    Best car buying experience ever!! Here’s the background. We recently made contact with Ray Skillman thru an internet search for a 2020 Telluride. Among all of the many dealers that responded to our search, Ray Skillman was the only dealership who responded with specifics on vehicle options and simple terms for ordering. Plus, Ray Skillman does not charge a dealer premium for ordering the very popular Telluride as do most other dealerships. We were particularly impressed with the professional service of David Gurdian, Sales Manager, Ray Skillman Auto Mall who guided my purchase from beginning to end, well ahead of schedule and with significant savings. David, together with Lorne Hayden - General Manager and the entire dealership team, was very accommodating during the COVID – 19 threat. For example, they responded quickly to our last-minute request for home delivery with trade-in. All arrangements were made by phone in advance which allowed for a smooth transaction at our home to take possession of our new car. We also traded in an older vehicle at the same time which was an added convenience. We greatly appreciate the excellent customer service and highly recommend this dealership to all serious car buyers.

    This was my first time buying a vehicle. I have leased in the past. They made the buying process easy. I went to the Fishers location and Jorge allowed me to take the car to my father so that he could look at the bare bones of the car to ease my worries of such a big purchase. All in all, it went smoothly. Tim made sure I got the lowest APR for my loan and the best warranty.

    I had a great car buying experience at Kahlo. This was the first time I bought a car, and I wanted to make sure I got it right. I did some research online and found a few cars I liked, one of which was at Kahlo. Kahlo had a nice Honda Civic Coup, listed just below fair market value on Car Gurus. I went in after work and checked out the Honda Civic Coup they had advertised and it looked great! I didn’t get bombarded in the lot, which was nice, and went in and ran into Wes Baker. I was upfront saying I has looking at a few cars and I was interested in test driving the Honda Civic. Wes was very understanding, knowing that I wanted to look around and wasn’t going to be pressured into buying anything on the spot. He got my info, pulled the car up front, and let me test-drive it by myself! I actually really appreciated that. It let me look and feel how the car will drive without someone telling me how nice the features were. I returned the car and took Wes’s info. The next day, I went over to Butler Toyota and had a horribly stereotypical car sales guy. I was checking a Scion TC that was a little older and had an accident on the record. They tried every high pressure sales tactic I was warned about. They weren’t even interested in talking about price even when they listed the car above a fair market value. After that experience, I figured most other car lots are going to be the same way. The next day, I sent Wes an email to see if the car was still at the lot and if we can meet up to talk about price after I get out of work. Received a response that day and everything was good to go! I went in and didn’t waste much time. I really dislike haggling, but not afraid to make an offer I like. I laid out my offer and Wes went back to see if they could take it. He did counter, but was around the price that I was ok with. So that was a decent amount taken off the fair market value on Car Gurus. In 15, I bought the car and picked it up that Saturday! Everything went very smoothly and was even able to register the car through the online DMV portal. I’ve had the car for a few months now, and can say there was nothing wrong with the car when they sold it to me. Wes and Kahlo treated me with respect and not like some dummy who caves to high pressure. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

    Nissan of Lafayette
    Nissan of Lafayette was by far the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. I felt they had my best interest in mind and they were extremely helpful in answering my questions and getting the best vehicle and financing options for me. I live an hour away from Nisan of Lafayette and on my drive to purchase the vehicle (after discussing pricing and financing on the phone), I never once had a second thought about purchasing it. I would definitely use this dealership again and would recommend this to my friends and family!
