    Beautiful! It is hard to believe this is the same furniture. I had searched Angie's list for companies to do this work, but none came up. Fortunately, Hoosier Refinishing had inserted a flyer in the Sunday Star and that is how I discovered them. Greg responded to my call the same day and, upon viewing my nine outdoor pieces, offered to do work on one of them...at NO charge...to be sure I was happy with the work before committing to the whole job. I was almost resigned to the idea of replacing all the teak with something else, thinking it could not be revived, so I could not be happier. And, Greg noted that their company also stores and cleans up patio furniture during the winter, so I plan to use that service every year going forward. This is a terrific company that lives up to their promises and delivers exactly what you want.

    Perfect! Contacted Eric and described the work we wanted. He had re-strapped our patio furniture previously and done an excellent job. He quoted us a price and arranged to pick up the furniture. Arrived when he said he would and asked when we needed the work completed. We agreed to a four week turn around. Surprised less than two weeks later when he emailed that the work was complete and asked for a convenient time to deliver. Furniture was delivered on date agreed upon. Furniture was securely wrapped in plastic and looks brand new!

    I have a home warrenty with HMS. I filed a claim (#93302295) on 19Dec2016 for my wall oven and gas cooktop. HMS contracted Appliance Network of Franklin, IN (AN) to perform the work. AN diagnosed both issues. approx. date was 21Dec2016 and parts were ordered for both units. 2 weeks later, AN returned to install the parts for both the wall oven and cooktop. After the repair, both appliances had the same issue. The issue with the wall oven has been resolved but I am still dealing with my cooktop. The igniter was replaced and that did not fix the issue. AN then ordered an igniter spark module which took an additional 3 weeks. (At this time my gas cook top was still partially functional because only one burner was affected). When Appliance Network returned 13Feburary2017 to install the module I observed the technician proceeded to take apart the gas cook top and in attempting to make the repair broke several other parts. The technician informed me that the unit is unsafe for operation. I smelled gas when the main gas valve was turned on so the gas was shut off and the cooktop is now unusable. Two days later I called AN, because I had not received any communication. As of 13Feb2017 I no longer have a useable cooktop and a house full of 5 people. I was told parts would be in on 27Feb2017, with no communication by 01Mar2017 I called AN who (Chelsea) told me that part hadn���t even been ordered yet. I called my home warranty to file a complaint but other than making a few phone calls to AN they can���t help because AN is now responsible for the damage. When HMS call and talked to Chelsea she informed them that the parts were ordered on Monday the 13th, which was different than I was told. Chelsea (AN) now informs me that one of the three parts won���t be in now until 28 March. This is where my bigger concern is, I have safety concerns with AN repairing my cook top as this is a gas appliance and this is the 4th time they will have worked on an appliance for me and it is unsafe to use. HMS has informed me that they must give Appliance Network the chance to repair the cook top. My opinion Appliance Network is not capable of fixing this. They communication/ customer service is the worst I have ever seen. The fact the Chelsea has yelled at me and hung up on me is justification that this company in unprofessional and my cook top will not be fixed to my satisfaction. I have also reached out to contact the owner of Appliance Network, J. Milligan and Chelsea will not even allow me to speak with him nor has he answered my request to call. Bottom line, My thoughts are that HMS hired this contractor to try and repair my gas cook top which they miss- diagnosed and they broke it HMS needs to replace my cook top and get Appliance Network to compensate them for the replacement. This is a major safety concern and I don���t feel that Appliance Network is capable of repairing my damaged gas cook top. As a customer it is unacceptable that I have to go nearly 2 months without a cook top. I have 5 persons to feed and that can���t be done every day by using a microwave. Customer service is the worst and most un-professional I have even witnessed or been part of. RK.

    We have moved with professional movers approximately six times, some with National relocation firms and our move with Jay's was definitely the best of the bunch! We did not use their packing services and packed everything ourselves in boxes, but on moving day, they took great care to wrap most furniture in pads or shrink wrap. Same applies to TVs. We had a crew of eight and three trucks. We had several newer men, but most were very experienced movers with many years in the moving or furniture delivery business. A few minor scuffs on stairway walls, but no other interior damage on either end. We have found no damage to any of our possessions. The team worked from 8:30 AM to 7 PM with a few short breaks and a quick lunch. I'd highly recommend Jay's if you are considering a move as they were also very price competitive.

