My wife was having issues with her vehicle not starting. So we had to tow it into the dealership as we thought it might still be under warranty. Jennifer the person in service we spoke with stated that they would be able to look at it that day and would follow up with us. I asked her if she had a loaner or a rental car that we could get since the work was under warranty. She said that they were all out of them and would let us know what the issues was as soon as they could. She called the next morning and stated that the brake switch needed to be replaced and that they would have to order the part in. She also told me that they suggest we change the cabin, air filter, rotate the tires, and do some other work for an additional $200 plus. I asked her if it was under warranty and she said it was. She also stated that she had a rental that we could drive until the work was done. I advised her that we would not like the additional work and to just have the oil changed and the part fixed. We went to the dealership that morning and got the rental. My wife got a call the next day that her car was done and she went up and picked it up and was only charged for the oil change. This morning my wife called me because she wasn't able to unlock her doors or start the car. I had to walk her through checking the battery on her key fob and it turned out that the dealership technician had put the battery in backwards. Today, I got into the car for the first time and what I think is the cabin filter, cabin filter lid, and a screw were just laying on the floor board.I asked my wife if she knew what it was and she said no. I called and spoke with Jennifer today and she said that I could bring it in and she thinks that they can get to it before they close. I don't feel that she was very sorry about the process and seemed to have a very I don't care attitude about it. I plan on taking my car in after work to get this issue resolved.

I worked with Will Thomas and Austin Egenolf to find a used vehicle. I came in with no real idea of what car to buy. I let them know that I wanted a reliable sedan and they went from there. Austin drove me around to all the used sedan's they had and we test drove a few. When I found one I liked I started working with Will. When Will could tell I was unsure about the vehicle's condition he allowed me to take the car home for the night and have a mechanic look it over the next day! They also helped me get a great deal on financing even though I don't have the best credit in the world. I've had the car for about a month and a half now and I love it!

We rented from Family RV rental for the second time. The first two days the TVs did not work at all. When we called to get help on this issue we were told he didn't know enough about it to help us and the guy who usually could help had throat problems and couldn't talk. We received NO HELP on this issue. We finally found a reset button and was able to get DVD system working but never got the cable or TV to work. We were told the awning didn't work unless we jiggled the fuse. The fuse box is under the front door on the drivers side just under the slide. After we had messed with the fuse box we lowered the door but didn't latch it. As we were bringing in the slide the door rose up and got caught on the slide. It got bent but was able to be latched. When we returned the RV we told them about what had happened. The owner said that had happened several times and had just happened a few days previous to our rental by their cleaning lady. We waited several days and finally she called and said they were keeping the $500 deposit plus needed another $93. I said I needed to talk to my husband first and I didn't want her to charge my credit card. RENTERS BEWARE: IF RETURNED WITH ANY DEFECTS THEY TEND TO CHARGE TOP DOLLAR FOR REPAIRS!!!!!!!! I left 2 or 3 messages so we could discuss the whole issue and no return calls were made. I didn't hear anything back until I received a letter stating if I didn't pay the remaining $93 promptly I was going to be sent to collections. I was also advised that I needed to go elsewhere to rent and see how others would treat me...That was awesome advise... I WILL NO LONGER RENT FROM FAMILY RV RENTAL AND I WILL DISCOURAGE ANYONE ELSE TO EITHER!!!

The salesman was good, nice. After four days we both came to a price we could settle on. The upper management was rude, downright stuck up. I signed the papers right at closing; 1/2 hour after leaving my check engine light come and they were already gone. I took it in the next day and they said too bad, you should have bought the extended warranty. After fighting with them for about a week, they did fix it. I spent $24,000 on this USED truck to get that kind of service. I would never recommend this place to anyone. You are just a number to them.
