    We arrived home to a happy, healthy cat! Cathy has been taking care of Slick the Cat whenever we have been out of town for the last 2.5 years. We love her! Slick loves her! Cathy always sends us text messages and pictures during our vacations and waters the indoor plants when needed. It gives us great peace of mind to know Cathy is watching Slick and our home while we are away!

    Our cat loved Amy as much as we did! Amy visited our home each day for the 10 days we were out of town. She spent quality time brushing and playing with the cat, sent us daily reports with photos and did security checks throughout the home. Everything went really well, and we highly recommend this friendly, professional pet sitter!

    It went perfectly! Cathy Clark went above and beyond to cover us for the 20 days we were gone. She spent a lot of time with Slick the Cat during her visits and provided daily reports. We came home to find a very contented, well cared for cat, houseplants watered and house secure. We had used Comforts of Home Pet Sitting in the past and highly recommend their services again!

    My only complaint would be I wasn���t kept in the loop for delivery of door. I made all calls to them to check on door. Told 6-8 weeks, it was 9 weeks. Price was similar to big box but could not get full glass door. Double door flaps instead of single. Good restriction of cold air flow.

    Eric was wonderful. We have 3 cats and wanted to someone to house sit as the cats don't like being boarded while we were on vacation. He came to the house to do a walk thru and asked questions and met with the cats. We received daily updates as well as pictures while we were gone. If there were questions about anything he would send us a text. We felt like they were being very spoiled and well taken care of which made our vacation stress free. When we got home our house might have been cleaner than when we left. He followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied with his services and they cats were okay. Definitely will be hiring him again for any traveling we do.

    Outstanding company! Everything went very well, from sales (Brian), installation (Cody) and training (Jeremy). They were punctual on all appointments and very courteous and professional. System works as advertised, no complaints. Kudos to all, especially Jeremy who is an outstanding trainer as he took the time and care training Huck who is a rescue dog. I recommend Invisible Fence of Central Indiana and would hire them again.

    I almost lost my 13 year old dog two weeks ago because she was not properly treated for two months by the veterinarians at this animal hospital. I took Katie here three times over the course of the two months for the same issue. She was having problems with her bowels and was not feeling well. The vet said he tried to express her anal glands but they were empty. Her last visit was May 30, 2018. The evening of June 17, 2018 we took her to VCA Animal Hospital because she was bleeding from her rectum. Both anal glands were infected and one had abscessed. She had a very high temperature and was extremely ill. It took two weeks and a lot of medication for her to fully recover. I have taken my pets to this facility for many years and they didn���t bother to apologize even when I told them I was taking my dog elsewhere. Don���t bring your pets here. The service isn���t what it used to be plus it is way too expensive especially when you have to make an emergency hospital visit after three vet visits for the exact same issue.

    The facility is clean, and the personnel are competent. I don���t worry about my dog when he���s there, because I think the employees are very well-trained to spot possible behavior problems and avert them if they occur. My dog is happy when he comes home, and he���s ready to go back when we take him.

    We went to Bridgeview for 12 years until our dog was put down. We signed up for the Annual Protection Plan, but Bridgeview is continuing to bill us for 3 months AFTER the dog's death. We contacted Bridgeview and were told we signed up for the plan and are obligated to continue paying for everything even AFTER the dog's death. Anybody signing up for their plans should keep that in mind before signing up. In addition to dealing with the pain and grief of losing our 16 year old dog, we have to put up with Bridgeview's greedy and uncaring practice.

    I had a horrible experience over the last seven months trying to keep my dog alive With Dr. Lee. She was inattentive, and lackadaisical. I should have changed vets, but when you are in the middle of a crisis it is hard to do. I did however let Dr Brown know of my concerns. My dog died last October, which the vet didn���t acknowledge or care about. I kept getting emails for heartworm notices, so I wrote Dr. Brown, the owner, about my experience and asked him to at the very least remove my dog from computer. Two months after the letter I wrote, I���m still getting notices, now they are about vaccines. I am trying to move on, but this just keeps stirring up the bad memories.
