I was amazed that they were able to match my last minute deadline and were so professional about moving my piano. FNot good! Called 2 hours before move and said wanted to reschedule for almost a week later due to mechanical issues. What can I do, I had to be out of my place the next day. They call me back later that night to say they would be at my place the next morning at 8 AM. Guess what? They failed to show. Called their manager who suggested I rent a UHaul truck and move myself. Worst experience ever!

BIt went ok. They were a little late and were renting their truck by the hour. I didn't like them charging by the hour because the owner had to make a second trip to the storage shed, leaving the two younger guys in charge. One guy spent the whole time fiddling with the legs on my couch. If they couldn't come off, tell me, and we will knock them off, which we ended up doing after the owner made the 45 minute trip back (the guy was still fiddling with the legs.) The other guy sat in a chair for several minutes, then asked if bv there was anything he could do. Well, yes. The dinette was not put together, nor was the bed upstairs, but he put them together. Some things didn't get done because it got REALLY expensive paying for the move. I had just moved from Orlando, which cost $5,000 more than expected. I think some people try bvb to take advantage of older women, thinking we all have money, but I don't. I am disabled. I did give a good tip to everyone.

FTerrible, they won't respond when I try to call them. I have broken items and the dropped a safe off the back of the truck as they drove away without the door closed. I could go on for a while. I have items that didn't show up on the truck that I know was put on the truck.

AVery well ! Our old residence was in a "nursing home" environment and only two packers and movers were allowed in the building at anytime. Emery's sent five movers; so, while the two movers inside packed up our furnishings the other three unloaded and loaded the 95-100 boxes and items in the garage. The movers appeared to work through lunch and dinner and were done in 10-11 hours with our furnishings placed where we chose and were reassembled ready for us to use by bedtime. Our items from the garage were placed in the new garage and indoor cartons were appropriately marked by room and items so we could open them as necessary. The wardrobes and boxes which we cannot use will be picked up by Emery,s Movers.

They shrink wrapped everything and were very cautious, careful and polite We did notice a new gouge/ scratch on wood floor of old house and scrape on new wall of new house , but overall very pleased. Would hire them again but we never plan to move again. The three guys we had were superior, as close to excellent one could ask for! Amazing work
