  • I had a very good experience with Windshield Repair Doc. They don't have a garage/shop, they are a mobile service. I had two small "spider" chips in my windshield due to rock impacts on the highway. I wanted a repair that minimized how they looked, knowing you can't make these things totally invisible, and prevent them from turning into bigger cracks and eventually forcing a windshield replacement. The office lady who answered the phone was very helpful and set up an appointment. The technician came to my house a few days later, and had both chips repaired in about 30 minutes, even in cold weather in my driveway. The technician even called my insurance company and initiated a claim for me. It was a very easy process. The chips do look better now, I'm a satisfied customer.

  • Kennys did a free diagnostic of our GMC Yukon Transmission. We had some bad hesitation and thought it was transmission slipping. Turned out the guys at Kennys said it was an engine problem and also pointed out a broken motor mount. These guys were honest and helpful and didn't change me anything. I would recommend!

  • They are very good and are my first choice. They are professional, honest, and have good prices. They are a Christian company and are involved in the community. I would highly recommend them and I will continue to use them.

  • Driver (a.k.a. "Carrier) arrived as scheduled and texted when he was an hour from arriving at our location. Price quoted was same as price paid. Would definitely recommend and will use Executive Auto Shippers again

  • One big reason I went with this company was because I only have one car and couldn't sit there for 3-4 hours waiting for it to be detailed. When making the appointment, I specifically asked if they provided drop off/pick up service. I made the appointment several weeks prior. I expected a courtesy call a day or two before since most businesses do that these days when you make an appt far out ahead (more than a few days). It's ok that I didn't get one, but when I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled time, I was told that they were expecting me to wait while it was detailed (several hours). The gentleman who was there actually did offer to take me home, but I realized that would leave the business unattended/locked while he did so. Therefore, I offered to call an Uber ride to get home. The gentleman DID offer to take the $12 off for my having to pay to get a ride home. But while my car was being done, I did not get a call from the owner apologizing for the mix up, and therefore, had to hire another UBER driver to get me back to pick up my car. This $12 was NOT reimbursed to me. And I never did get a call for the mix up. Simple customer service. My car was done ok, the windows on the inside were still smudgy and the car smelled like cigarette odor upon it's return. I was very disappointed for what I received for a cleaning in/out of a Honda civic 4 door, for $250. Seemed rather pricey for mediocre customer service. Disappointing.

  • Not good, when I picked the car up I noticed lots of lights and messages my car was giving me. I went right back inside without driving my car away and talked to Rich, the manager. He told me to drive it for 800 miles and bring it back for them to check, the transmission needed to relearn is what he told me. I thought that was strange since the lights had noting to do with the transmission my ABS brake light was on, a message about stabilitrack and all wheel drive being off. I was confused as driving it 800 miles would not change all the lights that were now on that were not before they had the car. When I took it back after 800 miles, Rich wasn't quite as friendly first he told me the ABS light wasn't his problem, they did nothing to the brakes. While that may be true they have to take the front wheels off to pull the transmission out of the car to fix it so while they pulled the transmission they cut a sensor to the brakes causing all the problems they tried to claim they didn't do. They did fix the issues even though they claimed they didn't cause them. The transmission was also leaking when I took it back the first time,I specifically asked Rich if the leak was also fixed when he called to tell me they fixed the sensor(after having car for 4 days). He assured me it was fixed. In the meantime I had to get the rotors replaced on the front brakes(I was told by mechanic that this was because they didn't torque the wheels down correctly causing the rotors to warp), they of course say it's not their fault so I didn't even ask them to pay for the rotors I paid for them on my way and that's when the mechanic replacing my rotors discovered the transmission was still leaking. So, I called and took my car back for a second time. Now I'm told they have to pull the transmission out of my car yet again and send it back to be fixed(so I guess they don't even do the work at that location). I will be without a vehicle for another 5 days this time. I told them I couldn't be without a vehicle again, I exhausted all my borrowing cars from anyone I could the first 2 times they had the vehicle so I asked them to pay for a replacement car, a rental car. I was told by Rich and Mark(district manager) that they don't pay for rental cars and it's in the warranty information I signed. Wow, I was shocked so now I have no vehicle to get to and from my employment for the 3rd time to fix the same repair but they don't feel the need to pay for alternate transportation for me. All they offered was their deal for $30 a day for a rental car that I would have to pay for. After paying $3800 for transmission repair and having to return it twice for leaks I would think they would pay the $30.00 a day so I could have transportation but nope they will not pay. They are all friendly and nice until there's an issue that's their fault then they become rude and condescending. I will never have them repair anything again and will tell everyone I know how terrible they are. Customer service is not high on their list, I paid over $3800.00 and am treated like I'm unreasonable asking them to pay for a rental car so I can get to and from my job when if it had been fixed correctly the first time or even second time I would have my own car to drive. This is their fault and their refusal to take responsibility is ridiculous. Yeah Edwards mom, I guess they spend all their money on commercials instead of taking care of their customers not having a car because of their incompetence.

  • I would recommend them to everybody, especially women. I don't feel that I get treated like I'm an idiot just because I'm a woman which I definitely appreciate. I don't feel pressured by the staff to buy extra work, and they're honest about what they do. If they make a mistake, which is rare, they're quick to make it right.

  • We took my boyfriends vehicle in thinking he had some transmission problems. Kenny's ran a diagnostic on the vehicle and determined that it was not the transmission. He did not charge us for the diagnostic. However, he did quote on an "out the door" price. It was very competitive compared to other mechanics in the area. Kenny's was very patient with me when I called (for my boyfriend) as I am not very savvy on vehicles. I would definitely recommend Kenny's to anyone needing repairs. And when and if the time comes for my boyfriend to get his transmission fixed, we will for sure be going to Kenny's. Thank you Kenny's for your outstanding professionalism.

  • Other auto glass companies either would not work on my car due to the age of the car or were going to replace the entire front seal and replace the front windshield which would have cost hundreds of dollars. I went to Perfection Auto Glass and they were very helpful and interested in solving my problem. They used sealant to secure the seal and did not charge me anything. They told me at the time that it might come lose and it might not work. After a few days the old seal shrank or receded a bit as they said it might. I went back and they cheerfully put on more sealant and again did not charge me. If I ever have an auto glass problem, I will be using them. They were cheerful, went out of their way to be helpful, and saved me hundreds of dollars. The seal is holding fine. In short, they treated me the way I would want to be treated and how I would treat someone else. I would not hesitate to use them for any of my auto glass needs.

  • I have always trusted Cangany's Auto Center to get the job done right, and a fair price. Their service tech's all have year's of experience and have knowledge that is worthy of working on my vintage Corvette! They are fairly priced and keep you updated on the progress of their work. I would highly recommend them!
