  • He did some clean up just to make sure and told me if the latency continued it probably was the hard drive. We monitored and it was the hard drive. In his heart of hearts he knew it was the hard drive, but was making a valiant effort since we spent the money. He came to my house. He was very personable. He was a pleasure to talk to. He is very knowledgeable. He was pleasant to be around and talk to. He was very quick to call back. He was right here on time. I talked to him about replacing the hard drive, but the cost to replace is almost as expensive as buying a new one.

  • On or about 5 November, I was At Starbucks in Greenfield attempting to sign on to the Starbucks hotspot. I was having no luck and asked one of the counter workers if she could help me. She came over and tried a second or two and got no results, either. The manager, Russell Haynes, came over and worked with me for about five minutes or so. I had noticed a guy sitting close to us working on his own computer. He got up and came over and identified himself as an IT professional. His face was familiar but I could not remember from where. When he introduced himself I recognized his name from a professional website called Linked In. His profile had come up several times when I was on Linked in.

    After about 20 minutes,  I felt the time was running out .I needed to leave and go home. since I couldn't use the computer at home the way I wanted to  I ask him if he would like to take it and  fix it and then bring it back and I would pay for it.  He accepted my offer and gave me his name and phone number.  He told me  he was going to Chicago for a couple of days to see one of his clients and work on their  system. If I hadn't heard from him by Tuesday ,I should call him and remind him  he had my computer.  Since then, I have called his number  a total of five times and he has not answered  once.  His message machine says he will call back as soon as possible.  In the meantime I am out of a  computer that I use when I'm traveling.

  • Bryan Knauer was very responsive and was able to identify quickly what we needed in new computers.  He developed a proposal within a few days and made good use of his time with us when he came to set up the computers.  He answers questions on the phone, in person, and by e-mail in an understandable way.  He accomplished tasks when he promised them and came when he said he would come.  My husband and I feel that his hourly charges are very reasonable for the quality of his work and feel fortunate to have found him through Angie's List!

  • There was some problem with my computer and I had called them to fix it up. They did come and fixed it up but now the problem was appearing again. The problem now is with my email system. I can get into the email and respond to it but couldn’t enter any new email addresses. But I haven’t had a chance to call him yet because I was busy with other things. They did their work and it was because of the computer care and not because of them that it’s not working and something else is messed up since then. I would rate them high overall. Their price and quality of work was excellent. He came out within a week and that was pretty good. They were very punctual. I would be using them again in the future.

  • I was very pleased with their service. It is scary having someone access your computer remotely to fix it, but I was able to watch everything they did onscreen, which was comforting. The first repair was lightening quick and I've had no further trouble with the Access issue I was experiencing. The second repair took a little longer, but there was more troubleshooting involved. They were very quick to get someone right on the problem though, and I had service within minutes of my call. Overall I was very satisfied with their responsiveness and ability to solve the problem presented.

He helped me shop for the best price on additional RAM and showed me how to install it. He was very knowledgeable and I will definitely use his services again.
