    "HUCKSTERS"...Don't be fooled by the "professional" sounding sales talk... like a "used car salesman" - they only your money... are not honorable. " Called... needed hearing aids sent back to factory - under warranty (only 8 weeks old) - only would do it if I paid an additional service charge! I CALLED THREE OTHER DEALERS - NO OTHER AUTHORIZED DEALER CHARGES FOR THIS! Recommendation: go to a company that cares - is service oriented - and stands behind the manufacturer products that they promote - and therefore are honorable!

    DO NOT GO HERE! I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT BAD EXPERIENCES. I HAD PRK EYE SURGERY HERE 4 YEARS AGO. WHATS PRK? I DONT EVEN KNOW!!!! ITS LIKE LASIK. THEY HEARED ME THROUGH LIKE CATTLE, TOOK MY 10K QUICKLY AND SENT ME ON. I WAS OFF WORK 5 DAYS BECAUSE OF HORRIBLE PAIN. THEY TOLD ME I JUST HAD LOW PAIN TOLERANCE AND WOULD NOT GIVE PAIN MEDS. AFTER 5 DAYS MY VISION WAS GOOD THANKFULLY. NOW 4 YEARS LATER I CANNOT SEE VERY WELL FAR AWAY OR AT NIGHT. I GOT AN APPT TO GET CHECKED. I WAS JUST TURNED AWAY BECAUSE MY INSURANCE WAS DIFFERENT UNLESS I WANTED TO PAY OUT OF POCKET. NO WARRANTY ON SURGERY. NO NOTHING! Yes I should've asked more questions and got 2nd opinion. But now I'm screwed and probably going back to glasses/contacts after only 4yrs and 10k out of pocket!!! THIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU THEY ONLY WANT MONEY!

    It's always the same answer, do you want a shot (steroid)? Then he writes a script for ointment. It worked for a couple of years, now I can't clear it up. I'm looking for another doctor for advise. He's in and out, which for a working person is good. My insurance covers most costs, so service below makes it look inexpensive.

    Dr. Monesmith said that surgery was needed without attempting any other routes to improve pain, such as physical therapy. I have since researched the diagnosis that he gave me. All of the sources say that most pain may be relieved with nonsurgical measures. He belittled me. He told me that fibromyalgia was not real. He told me that CRPS would not occur with this knee surgery, then his staff had read a paper that had possible complications of surgery. CRPS aka RSD was on this list.

    Their policy is to collect $100 from new patients and $50 from existing patients at each visit even if there insurance will cover the visit. They also collect this from patients even if they are in global period. I believe this policy is unethical and fraudulent. I believe that there are probably hundreds of patients who are not aware that they are stealing money from them. I believe that they should be audited and I would bet that they owe a lot of money to a lot of their patients.

    Started out well, they were responsive, price quote seemed fair and they set up apt with me. Had the afternoon set aside for them and all equipment up in room per their request to take care of heavy lifting for them. Then- day of they admit to mistake of getting me in wrong time. They had asked for 1pm but they meant 12noon - so all of a sudden they couldn't come at 1pm and could I reschedule for a week from that day?? Uh no- so offer to go ahead and do at 1pm (the time they chose originally) and just be a bit later with rest of their day ( my project took less than 2 hours) no offer to fit me in at end of day. No offer to get me in next day since mistake was theirs ( they admitted their error) no offer to do for lesser price- not that their price wasn't fair but do something to make things right and show that you are a reputable business that considers customers important. Nope nope and nope. Went with Fitness Fixx they did the job no problems. Fitness One may or may not do a good job if they happen to be organized with you but be prepared to be stood up and to not have anything done to make things right.

    We never saw a teacher playing/interacting with babies in the infant room (other than diaper changes, and feedings). Babies were always in cribs, or swings. The teachers seemed nice, however, we would have liked to see more interaction with our child.

    Dr. Agricola recommended custom orthotics (shoe inserts). I have been wearing them for about a month now and I think they are helping. They were a bit pricey ($400+), and Medicare doesn't cover them. However, if they continue to do the job, they will be worth the cost. Dr Agricola has been very helpful and professional, and the response time in the office has been amazing. I would definitely recommend Prestige Podiatry to others.

    A+++ in communication and customer care. My usual dentist couldn't fit me in for a permanent filling after a root canal. Dr. Hardin's group got me in right away. From my first interaction with them they were courteous and helpful and friendly. They took care of collecting all the paperwork they needed from my other dentist. During the procedure Dr. Hardin and his staff explained exactly what was going to happen in words I could understand. The post-op instructions were clear, and even included Dr. Hardin's personal cell phone number in case I had problems after hours! I've never heard of that before. That says to me that Dr. Hardin is passionate about his work and cares about his patients. I may have found a new regular dentist!