    HOME DEPOT
    I used Home Depot in Greenwood, Indiana to design and install a new kitchen. Cabinets were ordered in July and the project was scheduled to be completed by the end of August. It is now December and the project is still incomplete due to Home Depot's complete incompetence. After dropping the ball initially on my countertop install (I had to hound them for several weeks to call me and set an appointment), the very expensive Alaska White granite countertop I ordered was not measured correctly due to some sort of miscommunication between the cabinet installers and countertop installers (both provided by Home Depot/Crew2). I then had to wait for the cabinet installers to come back and attempt to move the cabinets in order to get the countertop to fit. (Because who wants to pay for a new granite coutntertop? That's a costly mistake) However, this then created an issue with my dishwasher - I was unable to open the door because they moved the cabinets over too far. They then had to come back out a third time and remove the countertop and adjust the base cabinets again to accommodate for the dishwasher. During this 3 month time period, I went without a working kitchen - no sink, no dishwasher, no countertop, etc. I then had to wait for another countertop to be ordered and delivered, which I finally received last week (Dec 1). However, that countertop ALSO was cut incorrectly and did not fit. They took it back to the shop, recut it, and brought it back a couple of days later. After complaining multiple times to various contacts at Home Depot, they finally came out and hooked up the appliances and sink in my kitchen and provided a new countertop that fits. I still have multiple items (including a backsplash) that have not been completed. My project has totally been mismanaged and as a single mom who's never undertaken a renovation project before, I feel totally taken advantage of. Home Depot (via Crew2) was supposed to manage my project, however I constantly had to hound them to get items taken care of. I made a huge investment in this project and couldn't be more unhappy with the results. I've asked multiple contacts there about whether I will get a discount for the horrendous service I've received and no one can give me an answer. Apparently I'm supposed to just be happy that my kitchen is now almost complete after a 3 month overrun. I can't believe this project that should have been completed by Labor Day is still outstanding and it's almost Christmas.

    He has been my piano tuner for many, many years. I have no complaints of any kind. He's easy to get along with. He's an excellent tuner. I can't find nothing bad at all to say. The work was fine, as usual. My interaction with him was very pleasant. It was fine. I think the price was fine. I know that others might charge more but I'm sure that others charge less. He has been at that price for a few years now. I think it's quite reasonable.

    Bonner Piano Service & Sales
    Bob Bonner of Bonner Piano Service came to our home to tune a Wurlitzer console piano that had not been tuned in many, many years.  Prior to his arrival Mr. Bonner and I spoke by phone about the work that was needed, he later confirmed our appointment by email, and again on the morning of the service by phone.
    Mr. Bonner is extremely polite, personable, and professional.  Upon entering our home, he changed his shoes, so as not to track dirt into our home and immediately went to work on our piano.  He diagnosed that the piano needed both a pitch raise, as well as a tuning and thoroughly went through that process over a 90 minute period.  Bob not only explained what he was doing, but was happy to answer any questions that I had along the way.
    Upon the completion of his work.  Mr. Bonner put everything back the way he had found it and advised us that the piano should be tuned again in 10-12 months, just to help it settle into the adjustments that he had made.
    We will certainly use Bob Bonner again in the future to care for our piano.  Many thanks to him for his work.

    Just wanted to let the owner of Vogel Appliance Repair what great service we had last week . Vogel was on time, great communication, and did an excellent job. I asked him while he was there his opinion on a different oven that we thought we were going to have to replace. I asked him about the difficulty of switching over from a gas oven to electric. We had been told a while back that the cost of fixing it was not worth it and we should just buy a new oven. The tech looked at it, had the igniter on his truck, and had it fixed in no time at a fraction of what we had been quoted before. He was excellent and I cant imagine ever calling a different company than Vogel in the future.Thank you for the great service.

    It was a great experience.  I worked with Laura at Berger's and she was great.  I was slow to respond several times with the measurements of my table.  She also let me know that I was eligible for a pad for the leaf in my table - which I was not aware of.  As soon as I got Laura all the info she needed she finalized my order.  I received the pad shortly thereafter.  It fits my table really well.  Great customer service, quick process, fine product.  I would definitely recommend to someone looking to protect their table!
