  • It went poorly. My wife and I have called nearly a dozen times. Each time we receive the voicemail and have yet to have a call back. The first call was three weeks ago. We had heard good things about this practice, but after the lack of communication and professionalism, I would highly recommend anyone looking to get work done here look elsewhere and save yourself the time and energy reaching out to someone who will not reach back out.

  • As a patient of Drs. Matt and Stephanie for 15 or so years, I'm sad to say that I can no longer recommend their practice for anyone with children. After arriving for my routine cleaning appointment on May 10th, 2016, I was turned away by the receptionist because I had brought my children. It was explained to me that having them with me in the exam room was a "liability" and my only option was to have my almost 4 year old watch my 15 month old in the waiting room. It's disheartening to me to find such a lack of compassion at Martin Dentistry. Patients come in all sorts of packages and sometimes those packages are messy or inconvenient and require kindness. That's just part of patient care and sadly, that seems to be a very important part that is now missing from Martin Dentistry. After leaving this review on Facebook, the reviews from their Facebook page have since been removed and today I was informed that I was being kicked out of the practice. Be very weary of any establishment that only has 5 star reviews published. I suspect them of review whitewashing.

  • Dr. Neeb and his staff are fantastic.  He cleaned my son's teeth while the hygienist did mine so that we could be done at the same time.  They allowed my son to come sit next to me and color while I finished up.  The entire staff are always friendly and quick to accommodate issues the best way they can.  They always explain the reasoning behind their treatments. and I always feel that it is just the right amount of services.
They are quick to build a report with you and remember your name which is pretty good considering they see you about twice a year.  Their facility is very nice, as it was remodeled a couple years ago.  I have been to two other dentists in Greenfield, and feel Dr. Neeb has been the best choice for me.

  • Had a yearly teeth cleaning. The staff were able to get my appointment in a timely manner. they filed the insurance. They hygenist was very friendly, gentle, skilled. The office is beautiful, clean, the staff very friendly, Just a wonderful, nice experience.  I would recommend the office to everyone.  The Doctor was very nice, approachable and seemed concerned about me as a patient.

  • Dr. Kirkwood's office has always run almost directly on time.  I've not waited more than 10 minutes for an appointment, and I really appreciate that timeliness!  The ladies at the front desk as always kind and have gone out of there way to help me make financial arrangements when necessary.  Dr. Kirkwood is not your typical old school dentist... he is happy to talk about current events and make jokes during your appointment.  He's always been kind and honest about my cavities/previous work/etc...  The hygentists are also great!  I would recommend seeing Dr. Kirkwood, the office has gone out of their way to get my in if I'm having issues and have been consistently good for the regular cleanings.

  • He is just excellent! I have been going to him for 10 years now. He is extremely kind and professional. He helps me cope with a lot of anxiety with going to the dentist. He is very fair and he has always given me options with treatments.  I drive 50 minutes to see him but he is completely worth it.

  • They take real good care of me. They are convenient where they are at. They keep up with things and take care of my mouth so I don't need to worry about it. You get there, you hardly get your coat off, and you go in. I have never had a problem getting an appointment with them.

  • He did a good job. The pricing was a little high. Overall, it was a positive experience. He was very professional. He's very courteous. He has a good sense of empathy. He would listen to you. He used to tell that he really cares.

  • I can't tell you how crazy this all seemed to me. A mixture of fear (Can this guy Kimmel really do all this, especially when older, perhaps more experienced dentists have told me it couldn't be done?) and joy (I could really get rid of this incredibly ugly tooth in a single sitting?) and anger (I've put up with this for 45 years for nothing?) swirled around inside me. I decided to just let it happen. 2 hours later I walked out of the office with a  repaired lower incisor and a brand new crown on my molar that I'd left broken for 18 months because I had just had it fixed a few months before it broke and wasn't willing to mess with it again. This molar was a work of art. Let me explain:
Dr. Kimmel uses a 3-D photo system that puts together hundreds of pictures of the tooth with its surrounding teeth. He builds the new crown right into position on a computer screen, matching contours and color gradations. This was not the horrible experience most dentist visits are: this was actually fun! He builds the tooth right in front of you and explains what he's working on as he goes. Why he needs more thickness for strength here and less there. When he has it perfected, he feeds it to a 3-D milling machine, and pronto, he puts the new tooth into place. After confirming the fit, he fires it in the kiln and 15 minutes later has the finished tooth ready to bond into position. Perfection! No rough edges, perfect bite, as good as new. Hard to believe.
Ok, now I was ready to believe maybe he really could make me a new front tooth in a single sitting!
Wednesday, tooth cleaning, as usual, very pleasant. I should point out that I don't like all the grinding drilliing buffing squrting and sucking these people do any more than the next guy. But this office has TV's on mobile arms that they are careful to position right in front of you while they're down in your throat. They set it to your favorite channel and increase the volume while they're drilling so you can hear it. This seems like a little thing, but it sure makes the torture pass a lot quicker!
Now to Thursday: 3 days in a dentist chair in a row! And I'm giddy because it has been so easy! I see I'm making this way too long for anyone to read, so let me just say, this was a Tour de Force! As Dr. Kimmel built my new tooth on the computer screen, he took into account things I could never have imagined! He looked at it from every imaginable angle, and made countless adjustments. He seemed to enjoy this work like I enjoy playing the piano or photography. He is a true artist. After 2 hours and 45 minutes I walked out of the office with a PERFECT front tooth! The color gradations and shape are so amazing that I had to remind my wife which one was the original! That was 24 hours ago and I'm still giggling in front of the mirror!
More kudos come to mind: At each step, the staff would bring in a computer printout showing the planned procedure, the insurance portion, and my out-of-pocket portion. Another page showed the total damages with everything proposed. In the case of the broken molar/crown, he had said that if there had been excessive decay beneath the old filling, it might be neccessary to do a root canal before placing the crown. If so, that would be an additional amount, and my out-of-pocket would be $125 extra. (as it happens, I didn't need the root canal). The costs were completely transparent. Who does that?
OK, I know this sounds like a paid advertisement, but I have never bothered to review anyone on Angie's list before. I was just so over-the-top pleased with my experience there, I had no choice but to write this. I can't imagine anyone not being delighted with McCordsville Family Dentistry!

  • They don't take advantage of me. They only do what I need and don't pressure me for any work or cosmetic- type stuff. The work they have done has turned out very good. The facility is very nice and clean.
