ADraper Fencing Company LLCWe contacted Draper fence for a quote on a privacy fence in mid-November in hopes of having something by the spring. They responded promptly and arranged for a visit and an estimate after Thanksgiving. Britt walked us through several options and answered all of our questions. He then sent us quotes on different styles of 6 foot cedar privacy fences. Once we decided to go with Draper, they booked us an install on or around 1/14/21 (with a 4 week weather buffer communicated - it is winter.) They actually were able to start work on 1/13 and completed the fence on 1/14. John, the crew lead on site, was professional and knowledgeable. He offered solutions to some challenges that we are happy with and he answered all of our questions. They removed the ratty, old chain link and installed a 6 foot, board-on-board cedar privacy fence (around 270 linear feet). The neighbors are very complementary of the work, and it's completed well ahead of when we had hoped- robert j.

The installers hauled the dirt to the location I asked also which was greatly appreciated. They answered all of the questions my wife and I had. AWe had several woodworking jobs and most of the companies that came out would do some of the projects but not all of them. Hittle was able to do them all at a good price and with great professionalism. The hardest part of the job was taking out the old wood retaining walls around flower boxes that surrounded our patio and replacing them with new wood. They had to dig them out and then replacing them required a lot of precision work. They also took down an awkward old wooden awning and replaced it with a lattice wall next to the garden. Together those two projects make the patio area look 100 times better! We also had them build a short wooden fence and gate on the unfenced side of the house. And in front they installed a small wooden fenced area to corral our trash cans and hide them from the street. Everything looks great and the workmanship was truly excellent.

DConcrete footings too small, allowing wind to tilt fence and breaking the top backer rails in the vicinity with fence falling over there, and this within 3 years of installation. Bullseye would not repair without charging for the work. Second section in another part of the fence had it's top backer rail also break in half due to flawed lumber (large knot in center of board).

Bsite survey was good, esp considering the weather. I had a follow up question after the estimate was provided, but got no response to THEIR email to me asking if I had questions, in fact, they contacted me twice and I responded but got no reply to my question. finally, they called and I brought this up and Mike was courteous and apologized. He is a very good representative. The price seems to be high, and we are trying to get at least one other estimate(the other Angies List service provider never contacted us at all, so we're still looking).
