ARussell Hill Contracting, LLCI worked with Joe Hill and Laura Byron when I needed a roof replacement, gutter replacement and two skylight replacements when I was on a very short time crunch. Throughout the whole process, they were very professional, punctual and personable. Both are very hardworking individuals and made it as easy as possible for me to get this big task done by my short deadline. After getting to know Laura even more, I admired how she made sure to accommodate for me and how she communicated with me to make sure I not only understand what to expect each step of the way and she always went out of her way to make sure my work schedule wasn't disrupted. I always thought, "Wow, she is perfect for this job." and I can say the same about Joe, they are a great team. I can confidentially say that for how much I needed done and for how crazy my schedule was during that time, I would not of gotten the same experience with anyone else. Joe and Laura are the kind of professionals that you enjoy working with and make sure that there is no stress throughout the whole experience. Thank you so much for all you do. AKT Services LLCShane was prompt if not early! His amazing vacuum system meant no ladders leaning on our house siding or gutters, removing the possibility of damage. Our house is only one year old and located on a lot with many large trees surrounding it so we didn't know what to expect in terms of how full of leaves, cost, etc., the gutters might be. Shane also answered questions my husband had about some water over-shoot problems so we'll be addressing that. All in all, very happy and will definitely hire again.- CONSTANCE M.

AThe work was replacing 96 lf of 34 year old gutter to fix leaks in the joints and to correct the slope of the gutter. There was some delay in getting the work scheduled but they kept me informed as to the reasons for the delay and when the work might be rescheduled. Once the workers came they were on time and knew what they were doing. They removed the existing gutter guards and replaced them so I did not have to buy new guards.

ARussell Hill was the one bright spot of replacing my roof after storm damage. My insurance company dragged their feet for 6 months and initially refused to cover it's replacement or repair. After talking with different roofers, I went with Russell Hill because they were willing to help me through the process of "fighting" insurance. They helped me hire a public adjuster and would periodically check-in with me to assure me that I hadn't been forgotten and that the adjuster was still working on my case. Ultimately, they were right about the damage being covered by insurance and after a few months insurance agreed to cover it. Russell Hill quickly scheduled the replacement after confirmation and actual install of a ~1800 sq ft house roof replacement (including some roof element upgrades) took a day. Their staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful.
