me and they refused because they said it was political. There were four words I wanted on the sign and none of them involved any person, organization or movement. They objecyed to my using of the word Indiana as in the state of. Apparently they do not believe a person should be able to express their views on how our government is run. This is censorship pure and simple. So if you want a sign made better be sure you won't upset anyone or else these people may not make it even though their name is not on the sign.

  • Excellent! While it was a bit difficult to get a move scheduled (only because of his extreme busyness), james did a fantastic job moving my 1000 lbs gunsafe from my 2nd story apartment. He was very professional and went the extra mile. On delivery / setup, he not only cleaned and polished my safe, but he suggested elevating the safe slightly to keep the bottom from rusting (AND he provided and placed the high-density 'pucks' to do that at no charge!)

  • The lady who helped me got on google and pulled up a picture of my mailbox. She told me the size/color of our mailbox and the color/font of our address on the box. We wanted to replace our mailbox with an identical new box. I gave her my credit card and someone came and installed our new box on our old post two weeks later. Easy.

  • Excellent work. Steve arrived right on time, made an effort to show me the work he would do and how my clock functioned, and completed everything within a couple of hours. I could tell he truly loves working with timepieces and that gave me a lot of confidence the job would be done correctly. Since then, the clock has worked perfectly and I plan to have Steve return in a few years for another checkup.

  • I was supposed to receive it back within a month's time. One day I called to get the status of the lamp repairs and shade restoration. The people at Exciting Liting advised me they could not find it and would give me a return call in a few days. During that time I went on vacation, when I got back, I gave them a follow up call. At this point I was advised there was no paperwork, no lamp, no shade. It was gone. They wanted to give me a replacement lamp and shade to cover their losing the lamp from my family member. I would not take another lamp there.

  • I had emailed (and got a quick response, by the way) and then called Bob. I explained what the issue was and he told me he thought it a screw came loose - which is suppose to be common on the 7D. It was nice to know up front that he had the experience to identify the problem and, better yet, how to repair it. His estimate was more than fair and he said he could have it done quicker that i thought it would be, I was fully prepared to have keep my camera and get it fixed. Then Bob took a look at my camera and found out it was NOT a camera issue - but a battery issue. He suggested getting a new battery that is coded to work with the 7D (some are not - I did not know that). Then to top it off he didn't charge me. Today i learned two things. Make sure any replacement batteries are "coded" to work with the camera and, more importantly, i learned where i will ALWAYS go to get my camera equipment fixed. Fantastic experience.

  • The planters they were to dig up, one they couldn't even dig up. Then with the mulching, they just mulched over top of the grass, they also left the leaves. They didn't do everything that they were hired to do, but they billed me for everything. They were very unprofessional. It was very shocking! Looks like you leased your yard to a bunch of kids that didn't know how to do lawn care!

  • The process was very easy. You go to their website and pick out all the necessary details about your mailbox. They email you a quote and you pay for it over the phone. It was extremely efficient.. The only thing that was a bit of an issue was that they were going to call prior to the install and they did not. I did not have an existing mailbox and the quote includes removal of the old one. I asked for a discount, but was told that they don't offer one.

  • I was extremely pleased with Angela's service.  She is personable, friendly, engaging, and genuine.  I found it very easy to be comfortable and open with her.  I think coaching is an "art".  A coach needs the right personality and skill set in order to help their clients probe and discover things about themselves.  Angela has that skill set.  She also has the right "tools" to help her clients properly assess themselves.  The entire process was very enlightening.  I've stayed in contact with Angela after our sessions were complete.  She continues to be a source of networking and information.  I highly recommend her.
