  Your crew that was led by Jacob was very efficient. They did a terrific job? I misunderstood as to how long it took to do the job. I thought it took all day and it only took a few hours. I was also very impressed with the products used along with the efficiency that it was applied. AAA Sealcoating will be sealing my large driveway from now on.

  The cracks must have been filled with the sealer. The cracks were just as evident after filling as before. Some of the cracks were not even filled. I called the company immediately after the job and complained and they just ignored me and never called back.
  I have used other companies in the past with great success. I will not use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.

  Ed Couch Asphalt Sealcoating

  They were very accomodating, as we and they needed to reschedule several times due to rain and activity at our home.  They came to the door and apologized for being 15 minutes late.  They trimmed on both sides of drive, which is a long driveway. They sealed the driveway and put up the rope across the entrance.

  Panyard Bros Inc

  Original service occurred in the summer of 2012.  We initially contracted for 1 coat of the seal coating treatment.  After further conversation with Mr. Panyard , he told us that if we put down 2 coats it would last at least 3 years, probably longer. He came back in the September 2012 time frame and put on a second coat of the seal coat material.   In the Spring of 2014, we noticed that the seal coat material was coming off in big pieces whenever we used our leaf blower to clean the driveway.  Having applied seal coat material to our driveway previously myself, I knew this was not suppose to happen.

  in the fall of 2014, Mr. Panyard sent a crew member to our house to add additional seal coat material.  At the time we felt the time that the worker took to complete the job was very short. Our suspicion at the time was that they had only applied a very light coat to cover up the troubled areas.

  This spring, once again, the seal coat material came off in big sheets every time that we used our leaf blower to clean our driveway.  I contacted Mr. Panyard to come to our house because I wanted him to see the issue that we were experiencing. After several phone calls he agreed to meet us at our house.  After observing the condition of the driveway, he became very defensive.  We tried to discuss with him what he had told us in 2012, but he kept referring us to the small print in his contract which says something like "in Indiana seal coating must be done every year."  This was something very different than what he had told us verbally. At the end of the conversation, he said that he would do nothing else to remedy the situation.  If we wanted he would give us a quote for doing a completely new job.

  We are not looking to continue the conversation with Mr. Panyard.  We just want to document the problems that we have had with him and his company.

  We have a very large driveway and there were additional costs. We had some weather issues to contend with which I felt that dealt very good with. They completed the work in about two and a half hours.  I think that the job went just fine.

  It went fair. The reseal of the blacktop was supposed to be a 1 day project, but it stretched out over two. They couldn't paint the lines for about 2 more weeks. It is fine and looks okay, but as far as being able to accomplish it in the manner expected, it was not. There wasn't a clear explanation of the process or time expectations, which was inconvenient.

  This was excellent! I had used them the year prior. They didn’t do a real thin coat of asphalt, it actually covered very well. They edged the driveway, cleaned it, and blew off everything. They roped the driveway off from the street clear up to the house. It turned out very well just as it did the year before.

  Actually, they came out and called me to let me know that I would not be happy with the driveway if it was only sealed.  It needed to be repaired or replaced and was going to cost a lot more money than I had paid for the deal.  He actually refunded the deal for me when I decided not to go ahead with the service. I really appreciate the honesty!
