He helped us navigate the insurance strings, brought shingles to show to the HOA (for color permissions), and answered questions at all times of the day or night. Sharon was an excellent resource to help us interact with the insurance company, to set up calls to release checks, and to explain all the numbers and forms. ATrust Restoration LLC (Zionsville, IN) is an excellent company. Owner Tony is exceptionally professional, helpful, and honest. Faced with a leaking roof and widespread shingle damage from hail, He wasted no time taking care of all paperwork. Our insurance carrier paid fully on the claim immediately when they knew TR Inc had evaluated the extent of damage and made the recommendations. I think that says a lot about Tony's trustworthiness and honesty within his highly competitive business. He explained the process from start to finish and made sure we understood our various choices that always included the best materials. On the day of repair, his team was exceptional. We are an exterior company that specialized in roofing, siding, gutters and company in the insurance claims process, but will also preform cash jobs as well. We require 1/2 of the project once shingles arrive and final payment once the job is completed. There is select financing available, but we will review this on a case by case basis.

ABrad and his guys were great, they really know how treat people and their property. We couldn’t believe how clean they were compared to the last company that did our old house. Brad was here the entire time and was installing the roof alongside his men. The next day he and two guys came out with the gutter machine and put up all new gutters. The place looks amazing.
