They asked if it was an emergency -- which it was not. The day came for the repair and the tech was prompt, courteous and willing to explain everything. The adjustment was so minor -- the tech refused to charge me for a service call. I was stunned -- but very appreciative. AMichigan City Garage DoorService tech was prompt and communicated well with me. He replaced tension spring without problems. I'm so glad he did the replacement as the task involved muscle and skill (I'm lucky to know which end of a screw-driver is used for pound nails . . . Ha!). Still had problems with garage door not opening. Serve tech was able to diagnose correctly the burned out "mother-board" on the 25 year old door opener. He was helpful in giving us an estimate for replacement of opener.- Mark J.

Everything worked out beautifully. He accommodated my schedule. It was great. He offered to put something on the bottom because my plastic was all torn up. But then he said he couldn't do it the way my door was on there. It wouldn't wrap right. So he didn't want to sell me something that wouldn't work. I live in Indiana and he's in Illinois. ARaul Rivera did an excellent job on the installation! After searching for two months for someone to do the work, Raul was available with no problem and was very cost friendly! He arrived on time everyday at the time stated and worked non stop while here. The project actually would have taken two days to complete, but some extra parts had to be ordered to finish. If you are looking for some who is very reasonable and who does great work, call Raul Rivera! He will be back again to finish some of our other projects!
