    Bradford Builders, Inc.
We have used Bradford Builders for several major projects over a period of 17 years. In the past they have added a family room and repaired damage from a leaky waterline in our laundry room. All of that work has held up well and we have had no problems with it as the years have passed. The current project has been done in stages, windows and outdoor work in October, master bath in November and hall bath in February. We didn't want construction during the holidays. Brad and Chuck listened to what we wanted and made it happen! They and the rest of the staff are professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They answered every question we had, explaining things well and making sure we knew what they were doing and why. Any problem that arose was discussed with us and the actions taken to resolve it were thoroughly explained. Chuck kept us aware of the associated costs with any changes we made. We knew up front what we were spending. I was home all day during the renovations and the guys were very considerate of me and of our home. They were fun to have around and worked hard too! We highly recommend Bradford Builders and will continue to do business with them.

Keith Weddle and his helper were true professionals. They did excellent work and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a bathroom remodeled. I would not hesitate to hire them again in the future.

C & J Well Drilling and Pump Co
I went with one of their Lifetime Warranty Submersible Pump Packages... the new pump is a beast, Made in the USA, and looks like it will never fail regardless. My previous pump had completely failed, they replaced that, the underground wiring and piping for the pump, water shut off valve, pressure switch, tank, and gauge... other than the piping from the drop pipe to the house, the only piece they re-used was the pitless adapter. Kevin and his apprentice Cade were both very professional, polite, and thorough. The finished product is functioning flawlessly and the visible items look great. At my request, they took their time to do the new pressure tank piping in a way that made sense functionally in the space rather than just a couple straight pieces that would've been much easier/faster for them. I was being annoying, looking over their shoulder, and asking a million questions the entire time because I wanted to understand all of the system for future reference, and they were very happy to oblige and explain everything to me. The whole process took about 3 hours and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Very unhappy with these people! They have not responded to numerous requests for our detailed receipt, or explain why we were double charged for the work done. I filed a complaint with the BBB and after 30 days, they still have not responded. So I am writing this review to explain. This is the info filed to the BBB on 1/2/18. We called Norris Septic on Friday 11/24/17 for their septic services. They told us it would be $395. ($245 fee, plus 125 extra for coming over the weekend and 25 for opening the tank). We agreed to this. They didn't come out on Sat, 11/25 due to the person in charge was having to get a new phone, is what we were told. They came on Sunday, 11/26/17. At the time of the service, they told us that there is a pump in the second tank (dosing tank) that would have to be replaced. They would send someone out later in the week to pump out the second tank and put in a new pump. A different crew came out and pumped the 2nd tank and put the pump in on 11/27. They called me at work to get my credit card # for the charges, which we were told would be $1000-1200. The pump cost $1100. But the guy I talked to at that time of the installation of the pump said it was $1425, which included another $325 for pumping the 2nd tank. My wife at the time had asked about the second charge of $325 for the 2nd tank, but got no answer. After giving my credit card info, the guy putting in the pump said he forgot to bring his receipt book and would mail or e-mail me a receipt. I said ok. So my wife sent them a text, as the guy doing the service always wanted a text, asking about the receipt. No answer. We briefly forgot about it due to me having a surgery. I then called the guy we had been talking to on 12/18/17 and asked him about it. I had to refresh his memory about the deal and he apologized for not sending a receipt, and if I texted him my address and e-mail address, he would get that taken care of. In my text, I gave him every detail as I have on here, nothing more, nothing less. I asked again why we were charged the $325 for the 2nd tank and why wasn't that mentioned the first trip out? That to us is deceptive practices. After I put the info in a very long text, I waited. Two days later on 12/20/17, I sent a text saying I never received their bill. And yes, I always check my Spam folder. No reply. A few hours later, I sent another text asking for an update as to why I have no explanation and no detailed receipt. I again included my name, address and e-mail address. The person receiving these texts must have the same type of phone I have because it gives me receipts saying that they were Read and at what time. Due to no type of response during the past month, as I said, we feel they used deceptive practices for not telling us up front that it would be two separate charges for the pumping to be done. Our desired outcome would be first, the detailed receipt, and the second is a refund of the extra $325 since there was no mention at that time for that charge.

    Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning
Arrived on time after phone call. Took out furnace and water heater, air conditioner & heat pump and humidifier. Next day floor guy arrived on time. Lap time for Airtron workers as staff did not allow enough time for floor repair.

Keith Weddle was wonderful. Very professional and proficient. Very experienced. He and his partner took care each day to put down tarps to protect my carpet and hardwood floors. I was happy that there was not very much dust. Clean, curious and pleasant gentleman. I would have them back in a heartbeat. My bathroom looks wonderful. Very happy with their work.

Although the company did have an emergency come up, the technician still was on time to hook up my new gas dryer. The technician was very professional, very friendly and answered all the questions I had. The work was done efficiently, carefully, and quickly. I really felt that the technician was truly interested in doing his very best.

Exceedingly well. Was started about 8:30 AM and completed by 6:00 PM. Keith and Justin worked very efficiently in small space and cleaned up quite nicely. I was extremely surprised that a job that big could be completed in just one day.

We were very pleased with the plans and details Brad prepared which clearly outlined the costs. He gave us good advice about a source for our new cooktop and dishwasher, even giving us the name of a salesperson with whom he had worked. Both his employees and the subcontractors who worked in our house were on time and tried to keep things as clean as possible. The drywall installer was wonderful, as were the painters. The Tiffany Marble and Dr. Shower fabricators did very good work, as did the cabinet and shelf makers of Kline Cabinets. Their installers were excellent, too. Brad recommended Delta faucets, towel bars, grab bars, and shower fixtures, and we are delighted with them. Henry's Flooring recommended that we visit several Castleton-area tile suppliers, and we found tile that looks great. We are enjoying the beauty and function of the new fixtures and spaces immensely, and the process went very well.
