We are happy with the finished product, but install was delayed and the manager was rude to us when we were upset that they delayed it. They also ordered the wrong kit parts which delayed the install after it was half complete. We wanted to make a change and the installer was very nice but his boss, the manager, made the issue very difficult. Eventually, the installer (who did a great job) was able to get everything done to our satisfaction. So we are happy with the product and the installation as well as the installer, but the manager was difficult to work with.

My father and boyfriend didn't have time to get it done in the time frame that I wanted (I'm a little impatient, HA!). Jason came out and gave a estimate for services and time frame that I was happy with. He cleaned up daily as he worked on my project and did an excellent job! I actually called him back already and he is going to finish up my living room and hallway here soon. *Highly Recommended

Very well. Jobsite cleaned up most days. Price was reasonable and no billing issues over 3 Draws. Mark was here when he said he would be. He told us it was his goal that you would not be able to tell there was a room addition. He matched the shingles, soffitt, siding, and painting with some effort and he succeeded in matching all aspects. He was a pleasure to work with and we would reccomend him without hesitation.

We got estimates from 3 providers in the area. This one gave us the best product for the dollars. As we were designing the room and trying to stay within a budget, the owner came to our house along with his salesman. They used computer modeling to put in various features as they described them and showed us what they'd look like in our room. Since we were using it for a hot tub, they suggested fiberglass doors and vinyl windows and walls. They also suggested a special flooring that was impervious to water, should we have a failure or leakage from the tub. This is not an aluminum and styrofoam room, but completely stick-built to specs. They were able to start the job sooner than the other contractors, and indeed started 3 weeks after we'd signed the contract. We specified each window size, which ones were fixed instead of sliding, and where we wanted the exit door. There were a few hitches along the way, as most construction has, but they were minimal and easily corrected. We ordered a sliding glass door to go between the house and the new room, but once installed found it to be too narrow and difficult for my wife to get over with her walker. The owner found a patio door unit with an ADA threshold, the same color as our exit door, and with a much larger opening. It cost us a 3 week delay while waiting for the new door, but we didn't get charged any extra to remove the slider and install the patio door. Zimmer goofed in not ordering the exit door, as it was in the write-up but not the specs for the job. That cost a couple weeks, but ultimately didn't matter once we ordered the other door. All crews were courteous and professional, easy to work with, and did their level best to give us the best looking room they could. The owner checked on the progress a couple times and came to see the finished product with the carpet and hot tub installed. He wants to film a commercial of it for future use, it came out so well. We are thoroughly enjoying the new view and are using the hot tub twice a day for therapeutic reasons. I would highly recommend W A Zimmer Company for your 3 and 4 season room, patio room, sun room, awning and pergola needs.
They also sell retractable shades and rattan furniture and give you a price break if you buy a room from them as well!

    Honorable Home Repairs
Dennis and his two employees were hard working and very thorough in every project they completed. Dennis was never satisfied with the work until he checked it out to make sure it was done right. He even did a quick repair on my lawn mower with no charge.

Installation went very well. We weren't exactly sure what we wanted/how it would be done so we relied on them for most of the decisions and it turned out very well. Results much better than expected. Huge improvement to the look of the house. Makes it look like a much more expensive house.

    Windows Doors & More
The finished project is fine. Getting to that point however was frustrating. We paid half down and we were told they were 6-8 weeks out. After about 10 weeks and a few more calls the workers showed up. I was glad my husband took time off work--the pillars were completely wrong style and some sections were the wrong color. Then a crosspiece on pergola was drilled incorrectly so the workers just turned it (did they really think we wouldn't notice holes?!). A screen had an 8" slit (falling shingle likely, though they didn't mention it). Long story short (and this is just part of it), my husband sent pix and a punch list of 6 or 8 things that were not acceptable (last fall after installation). All were corrected, but he should NOT have had to serve as project mgr and ask that things be done properly!!! Last April, we had to call again as one of the pillars had shifted over the winter (it was not anchored properly). We'd planned to get a quote for a new roof from W, D, and M. That will not be a consideration as I no longer trust them to do the job well without owner supervision. We had heard and read great things, so this was a huge (and nerve-wracking) disappointment.

    Bushey's Window and Door
Bushey's has always been excellent to us and very reputable.  They are quick to get back to us, addressed our questions and the contractors arrived when they were scheduled.  We have used them for two large projects and will use them again for any future projects we may have.

Included in the job was the removal of a patio door, closing the opening with new interior coverings and outside siding, plus removing a small wood deck.  Then in a different location, the installation of a new 20' x 20' deck using Trex materials and the installation of a new patio door.  All went well, with the exception of a delay due to late receipt of the new patio door.

    Archadeck of Northeastern Indiana
Working with Baron seems like it will be very easy and professional. Archadeck will begin construction early October. I will leave a more detailed review when completed.
As expected, working with Archadeck was a very pleasant experience. We are very pleased with our new screen room. What a wonderful addition to our home!
