Great! Staff is on it, and fast with responding to me via portal or phone. When sick, I get in to see him and sometimes a NP or PA, but not an issue as Dr. Houghton oversees what they do. He is caring and good, and listens well. I am medically complicated, and very compliant with his recommendations. He is my MD and thus if he suggests something, I do this as I want to stay healthy. He is knowledgable and skilled with nice interpersonal skills. The office staff is awesome, and caring, and responsive. This is one of the best MD offices I have ever been in! Glad I am a patient there. Changed providers to have one closer to me.

On Monday, daughter was diagnosed by Dr. Slaven with the beginnings of an ear infection. Antibiotics were prescribed and Dr. Slaven told us to return Wednesday if the fever hadn't resolved. Come Wednesday morning, the fever is still there. I call the nurse line at 10:30. The line says expect a call back within 2 hours. I left another message at 12:30. I left a third message at 1:15, asking simply for a return call to tell us if we needed to go somewhere else. The nurse calls back at 1:30, three hours after the original call. She doesn't acknowledge the tardiness of the return call. I said I was upset it took three hours and she said she was "really busy" and she was answering calls in the order they were received. I asked her to clarify if that meant she was just returning calls from 10:30. She said no, she had to give the message to Dr. Slaven, who was really busy, and then wait for a response from her before she could call us back. I was advised not to bring my daughter in and call back the next day. I told the nurse this was unacceptable and that we would be switching practices. We got my daughter into a new practice the next day (Thursday) and she never had an ear infection. What she did have was double pneumonia (three out of four of her lobes). I will not tolerate a pediatrician who takes three hours to return a call for a sick visit, especially after she told us to come back that day and misdiagnosed double pneumonia (in my two year old daughter I might add). I also won't tolerate a change in the treatment plan without the provider explaining that to me. Lastly, the nurse I spoke with was rude and made no acknowledgement of any inconvenience to my daughter and I or our experience. I am so glad we switched her care. Parents, you know your kids and if you know something is wrong and your doctor isn't taking you seriously, move on and find someone that does listen.

Lauren was welcoming, friendly, and efficient during our appointments. Her office is professional and contains a sound booth and necessary equipment to conduct thorough screenings. Before testing us, she asked questions to understand each of our issues and goals. Additionally, she related well to my elementary aged son and made it easy for him to complete the screening. She also adapted the screening tools and tests to our individual needs. At the end, she reviewed our results with us to make sure we understood them. She was not pushy in unnecessary treatment and encouraged regular screenings to determine any future requirements. I would highly recommend Dr. Lauren Hendrickson for anyone seeking an audiologist and will continue regular appointments with her.

She?s the only Doctor that?s kept me. She? wonderful. She?s really into holistic. I was having trouble losing weight and she told me a diet to do and I went from 210 to 150 in less than a year. She?s an excellent doctor.

I had to stop & get X-rays downstairs before seeing Dr. Agrawal. The office was very busy that day with MRI’s & other X-rays… but maintained courtesy toward the patients I finally made it upstairs to see “my surgeon”. His staff is cordial & pleasant. Everything went fine. Dr. Agrawal appeared very happy with my progress! I love Dr. Agrawal! I highly recommend him to anyone suffering with shoulder pain (discomfort) immobility. He is gifted with amazing knowledge and healing hands.

Dr. Agrawal is very dedicated to his patients. His profound knowledge in his field is mind blowing! He genuinely cares about you, before & after the procedure. I highly recommend him to anyone suffering with gnawing, constant, shoulder pain. He is my miracle worker.

I was in hospital...having extreme pain...family doc referred me to GI. Family PC said do not wait for them to call you...call ASAP. I did and was rudely told they are referral only and I have to wait for their call. Going someplace that cares.

The Dr. told him that he had an ingrown toenail, and that he needed to have the nail removed.  She removed the nail, and sent him home with instructions on the care of the surgery, which I followed.  After about 10 days, I called the office, and told the nurse that there was a lot of yellow drainage.  The nurse asked if there was pain or a bad smell.  When I said no, she said the yellow drainage was normal.    After about 13 days the toe looks the same as when it was first done.  I called another doctor and was told they usually give an antibiotic when they do surgery.

Dr. Leivant is the most competant, caring and compassionate Doctor I have ever met. I had almost given up on medicine and my own health until I met her. She has gone, above and beyond, what is required of a primary care physician. She continually researches my ailments; she is the first provider that knows more than I do about my own problems. She is also consantly picking up the broken pieces left by certain "specialists.' She isn't afraid to admit when she doesn't have an answer, but in that care case, she will, without fail, research the issue until she has a solid, scientifically sound hypothesis that can be tested, proven or disproved.
I recently had urilogical surgery that went very poorly. As soon as the surgery was over, my urologist became impossible to contact and would not provide any answers. I called Dr. Leivant, and she squeezed me in for a same day appointment; I was pretty close to rock bottom; inordinate amounts of pain, abnormal "male issues," etc.
Just talking to Dr. Leivant made a world of difference; she listens, and you can easily tell that she genuinely cares about your emotional and physical well being. She immediately got me on the right track, recommending a great urologist. She also helps, so much, by listening; she isn't the kind of doctor that checks her watch during visits. She will actually sit with you and truly listen to what you have to say. I am not ashamed to say that just having her listen, with care and concern, to my medical problems is better than a cure sometimes. I have never left her office thinking, "that was a waste of time," while that is often the rule with other doctors.
I am not a very trusting person, by nature, but I trust Dr. Leivant with my life, unconditionally. She is a huge asset to the field of Medicine.
