    Moore Appliance Service Inc.
I am very sad to write this review. I had Mr. Moore perform several repairs for me and was very pleased. I am to report that I called on 6/12/19 to schedule a repair for 6/20. My scheduled time was 9am - 11am. No one came to the appointment. I called twice and left two messages. One at 10:40am and again at 1:52pm. I also sent a text at 12:28pm. I received no reply to any of those messages. I thought I would try again to reach Mr. Moore today but I thought I might have better luck if I called from a different phone number. Mr. Moore answered and said that he was still out of town and at his brother's wake. I share this because I really liked Mr. Moore and I am very disappointed that I was not contacted to cancel or reschedule. To leave me a returning customer waiting all day (having taken the day off from work for this appointment) and not been contacted is very disappointing and I did expect far better than that. I would have understood and gladly rescheduled, but not to be contacted and left to wonder what happened is not acceptable.

    Choice Home Warranty
The dishwasher and washing machine there was several days waiting for parts, the AC and disposal was same day service. Far all services the repair call was the next except for the AC they were here in about 3 hours had the parts and we were working again in less than 2 hours. I just sighned up for another 3 years.

I received a call within minutes of submitting my request, both from their secretary and the technicians. They arrived ahead of schedule. Very professional and courteous. They put on shoe coverings before entering the house. After I described the issued we had been having with our washer, and after they inspected the washer, they quickly determined that we needed to replace the bearings, which would be around $300. When I asked them if it was worth fixing (10+ yrs old), they gave me their honest recommendation. Very pleased.

Called on Monday and they suggested I remove the plug and wait 30 minutes and see if the issue is corrected. That did not work. Called on Tuesday and they dispatched a technician who determined that a major repair was necessary. He also said that it would be cost not be cost effective as the repair would be close to the cost of a new appliance. I must compliment the people on there honesty and professionalism,

    Vogel Appliance Service
I called Vogel's both times (stove oven stopped cooking and then washer stopped spinning!)... they responded quickly with a service call for each appliance. When each was diagnosed with MAJOR repairs, I opted to buy new so I did not use the repair services. However, due to the quick response and professionalism displayed, I won't hesitate to call them again if needed.

Had a home warranty that contracted these guys to do the job. Tech came next day and was able to identify problem immediately. However, company had to order part. Told me they would call me when it came. Two weeks later I had to call them. The part wasn't in yet. I ended up having to call two more times to find out if the part was in. No one would answer the phone or return my messages. Finally after a month from initial look and diagnosis I got my dishwasher operational again.

    Turner Appliance
So the technician shows up and from the time he walked in the door you could tell he wasn't happy about being there. I show him where the dryer is and he puts a meter on the element and in 30 seconds told me it was the element. I say ok so can you fix it he says yes he can but it will be an additional $ 80.00 plus another 55 for the part so we are now up to $205 including the trip charge. but says he will sell me the part and i can do this myself. I tell him the the boss said if it ends up being the element he would give me a break and he said nothing about it to him and that it was going to cost me for the 30 seconds he was there . The next day i call the boss and ask him about it and remind him of what he said the day before and he states he did me a favor by sending someone to my house. SERIOUSLY??? Definitely would not recommend these people are SHADY .

    Circle City Appliance Repair LLC
Ron has done 4-5 different jobs for us in the past and offered up his services for this latest endeavor even though it's not his typical line of work. He simply wanted to help and got the job done! Thanks again, Ron!

    Groves Appliance Repair
Great experience. The technician narrowed the problem down to a defective electrical cord. Unfortunately, Whirlpool does not replace defective cords so I went to Lowes to replace the part. We had a technician try to diagnose and resolve the problem from another company a few months ago and they couldn't pinpoint the problem. Groves is who I will call for any problems with appliances from now on.

    Appliance Network, L.L.C.
I have a home warrenty with HMS. I filed a claim (#93302295) on 19Dec2016 for my wall oven and gas cooktop. HMS contracted Appliance Network of Franklin, IN (AN) to perform the work. AN diagnosed both issues. approx. date was 21Dec2016 and parts were ordered for both units. 2 weeks later, AN returned to install the parts for both the wall oven and cooktop. After the repair, both appliances had the same issue. The issue with the wall oven has been resolved but I am still dealing with my cooktop. The igniter was replaced and that did not fix the issue. AN then ordered an igniter spark module which took an additional 3 weeks. (At this time my gas cook top was still partially functional because only one burner was affected). When Appliance Network returned 13Feburary2017 to install the module I observed the technician proceeded to take apart the gas cook top and in attempting to make the repair broke several other parts. The technician informed me that the unit is unsafe for operation. I smelled gas when the main gas valve was turned on so the gas was shut off and the cooktop is now unusable. Two days later I called AN, because I had not received any communication. As of 13Feb2017 I no longer have a useable cooktop and a house full of 5 people. I was told parts would be in on 27Feb2017, with no communication by 01Mar2017 I called AN who (Chelsea) told me that part hadnt even been ordered yet. I called my home warranty to file a complaint but other than making a few phone calls to AN they cant help because AN is now responsible for the damage. When HMS call and talked to Chelsea she informed them that the parts were ordered on Monday the 13th, which was different than I was told. Chelsea (AN) now informs me that one of the three parts wont be in now until 28 March. This is where my bigger concern is, I have safety concerns with AN repairing my cook top as this is a gas appliance and this is the 4th time they will have worked on an appliance for me and it is unsafe to use. HMS has informed me that they must give Appliance Network the chance to repair the cook top. My opinion Appliance Network is not capable of fixing this. They communication/ customer service is the worst I have ever seen. The fact the Chelsea has yelled at me and hung up on me is justification that this company in unprofessional and my cook top will not be fixed to my satisfaction. I have also reached out to contact the owner of Appliance Network, J. Milligan and Chelsea will not even allow me to speak with him nor has he answered my request to call. Bottom line, My thoughts are that HMS hired this contractor to try and repair my gas cook top which they miss- diagnosed and they broke it HMS needs to replace my cook top and get Appliance Network to compensate them for the replacement. This is a major safety concern and I dont feel that Appliance Network is capable of repairing my damaged gas cook top. As a customer it is unacceptable that I have to go nearly 2 months without a cook top. I have 5 persons to feed and that cant be done every day by using a microwave. Customer service is the worst and most un-professional I have even witnessed or been part of. RK.
