    The Sales person Jerry answered all my questions and provided an in person and on-line quote that was less than 5 other comparable quotes. The installers (Greg & Eric) called to alert me that there were on there way at the time they were expected. They did the job exceptionally well, went over all the operational instructions, explained how the new units functioned, and answered all my questions. I could not be happier but of course, time will tell how reliable the units are but my expectations are very high.

    We called for service this morning before office even opened. Someone called us back promptly and scheduled repair for between 8:30-9:00 a.m. Sam found the problem and made a special trip to get the part, which was under warranty, and came right back to install it. SMK installed our new furnace and air conditioner about 3 years ago and we have them come regularly for cleaning and maintenance. They are professional, reasonable and honest. Fantastic company!!

    The young service technician told me that my unit was low on freon due to a leak, but for a variety of reasons, I was not confident that he was telling me the truth. I had come to trust Korte over the years, so this time I did not watch him perform the service like I used to do with other technicians. And as I said, there were a few things in our conversation that didn't seem right to me. However, since my HVAC system is 20 years old, I wanted to get a quote for replacing it (both the furnace and the A/C) anyway. When the sales rep arrived, I told him about my concerns about the service technician. He immediately offered to send a different, much more experienced technician to my house at no charge. That guy was extremely knowledgeable and he showed and explained everything to me in great detail. Turns out, my unit was indeed low on freon and yes, there was a small leak. Anyway, the bottom line is that Korte did a super job of regaining my trust. I'm a very customer, and if I have any concerns again in the future, I won't hesitate to bring them to their attention, because I know they will go the extra mile to make things right.

    This company has been servicing my elderly mother's heat pump for years, but this is the first time I'd had a chance to meet them. Nick, the younger of the owners, and another guy showed up promptly. I watched them check the system over, so I know they gave it a thorough cleaning and checkup. They could easily have tried to tell us that the 15-year-old system needed repairs or to be replaced, but they didn't. Based on this experience and on my mother's previous experience with them, I'm convinced that they are competent, trustworthy, and professional. I don't remember how much they charged, but it seemed reasonable to me.

    Jason came to fix it, and was even early and found the problem(s) and had them repaired in a timely fashion. He was very nice and very helpful and explained to me what needed to be done to get us up and running. Minka in scheduling was also very nice and helpful and called ahead to let me know Jason was on his was. I would definitely recommend them and if needed would use them again.

    I appreciate the service tech providing my options and helping me choose the right repair at this time for my furnace. I have used this company for years. This company continues to provide excellent service, or I would not continue to use them. I cannot provide price as I am awaiting the bill, however, they have always been fair to deal with!

    Rather than after midnight, the technician arrived by 10 p.m. Serviced and fixed the a/c unit. A loose fitting was leaking. Problem from the installation not caught the first time it was serviced, a few weeks ago? Maybe. Problem from the "fix" a few weeks ago? Maybe. I am promised this is "the" fix that will keep it working. Hope so. My concern is that if we had not had an unseasonable hot spell this fall, I might well have gone outside the warranty period before it failed next cooling season. So for the moment, Doc Dancer redeemed themselves. Still on probation with this customer, though...

    It didn't go perfectly, mainly due to our tight attic space and dealing with issues with our older high velocity ductwork and old drain that kept clogging. Doc Dancer was great about dealing with my numerous calls and was quick to respond to make things right. They were pleasant to deal with, always friendly and made fixes to get things working great. There were a number of issues that were out of their control that they fixed at no extra charge. I'd highly recommend them.

    The installers did not put the a/c tube inside the garage like I wanted. The installer said he likes to run them up to the attic , then to the outside wall.Well this cut up a lot of the foam insulation on the tube. Plus the bigger problem was that they ran the tube along the roof line. If I get a new roof, then they could hammer nails threw the roof and hit the tube. There goes the froen They tried to fix it by putting furnace pipe around the tube. And then hope the nails bounce off of it.
