    We called back in March because our garage door alarm kept going off without being opened. It set off the alarm a few times while we were at work, which meant police were dispatched and we were called and had to tell them to cancel the police, and one of us had to go home to make sure everything was all right. It would also sound when we were home, indicating the door had been opened when it had not.
    Someone was supposed to get in contact with us to schedule a time to come out, but no one ever did. We called back between March - August on several occasions for the same reason. A couple of times, they tried to reach the local technician while we were on hold, but no one could ever reach him and no one ever contacted us and no one ever came out to address the problem.
    Finally on August 26, 2015, I called to cancel the account. When they asked why, I told them, and I assume they verified the calls because they had me on hold for a while while they 'checked our contract.' To their credit, they did end the account and remove access to our bank account during that call. We'll see if that actually took when the withdrawal time comes around the 17th of this month.
    I can't express how frustrating it was dealing with them. We were fine for the first year, when Pinnacle owned the account, and then it was bought by Devcon, and then by Safe. Both my husband and I called, at various times of day, on various days of the week, and no technician was ever found. I'm not sure they actually have one.

    I could install it myself. They had someone over the phone help me get it set up, which I liked. It’s not working as well as I want it to though. When you turn it on there is a button that you push to silence it and it doesn't work. I told them about the button not working but they didn’t do anything about it. I don’t have the ability to call in 24/7.

    They are super easy to work with.  We had a problem with the cellular component with ours so they sent out a new monitor at no cost.  Other than that we have had no problem.  They are awesome.  It's self install which I like because i didn't want strangers in my house.  Ultimate plan is $29 per month which has a lot of ultimate features and easy to install.  It's been perfect.  Their customer service was really responsive and super nice when we had the problem with the cellular component.  They don't give any high pressure sales tactics to upgrade.

    He was friendly, punctual, knowledgeable, and explained everything so I understood it.  We now have a temperature alarm (fire or broken furnace), sump pump level alarm, and security (doors and motion detectors).  I like that they are a local company, so the people that are monitoring your home are right here in Fort Wayne.

    People at SafeMart are good and approachable. They are pretty knowledgeable.  They go long ways to help somebody.  It is a  big system,  hard-wired and wireless combination.  The pricing was good and it was my first time to use their product so I thought it was a complicated system. And it is pretty sophisticated. The video was quite good   Their punctuality was fine and professionalism was actually good. They were accommodating.  The people is a good resource for somebody, that is why I like them.

    I have had a negative experience with them. We initially signed up with them because of an engaging salesmen, who said that we could have our rates lowered after the first month if we called and said their competitors are offering a lower price; which they didn't budge on and now we are stuck paying more for this system. Also, their accessibility is not very good. We also have gotten emails that our battery is low, even though the service company says the battery is working fine.

    I purchased a home in Indiana in the fall but did not plan to move from Arizona until the following spring.  Prior to closing on the property I purchased the system and had the sensors sent to my Arizona address.  Upon visiting Indiana for closing, after the closing paperwork was done I went to the house, installed the sensors, and activated the system.  I then returned to Arizona and monitored the system using my computer and smartphone until I moved this spring.  Everything with the alarm system went smoothly and I had the peace of mind that the house was OK throughout the winter.   I had some contractors work at the house over the winter and gave each a different access code so I knew who was there.  Now that I am in Indiana, since I live alone, I use the system whenever I leave.  I have not had the system tripped, but I feel the monthly fee is worth the peace of mind.

    I talked to Nick mostly and he answered the phone right away each time I called. I had lots and lots of questions and he was patient and thorough at answering my questions. He came out and recommended what we would need and options. He was patient when I changed my mind on things and wrote us up a detailed pricing. It was more than we originally thought it would be, but we wanted several different options. We knew ahead of time how much it would be so there were no surprises. The tech, Drew, came out and spent all day from 8:30-5:30 working on setting everything up and then came back and finished up and trained us. He was very good, answered all my questions and was extremely nice even though I was probably bothering him while he was working. He always emphasized that he was there to help us and that it was good to ask questions. He also changed our programming for us when we realized that another configuration could work better for us. He also thoroughly cleaned up after himself both days. I had a question after it was installed and called Nick and he answered it for me. I feel comfortable that they will be able, available and willing to take care of any questions, concerns or needs we may have with our system. I definitely recommend them.

    The whole experience was very good. Molly (sales rep) was extremely helpful, and I never felt like I was getting a sales pitch or being pressured into upgrading. The cost of the system I was interested in was much lower than I had expected, and the monthly monitoring rates seemed very reasonable to me. She was able to schedule an installation quickly - the installation was performed by Drew, who was also very friendly and professional. He made sure that the specifics of the installation (sensor placement, etc) were what I wanted, and then walked me through the whole system once it was set up. He was also very patient with my rather yappy dog, which I appreciated! I've been really happy with my system.
