I text Randy about the project and he came THAT DAY! He went above and beyond to make things cheaper (didnt need to buy a microwave rack or dryer vent part he made the microwave part and he brought a dryer piece from home). Super nice, honest and a great personality. The complete project went super smooth. He is very knowledgeable. I am so happy I found him. I will use him for every handyman project. Thanks Randy!

Ken the owner does not care a bit if you have a small project. I should have read the F reviews on here before regarding his follow up. His bid was 75% more than others. However, I decided I wanted to use them because of their experience. I sent him three emails telling him with 2 questions. NO RESPONSE. Then I sent him an email I was not interested. I get an email with a contract. I emailed back " didn't you get my email?". He replied " yes, I didn't want to work with her. She is all over the place". He told me his assistants name was Christi, and so is mine. He thought he was replying to an email from her. Can you imagine how he did talk or would talk about you? If he replies, don't believe a thing he says. I have the emails to prove it.

    Mr Handy Dan LLC
Dan painted ceilings and walls in our basement, installed (and painted) all new baseboards and door casings and painted the doors after things were torn up after flooding. He also installed new trim work in the stairway. When my husband came home after everything was done, he said "Who's house is this?!?" Dan did a great job, offers reasonable pricing and is very considerate and punctual.

Randy is the handyman we wish we had found when we first bought this house. He approaches each job with curiosity (he asked questions about the specific issues before he came to the house), and he knows his stuff. At first I told him we would just deal with the plumbing issues on the scheduled day, and that we would deal with the electrical outlets another time. (Really, I didn't want to commit because I wanted to be sure he was as good as his reviews, so thought it best to start with just a few tasks.) He dealt with the leaks, after telling me my options (try to fix the old leaky faucet, or replace the whole thing?), and figured out the really quick (like 2 minute) fix for the smelly dishwasher. He then said, what the heck, show me those bad electrical outlets. So I did, and he diagnosed a bad GCI (I think that's what it was). He went to Lowe's for the needed parts, returned pronto, and took care of it! Also, later that night, the toilet was running again. I texted Randy, and he told me something to try as a stopgap. The next day Randy picked up a different part, and we texted back and forth as the toilet seemed to be fine after all. Anyway, we left it that he will come back if needed. I love that he responds quickly by text or email. I also love that he let me watch all the repairs so that I don't have to always be so ignorant about house systems, and he patiently answers all my questions. Mostly I love that he arrived at my door with a dog treat in his hand. Chico is our iffy pit bull mix, who we always keep behind a baby gate when visitors come. But Randy offered him the treat, and the barking stopped, and that was it--Chico had found a great friend. Seriously, you need to hire Randy. He's honest (he will tell you if a job may be out of his bailiwick), he's funny, and he's smart. We had a bad experience with a previous handyman, and I am so relieved to have one to count on now.

Doug did everything I needed and was always able to work with my schedule. He had some issues with the electrical and brought in an electrician and shared the cost with me, which I considered very generous. His prices are very reasonable and he will be helping me with some other projects real soon. I highly recommend him.

Handy Randy Home Maintenance Service LLC
Great as always-Randy has done work for me and my mother before. He replaced the faucet and even went to the hardware store to get parts to make sure the faucet would function properly. Then he cut a plastic strip to size that goes along the bottom of my shower door. The other one had come loose. He then replaced it. He then replaced the shower head. I couldn't be more pleased with his work.

Too many issues to list. Never finished job or punch list. Gave up before job was done. Question contractors ability in the areas of plumbing, electrical, tile and finishing work. Promised job would be done in 2.5 weeks - officially left the project 9 weeks later without finishing job nor punch list. Some days I would question if anything was completed. Toilet punctured wall, wrong paint used, dirty rollers used, pocket door unfinished and inoperable, some bathroom fixtures installed upside down, mirror broken, tile crooked, left garage dirty, broke antique dresser, broke iron bed, marred doors, spilled paint on carpet, didnt put flooring in entry closet, sink in half bath leaked and ruined sub floor, list goes on and on.

We had a very unusual situation where existing windows had peeling film and windows could not be reached for replacement due to roof slope. We had Higinio look at.the situation and he came up with a perfect solution. Professional work and unsightly peeling film now hidden and rotting wood removed and replaced. Very pleased with his work!
