    Purchased home in June and it came with a lawn irrigation system. We have not had one before so didn't know much about it. They came out to winterize and took the time to give me a full overview of the entire system and how to operate the control panel. I know he is super busy this time of year, so taking the time out to spend with me was much appreciated. He and his grandson did the winterizing. On a sidenote, since we are new to this, we also didn't know that we needed to wrap up the backflow outside of our home prior to them coming to avoid freezing. The office staff made me aware when I set the appointment and they even had an easy tutorial on their website to show me what to do. This place is top notch, highly impressive, and I will recommend to all of my friends and neighbors in the future.

    Our irrigation was never working here. They came out to do it, to turn it on and there were 2 leaks. We will have to get that fixed and get a back-flow thing. There were some of the pop up heads that does the sprinkling that either were damaged or so old that they needed to be replaced. They kept telling me that they sent me an email or such and such on what the estimated cost was. It took me 2 months to finally get it out of them, so I wasted the whole summer without irrigation. I kept saying, ?I?m not getting it and I?m needing my stuff done.? It?s hard to get a hold of them because they don?t have an answering machine. It?s a one person company or some lady just answers the phone.

It?s a one person company or some lady just answers the phone. He found out a tree grew around the irrigation system and that is why it didn?t work. He didn?t know that until he came back to fix it, after trying to turn it on in May. I waited 3 months. I had to do my own watering if I needed it. He said my backflow was bad. I said, ?how can that be it I didn?t even have it on?? He said we will have to fix it next year. I was hoping they would come out and get the thing fixed. By this time, it?s too late, you?re not in any urgent, you could have easily called me and told me what the price was. If I call them the phone just rings and just goes to a voice mail. 

    They have to come into the garage to turn it on. It took too much to get him out here to do the fix because I could never get a hold of them, nor could I get someone to find a way to get the estimate to me. It was $290 for the fix and winterization, which has not been done. He worked on it and it?s covered in grass. I don?t know if it works. I was really not happy with him and I was on my way out when they showed up. Nobody called to tell me they were coming. I had somebody waiting here so they could get in the garage. They replaced them but now I can?t even tell if it works well because it?s fall, and I don?t even know if they shut it off.

    I DO NOT recommend this company. Rob came out to repair our shut off valve prior to turning our system back on after the winter. This repair was supposed to be completed in May or June but I never received an invoice. When I called, I was told that one of their workers was lying to them, stating that work had been completed and paid for when it had not been. They scheduled for the repair to be done as soon as they were able. Rob came to the house to perform the repair and within 10 minutes came to the door in a panic, stating that I had to call the Citizen's Emergency Line. I come outside to see water all over the sidewalk and in our yard. He said that the pipe from the street was leaking. I called the Citizen's Emergency line and they stated that the pipes are our responsibility, they only own the meter and that if we have someone working on those pipes, they are responsible for any repairs. I still asked them to come out and assess, which they said they would. Rob then says that he has "somewhere else to be" and to call him when they come. I could not believe that he was going to leave when this was an emergency! Citizen's showed up and I called Rob. It took him 45 minutes to get back to our house. He argued with the Citizen's employee, stating that it was their fault and their responsibility. Citizen's told me that it appeared that Rob had caused this leak. After Citizen's left, I asked if he was going to pay for this repair. Rob was adamant that he didn't cause this leak. I asked him to explain that to me, since we have had no problems with a leak from our meter pit, our bill has not been high, nor has Citizen's ( who reads our meter in that pit every month) informed us of a problem. I asked Rob to pay for this repair. He told me that the pipes were leaking when he got here but he continued with the repair anyway. I couldn't believe that he just told me that he didn't cause this and then tell me that it was like this when he got here but continued with the repair anyway. I asked again for him to be responsible, do the right thing and pay for this repair. He told me "that's just not how business works." I then started calling plumbers to get this fixed, because now our water to the house was shut off. Since it was around July 4th, we couldn't get a plumber out for 4 days to fix this. That means that we were without water to our house for 4 days!!! When we finally got it fixed, it was $400. The first thing the plumbing company asked was if our irrigation company was going to pay for this repair. They said that whatever Rob was trying to do, he caused the pipes to come apart, causing the leak. I called Rob's assistant and told her what had been happening. She was surprised because Rob had told her that he fixed everything for us even though it was Citizen's fault. I explained that Rob actually refused to help us and take responsibility. She asked for me to send her our plumbing bill and she would talk to Rob. I continued to call and ask for Rob to pay for this repair or to notify his insurance that this occurred. He continued to refuse to take responsibility. I am blown away by this business's negligence and poor customer service. Rob has lied to me and his own employees about what occurred. He refused to pay for this repair even after he admitted his negligence in telling me about the supposed leak. I am also afraid that our system has not been properly cared for, due to the fact that the person who was supposed to be caring for our system, winterizing it and doing this repair, lied about all his work. When I asked Rob about this, he denied it, even after his assistant had already told me what happened regarding that employee. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. If they make a mistake, you are on your own.

    Called and said they'd be an hour late. 1.5 hours later they had still not come. I called and left 2 messages, after that the voice mailbox was full. Tried texting and got no response. Finally got them to answer by using a different phone. They were obviously avoiding my calls. They finally came 4 hours late. This is unacceptable unless an emergency was communicated. No communication at all. This is not the first time they have been late and each year we have used them we have had to call them to see why they haven't scheduled the system start up.

    Chris does a fantastic job, from start to finish. His designs were incredible and workmanship superior. Everything was done, with customer satisfaction in mind. We were extremely pleased with the work & work ethic of the crew who designed us a beautiful outdoor hardscape on-time & on budget! Dan followed up by installing irrigation around our house. All the work was done with minimal damage to our lawn! We would use Green Image again, without question. Excellent work!

    They were very consistent and did good work. We are using a different company this year, mostly because of the price and because we didn't mix well with our project manager. If this new company doesn't work out would you would still consider Engledow for services in the future

    Extremely responsive and thorough from the get-go and through completion. Very minimal disruption to my yard. Nice and professional installation crew. They did not charge me additional for my invisible dog fence or "shallow tree roots" as others quoted. Their prices were quite reasonable compared to others. Overall they are outstanding and I will continue to use them for routine service and maintenance.

    it went really well. minimal damage to the grass. Rob works hard to finish the job in a timely manner and he's very knowledgable about his products. We plan to put a fence in and he work around where the fence would go. Extremely happy with his service. We also had our downspouts buried.

    Had to wait a week for an appointment for Mr Warweg to come out and do the estimate and meet with me. Other providers were able to give estimates within a few days and without me being home. Mr Warweg was on time for our appointment and very friendly and professional. He gave me 2 estimates - one for the "Classic" system and one for the "Elite". I didn't feel pressured into either option. He explained his plan and many of the features of the equipment that would be used. I ultimately decided to go with another provider that was a slightly lower cost (about $600 less) for essentially the same set-up (same number of nozzles and design). Mr Warweg had commented that my set-up would be a little trickier and therefore was a slightly higher estimate, due to my invisible dog fence and some shallow tree roots. The other provider did not charge more for those things, in fact he said the work around those things "all the time" and that they are pretty routine. There was also a slight difference in the other provider's favor on the piping used. Those two things pretty much clinched my decision to the other provider.

    The way he talked to my wife was unbelieve. He is horrible. He did the winterization and the guy is absolutely horrible. Damion Archer is his name and he yelled at my wife, called he basically everything but liar. You don't talk to anybody what way. What stood out was the rudeness of how he treats people. I would not recommend because of rudeness.
