When we moved because we did not trust the situation, a regional manager was rude and said we made up the story about the mold to try to get out of our lease since we had bought a home. However, a neighbor at Lakes of Carmel said that her entire closet of possessions had molded, and she was temporarily moved that summer. Another neighbor had a bag mold, and he said another neighbor found mold in the apartment. Additionally, the manager did admit that they had mold issues in the past and that was the reason for the rules regarding AC. Why take the chance?

Tasheana is a professional, hard-working realtor that deserves the highest of compliments. I would recommend her to anyone.
I have worked with Tasheana and paid attention to how she speaks with us, her clients, constantly ensuring she is knowledgeable of the property. Tasheana finds a personable and friendly relationship with us. She understands the importance and stress each of a client feels and works to alleviate or work through any concerns. She shows up on time and answers the questions that sometimes only a realtor can answer. Her job is to be a realtor but her passion is to find individuals and families a home.
I give her five stars only because there is not the option for more. Her ?all-in? attitude mirrors her hard work. There is no doubt Tasheana cares about what she does.

I hope the childcare staff realize that to rudely confront and accuse a guest even threaten to take away membership when no wrongdoing had occurred is unprofessional and should be addressed. Taxpayers fund the Monon Center and I also pay $99 a month and deserve to be treated with dignity and respect and not to be yelled at in front of my young daughter who is supposed to trust these ladies while her mommy is away exercising.

Our visit went great. They are very friendly people and pet lovers themselves. The staff is friendly and puts you at ease very quickly. They even have a very friendly Great Dane that wonders around freely and sniffs your clothing for your pet's scent. They purposely keep their prices low so people aren't hit with additional costs after spending a lot at your pet's end life on vet bills. If you are looking for a simple cremation and want the ashes for scattering for later, or burial, this is the place to go. Our 98 lb. Golden Retiever cost $75 including a temporay container for the ashes. Other places started at $155 for the same because they would put your pet in the category of a and quot;large animaland quot; category. One would not even offer a and quot;no frillsand quot; cremation. They bundled the cremation up with a wood box, hair clipping and paw print, which is fine if that's what you want and you want to spend $225. Homeward Nound will cremate any pet you have. They told us they've cremated things as small as a Ginnie Pig and as large as a horse and llama.

Zaneta and her employees were professional, responsible and trustworthy. They were very knowledgeable with infant care and assisting with a night sleep schedule. They listened to our needs and concerns. My husband and I felt very comfortable with our infant in their care and were able to get a good nights rest.

The person we worked with was very nice. We wanted just basics as we did not plan to have services and the ashes would be scattered elsewhere. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the cremains would be collected in a "very nice temporary urn". When we went to pick up the cremains they were delivered in a plastic bag in a cardboard box. I already have my mother in law's ashes and they are in a temporary urn that is a sturdy plastic box-- I was expecting something along these lines. When I called the mortuary they said the temporary urn was the cardboard box. The website indicated that they would provide a temporary urn as well but nowhere is it indicated that that means a plastic bag in a cardboard box. When we talked to the salesperson she said that it's common terminology in the mortuary business and that ARN does not offer plastic storage containers, let alone "nice" temporary urns. She also said that she had told us that the ashes would come in a cardboard box. I don't remember this, but its possible. I wasn't in the best state of mind. She said we could purchase an urn if we wanted to pay additional money.
As a concession she did offer to find and provide us with one of the plastic containers free of charge.
The problem is that we are supposed to be scattering the ashes with my young children on Friday and had hoped to do it from something a little more substantial than a plastic bag. A friend had offered us an urn (he runs a company that makes them) and we turned that down because the "simplicity package" was supposed to come with a temporary urn. It's probably too late to find a different container at this time.
I strongly feel that the salespeople and the website both need to state out front that the "temporary urn" they will provide is a cardboard box with a plastic bag inside. This has made a process that seemed to be going pretty smoothly a source of additional stress.
Outside of this, our experience has been satisfactory. They have been responsive and returned phone calls promptly, and have been respectful and helpful. If the salesperson and website hadn't been misleading with the language they used (apparently common terminology in the mortuary business, but not to someone who doesn't have lots of experience with them, like me).I would be able to make this a completely positive review, but as things stand, I am still very distressed.

From the get go, this was a very professional service that lived up to all expectations. They were always on time, and had no problem with any and all requests we had. They are unobtrusive but also suggestive when needed. Someone usually comes over at 10:30 and will stay at the house until around 6 am. During that time they watch over the newborn, and we had them also give the baby a bottle of pumped milk, in order to try to get at least one period of in interrupted sleep.

The apartment complex is older but you wouldn't think it. We love our apartment and the lake view. The price is a little steep but that is Carmel for you. I can't say enough positive things about the staff. Everyone I have dealt with from leasing, maintenance, assistant manager, to property manager have been superb. I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment in Carmel to visit Michelle or Megan in the leasing office!

We are thrilled with the results!  We have 6 grandchildren under the age of 5 and this fencing material has been outstanding!  The way we reused and added to what we already had has allowed us to fence off our inground pool and still use our firepit and large patio area for eating/playing.  Kent returned my intial call promptly, came out, measured and installed the new sections in a very timely manner.  This is our second time to use him and we would definetly use him again!

We emailed this company late nite and received a call and email the next day. Scheduled a time a few days later to assess the house and provide us with options for childproofing two sets of stairs and a door to basement stairs. Agreed on a plan and he ordered the supplies and came back the next week for install. All went well. He was pleasant and fast. One gate had an issue a couple weeks later, he came and looked at it and switched it with a new one no problem. I will use this company in the future for our next house.
