    14/69 ordered the rear view mirror and received the wrong mirror. They had to reorder the part and apologized for the mixup. A few days later they called me and got the correct rear view mirror. When I took my car in they apologized and said the part was ordered by Toyota and they got the last three numbers wrong. The price was higher than quoted but said he would give it to me for the original quote. The difference was a little more then $100 and he would take the cut even though it was Toyota's fault. When I broke the glass of the rear view mirror it leaked green substance on my car. They removed it for me and also removed a white scrape on my back bumper at no cost. They are great, honest and professional! I recommend them highly, you will not be disappointed.

    The repairs were not made as they should have been. The appointment with the regional manager was never scheduled. This was paid for with insurance so no store responsibility was accepted. The body shop manager was not helpful and was demeaning. This is a new car and repairs should have been made.

    Shop worked out details with the "other guy's" insurance. Repair took longer than estimated because of problems with replacement parts, but Justin kept me informed. Good color match, good part alignment.

    It went incredibly well! Everyone was courteous and professional, the work was performed quickly and without any issues. Keshia provided me with daily updates on my vehicle, and everything went according to plan. They cleaned the car inside and out before returning it to me, and I believe the car was cleaner when I picked it up from them than it was the day I purchased it! Friendly people, outstanding service, and a dedication to customer service made my experience a very favorable one.

    They have been much better than the other dealership we had. We're enjoying their services. When we bought our vehicle we had already gone through being approved to multiple areas, one of them being our credit union and the credit union had the lowest interest rate that we could find and went to Don Ayres, told them we had that. We had our approval. They've been very good for us. I would continue to use them in the future.

    They were good. They saw the car and they did the appraisal and reported to the insurance. It was an accident. They were very helpful, responsive, but if I had a car that I need repaired I would go there again.

    I'm new to angieslist.com. I needed an auto body repair shop as I had a car accident. I went with auto collision on Jefferson blvd. Based on the angieslist.com recommendations, I didn't even look around for another auto repair shop. I had had an automobile accident and brought my car in. Luckily, they were one of the auto body shops that my auto insurance contracts with. I didn't hesitate to move forward. When they gave an estimate of the cost and length of time it would take to repair, they said they couldn't fully assess the car damage until they started working on it. They gave me a ball park idea of when it would be done... 7-10 days. I thought this was great timing as I had just dropped off my toddler for preschool and I could drop off this car and get my rental just in time to pick him up from preschool. I left my car and went to get my rental car. I waited for a phone call. I never heard back from them. I tried to call them on the 7th day. No one picked up the phone. So on the 8th day, I went into the shop to find out when the car would be ready. The counter person said he would find out. When he same back, he said that it would be ready in a few minutes. In normal circumstances, I would have been happy, but I'm a single mother and doing the and quot;picking up the car and returning the rental carand quot; isn't an easy task with a baby. If they would have contacted me earlier, I could have made plans to do this when my child was in preschool, like in the drop off. Plus, because they hadn't contacted me, I had spent $40 for gas as I had filled it up the day before. I had gotten the car from enterprise and was told to return as near to empty as possible. Has I known the car would have been ready the next day, I certainly would not have filled gas in the car. My service advisor said he would talk it over with the owner to reimburse for lack of communication. It has now been like 2months and once again....no communication. No reimbursement, no phone, etc.

    I asked how much it would cost and he said, and quot;On the house. Just come here before Honda the next time.and quot; I insisted on paying something. He said that it would take too long to do the paper work and it wasn't worth it. What a class act. It's as good as new. I will go back with any body problem on any vehicle I own for the rest of my life.

    It always goes well at Dan Gratz. I am insured by USAA who first sent me to Dan Gratz. My poor little Avalon has been hit front, back, left and rear at different times by different divers. I seem to be a magnet for other drivers to run into. After the last time, while repairs were being made, I though this would be the last time with this car (as I still hope it is( and I would need to trade. No way!
    It drives as well as new. I have no reason to trade.
    If it can be fixed, Dan Gratz can and will fix it.
