    Claimed a deal for $49 online. Received a call right away which was quick. Told the guy that I claimed a furnace tune up offer on the website on October 19th. Asked when they could schedule me and he said Feb 2019. If they're not going to be able to service these kinds of offers because they're booked out 5 months, they should take those down. But no problem, I found another HVAC company that will be out to my home in 10 days.

    I have done some work ahead (replaced the capacitor) but the compressor unit still not working. I called this company but cannot get the tech on the same day but only next day after hour appointment can be made (extra$). The Tech came right after 5PM so after hours work charge will be applied (minus). Looked at the A/C unit and told the motor is no good but somehow the fan motor did turn for a short period then stopped. Tech go to his van and came back with a quote of $995 with discount and it will take another day for repair. I did some research ahead of time and a new fan motor cost between $150-$300 and probably less than 1 hour of labor. The overall repair cost should be around $400-$500. The quoted pricet is too high so I said no to the work. I ordered a fan motor on Amazon then replaced the fan motor in about 30 minutes without special tools. Works fine now. I think the tech really charged too high beyond reasonable range. I still had to pay for $135 late hours diagnose charge. I am disappointed with the rave reviews on Angie's list on the company.

    I have had numerous problems with Masters Heating since two years ago. A month after installing new furnace, I noticed a broken pipe that drains water to drain. Technician gave me a receipt for $90, even though, it has two years warranty. After arguing with customer service, they cancel the charges. A few months later, NO HEAT. Four visits by two different technicians in two weeks (and My house has no heat), Joshua and Mike; they found that the circuit board in Trane Furnace is faulty. While Joshua gives me another $90 receipt (WOW that is a standard protocol to give a receipt, even though, the product is under WARRANTY). Another twist to the story. I found that the verbal one year agreement mentioned while selling the new furnace a year back, is missing in the written contract. I complained that to Mike the technician. While Mike is replacing the faulty circuit board, he is able to sell me a new Humidifier installed for a low price to earn and keep our business. (except that it was not NEW, as later revealed by their another tech. )Along with the Humidifier He throws in written complementary one year maintenance agreement for the furnace and AC, this time written as opposed to verbal a year back. Humidifier would not function for the next two weeks and required three visits; and another tech found that MIKE had installed used, old broken thermostat from their warehouse. When I called for AC tuneup as part of the maintenance agreement, they refuse to honor it. and demand $180. Owner David did not return the phone call. And the tech Mike would not return the phone call either. Stay away, if you do not want to be hassled with trip charges for the product under labor and parts warranty. Stay away if you do not want substandard or old parts to be installed. Stay away if you do not want to feel like a fool, where a company can refuse to honor written verbal contracts. Stay away if you do not want NO HEAT for two weeks in winter. Stay away if you hate that no one returns phone calls STAY AWAY .... PERIOD....

    My name is Jerry Logan I live at 1234 Barrington Dr. Greenwood, IN 46143. I had purchased Choice Home Warranty for my mechanical equipment on the property, it was to cover Air Conditioner, Furnace, Hot Water Heater, Dish Washer, Range, Refrigerator, Washer, Dryer, Plumbing System, and Electrical. On July 29, 2018 our A/C went out and we phoned Choice Home Warranty to start a claim. Choice Home Warranty called back on Monday July 30 to say they have a contractor scheduled to come on July 31, but the contractor did not show-up until Wednesday Aug 1, 2018. We called everyday trying to get the repairs made with no positive response, August 8, 2018 we decided to get our own contractor in to repair the unit, he said it needed a new compressor. I called Choice Home Warranty and told them that we had a quote to repair the A/C. They would only consider paying for the repair if they could talk to the contractor directly. I talked to the contractor directly and ask them to contact Choice Home Warranty and they said they will not contact them directly because warranty companies are looking to refuse to pay and they don���t want to be a part of it. I found an independent company that was willing to give an estimate and talk to the Choice Home Warranty. I paid the Independent Contractor to be at my house and talk to the Choice Home Warranty people on Aug. 15,2018 and the Choice Home Warranty person said they were working on it and would call back in 20 minutes. No call back was made and the claim was denied, stating that the unit had corrosion, rust and had leaked the freon out causing the system to fail, ���corrosion and rust��� not covered in Warranty. I had 3 quotes stating the compressor failed and it was still under pressure. The denial for this claim is for ���made up false reasons���. In summary the warranty company, Choice Home Warranty delayed the repair, delayed the decision to deny the claim, and made up the reason to deny the claim. I would not recommend this warranty company and you should not depend on a home warranty if you are purchasing a house.

    The dishwasher and washing machine there was several days waiting for parts, the AC and disposal was same day service. Far all services the repair call was the next except for the AC they were here in about 3 hours had the parts and we were working again in less than 2 hours. I just sighned up for another 3 years.

    It went very well, they showed up on time and were very nice and took time to answer all my questions and took the time to help me set up the thermostat so I could change the temperature from my phone. They got the install done quicker than expected and hauled away my old units and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. Will definitely use them again and would recommend to my family and friends

    After unsuccessfully trying to fix a clogged drain ourselves we searched Angie's List for an emergency plumber. It was about 7pm on a Tuesday night and we couldn't wait any longer. I looked at a few plumbers and decided to call Peterman's. We reached an after hours answering service and they informed us the on-call tech would give us a call as soon as he could. About 20 minutes later Jon called and told us he would be out as soon as he could. With-in 2 hours he was at our house. He gave us a great price to clear the drain and even offered an amazing maintenance package. Jon was very professional and even at the late hour treated us like we were the most important customers he had seen for the day. He cleared the drain quickly and informed us that we would receive a call to schedule a follow up appointment to run a camera down the line to ensure there wasn't damage. The office reached out to me first thing this morning to schedule. He turned a "CRAPPY" situation into a quick painless process. I will use them in the future for all plumbing needs.

    I called for service around 8:00 in the morning on a hot July day. Roy answered the phone himself and we discussed the problem. He arrived around 3:00 that afternoon and was able to diagnose a leaking evaporator coil. At my request, he also talked to me about some DIY maintenance items. Roy had a busy schedule but arranged to come back in two days to do the needed repair. He arrived an hour ahead of schedule two days later and how the A/C up and running in under four hours. In addition to the work I had contracted him for, he went above and beyond, replacing another faulty part without extra charge, cleaning up my outdoor unit, and even cleaning up the weeds I had let grown up around and under the outdoor unit.
