    "HUCKSTERS"...Don't be fooled by the "professional" sounding sales talk... like a "used car salesman" - they only your money... are not honorable. " Called... needed hearing aids sent back to factory - under warranty (only 8 weeks old) - only would do it if I paid an additional service charge! I CALLED THREE OTHER DEALERS - NO OTHER AUTHORIZED DEALER CHARGES FOR THIS! Recommendation: go to a company that cares - is service oriented - and stands behind the manufacturer products that they promote - and therefore are honorable!

    Monesmith, Dr. Eric
    Dr. Monesmith said that surgery was needed without attempting any other routes to improve pain, such as physical therapy. I have since researched the diagnosis that he gave me. All of the sources say that most pain may be relieved with nonsurgical measures. He belittled me. He told me that fibromyalgia was not real. He told me that CRPS would not occur with this knee surgery, then his staff had read a paper that had possible complications of surgery. CRPS aka RSD was on this list.

    Their policy is to collect $100 from new patients and $50 from existing patients at each visit even if there insurance will cover the visit. They also collect this from patients even if they are in global period. I believe this policy is unethical and fraudulent. I believe that there are probably hundreds of patients who are not aware that they are stealing money from them. I believe that they should be audited and I would bet that they owe a lot of money to a lot of their patients.

    Prestige Podiatry - Greenwood
    Dr. Agricola recommended custom orthotics (shoe inserts). I have been wearing them for about a month now and I think they are helping. They were a bit pricey ($400+), and Medicare doesn't cover them. However, if they continue to do the job, they will be worth the cost. Dr Agricola has been very helpful and professional, and the response time in the office has been amazing. I would definitely recommend Prestige Podiatry to others.

    No good. At first I was thrilled until things started healing. I told her I was a lot and she stated, "I cant make perfect that doesn't present perfect"! I responded I just expected my clothes to fit properly. She also made me way too small, I asked for a C and I got a B but she claimed I was a C. Also, when doing the tummy tuck she did not use the guide marking to be sure that when the skin was sewn up it would line up properly and now I do not line up. It is visible that the top section was reattached an inch or so to the right cause a ****** at the belly button and the stomach area. I have had multiple rude encounters with her. When i question anything she becomes very defensive. I could keep writing more things but this should give you an idea of what you might experience. My insurance paid for the reduction and I paid for the tummy tuck.

    From the consultation to the last post op appointment, I had a wonderful experience! I got rhinoplasty a year ago and could not be happier with my results! Dr. Hamilton gave me exactly what I wanted. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I could not imagine having a better experience then I did with them!

    I had already met with Ms. Smith twice earlier this year for a diagnosis and explanation of test results. She suggested I maintain my dietary regimen and add supplements. Now, I simply email her to re-fill my supplement order and I go to her office and pick them up. I have been able to manage my allergies and asthma without getting allergy shots for the first time in twelve years! I continue on my allergy and asthma medication prescribed by my allergist, but Ms. Smith's help has contributed to me experiencing a new level of health I didn't think was possible.

    The people who take messages for him I have not been happy with. He is very personable, knowledgeable, very responsive to questions and very practical in the things he says.  What I don't like is I leave messages to set up an appointment or prescriptions and it takes longer then I would like to get back to me. It is a nice facility.

    I have been a patient of the Internal medicine Clinic for 10 plus years. You will be assigned to a specific doctor, and will be scheduled with them for regular check-up and re-check visits, but if there are any health concerns in between visits, you will likely be scheduled with another Dr. in their very large group. In my opinion, this is very bad for continuity of care. Some of the physicians you see will disagree with what the previous physician has done and may try to change everything, including meds. This is very frustrating and confusing. Additionally, communication in this office has always been terrible. Trying to get test results is a nightmare. Many times when you call the office, you have to leave your message on an answering machine. They will call you back by the next day. Call at least a week ahead for prescription refills. You will encounter a very wide range of personalities in the Drs and the nurses. Some you will like better than others. Their appointment scheduler, Janice, is wonderful- very friendly and kind. I do appreciate being able to receive care here at a reduced rate, based on income, and the use of their pharmacy has been an absolute life-saver for me. Prescriptions I can actually afford. If they do not carry the medication prescribed, they will substitute a similar medicine. They are very nice and friendly in the pharmacy, but you may wait up to 2 hours for your prescriptions. Every 2 years, these Drs move on, and you will start all over again with a new physician you will be assigned to. Sometimes this is a blessing, sometimes, a curse. Overall, you will receive good care here. I am ever appreciative of them!
