    Very well. He wasn't able to get to me until Friday ( I called over the previous weekend). He contacted me several times throughout the week providing triage tips to better diagnose the issue. When he got to the house he was able to quickly fix the issue and also fix another small issue with our dryer. Overall he spend just over an hour and got everything fixed.

    They were able to set up the appointment quickly, and Bill came out right on time (actually a little early after calling me). I had tried repairing the unit myself by replacing a door switch, but his diagnosis determined that it was one of the other door switches which was failing. He replaced it and so far it's working fine. My only disappointment was that the Angie's list site said there was a $60 trip charge, but I was charged $80. He explained that it's been $80 for a while, so not sure how the site did not get updated. When comparing companies to come out, that's an important factor and needs to be right.

    We called on a Thursday morning. They said the repair guy would be out at 5pm that day. At 5:40pm he called to say he was stuck in traffic and wasn't coming. We rescheduled him for the following Saturday from 10am-12pm. At 12pm I called to see if he was coming still. He called back at 12:15pm and said he had the flu and would be right over. I told him to not come sick. He was the only repair man with the company and said he would come Monday between 11am and 12pm. Monday at 12:15pm I called because no one had arrived and cancelled the request. At 12:30pm he called back wanting to know where I was located and tried to argue he had been sick on the weekend. This does not excuse not calling for two appointments and not showing up for any of them though.

    I was very impressed with this company. Not only did they fix the problem, the dishwasher was installed wrong by another company and fixed that as well. The technician would not leave until he was satisfied that everything was working correctly and installed properly. Would definitely call this company again.

    John has reliably serviced our appliances for probably 10 years, must recently by replacing the latch mechanism on our washing machine. He's reliable, knowledgeable, fairly priced and communicates well. Whenever we have an issue, we just call John and he takes care of it. Highly recommend.

    The technician was prompt and determined my unit should be replaced. He offered to handle the replacement instead of me having to uninstall and return the unit to the place of purchase. After several weeks I phoned the company for an update. The woman I spoke with quickly became short and seemed agitated. She said the case was closed and they had been paid by LG. I called LG myself and they said they needed to speak with the technician that inspected my dishwasher. At first she refused to call 5hen said she would. She called me back saying LG had no idea what she was talking about. I followed up with LG again via email and received a response saying they received a request for replacement from the company on my behalf and were waiting to speak with them. I forwarded the response to Choose Your Time Appliance and am awaiting a response.

    Called number on website and it goes to a home answering machine so wasn���t sure if it had the correct business or not. Nothing identifying that it was a business. Spoke with owner who said he would have to check with his wife regarding scheduling. Never got a call back. I think this is just a one man show working out of his house not a real business of perhaps not even a licensed person. I didn���t bother calling again because not sure what kind of warranty support if there are issues with the install.

    Repair should have taken less than 2 weeks with parts ordered. After 4 months of no response and no resolution on the issue; the warranty company re-assigned the repair to another company. Since this was a warranty claim and no money was exchanged I cannot estimate the costs involved. The warranty company (HH Gregg - AMT Warranty Corp.) was to pay for the repair. The removed this company from my repair and assigned it to another repair company.

    Jerry's Appliance Repair
    Useless. When the technician came out, he immediately stated that this recall service had already been completed. We were not aware of this and since Bosch told us it needed to be fixed, we assumed it really did need to be fixed per the recall. My husband then told the technician about the difficulties with the error codes. The technician checked out the dishwasher and stated he couldn't find any problems and that everything seemed to be working fine. He also said, "I hope Bosch will pay for this service call." and told us we did not owe any money. When he left, we loaded the dishwasher and ran it and surprise, error codes. The dishwasher won't even begin to wash. Fast forward two weeks and we get a bill in the mail for $79.95. The service performed reads as this, "Ran unit through diagnostics, no error indications, no leaks. Billed Bosch for service. Bosch rejected due to being out of parts and labor warranty. Customer responsible for service call. Billing trip charge only." So since Bosch wouldn't pay them for a RECALL (not a parts and labor warranty issue), Jerry's Appliance wants us to pay for their trip out. If they had actually fixed the dishwasher while they were here, I would be happy to pay the bill. When we called to discuss the issue with Jerry's Appliance, they offered to come back out with a repair kit (somewhere around $150), which may or may not fix the dishwasher, at which point they would wave the trip charge. I feel like they just want to collect on their $79.95 and then while out here, charge more for a repairs which they should have done the first time.
