The new gutters move water much more effectively than the old, and the gutter guards keep the leaves from clogging them. Dustin took the time to explain the work being performed, and patiently answered all of my questions. His crew was timely and professional, and left the property clean and tidy when finished. ARussell Hill Contracting, LLCI worked with Joe Hill and Laura Byron when I needed a roof replacement, gutter replacement and two skylight replacements when I was on a very short time crunch. Throughout the whole process, they were very professional, punctual and personable. Both are very hardworking individuals and made it as easy as possible for me to get this big task done by my short deadline. After getting to know Laura even more, I admired how she made sure to accommodate for me and how she communicated with me to make sure I not only understand what to expect each step of the way and she always went out of her way to make sure my work schedule wasn't disrupted. I always thought, "Wow, she is perfect for this job." and I can say the same about Joe, they are a great team. I can confidentially say that for how much I needed done and for how crazy my schedule was during that time, I would not of gotten the same experience with anyone else. They did numbers other houses for our friends and family. They were willing to do many other minor repairs as they were installing the roof as well as gutters. It took way to long to get scheduled, However, when I finally gave up and complained, Mr Bauerle took over and got the job done as soon as he could. Workmen got here fairly early and started right in taking off old gutters and downspouts and putting up new ones. They worked very hard in high heat and humidity. AThe work was replacing 96 lf of 34 year old gutter to fix leaks in the joints and to correct the slope of the gutter. There was some delay in getting the work scheduled but they kept me informed as to the reasons for the delay and when the work might be rescheduled. Once the workers came they were on time and knew what they were doing. They removed the existing gutter guards and replaced them so I did not have to buy new guards.

AAMAZING! I first met AJ who walked me through the process and made me feel at ease. I chose my materials and signed the contract. It took about a month to get the materials back. But once they were in, 3 days later and my project was complete. It is BEAUTIFUL! The guys who did the work were all very kind. They worked hard and cleaned up each night better than it was the day before! My entire neighborhood keeps telling me how good it looks. I think they are all jealous. I went with Shake siding on the front...it looks like a coastal cottage almost. So lovely. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND. Great from beginning to end. Thank you all!

Athe service was fantastic. I called on 12/7 and spoke with Joel. I explained what needed to be done and he said he would come out with his gutter person in the next couple days to check it out. Next thing I knew, the gutter person came out himself to look at it, said it wasn't a big deal to fix, hopped up on a ladder and made the repairs. The price was more than fair.
