This visit: I had almost no wait time to be seen. Dr. Leivant double-checked my symptoms that I told her nurse, which I appreciated it, and went over a couple of treatment option with me. She prescribed an antibiotic and gave me a sample inhaler. If I am not better in 10 days, she asked me to follow-up again. Overall: I appreciate that Dr. Leivant's office rarely has more than 1 or 2 patients waiting at once. She's friendly and easy to understand and talk with. I feel that she addresses issues with my health without "over treating" so to speak. She'll offer advice but be quick to let me know if I need to consult with a specialist or other type of doctor about something.

We've been with Dr. Howe for less than a year but he and his staff have made it a very smooth transition for my family from our old practice. All of the reviews I have read about him seem true. He takes his time to gather health history and to diagnose and is friendly and helpful.

It went well. Called and was seen within a couple of hours to diagnosis possible strep. They were prompt, made sure he did not come into contact with anyone else, as to not infect them, and gave us a diagnosis quickly.  Then, it became clear my child had an allergic reaction to the first medication and the doctor took my call (on a holiday) to prescribe something different. I was very pleased with the whole office staff and with the doctor.   It's a small office, but they are friendly and have a personal touch.

The doctors are very thorough and very responsive. They treat you as a person. They are excellent. They listen to you and address the issue. It is good a facility and they are very friendly. They do follow up.

They act like we are stupid and don't know what we are talking about. They refuse to acknowledge that their service slows way down after school lets out every day. And they don't seem to have the type of service available that is needed to allow what we do to our email on one device to do the same thing to it on another device.
They only use POP and do not have any plans for IMAP or EAS.
If you want to use the Mail app and keep your current account, contact your email provider and ask if they can change your account to use IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol) or EAS (Exchange ActiveSync). This change is especially useful if you want to get to your email in multiple ways (phone, personal PC, work PC, etc.), as those protocols do better than POP at keeping track of new, unread, and deleted messages and automatically saving your messages. Some providers might charge extra to switch, so make sure you check before switching.
In Carmel, we don't have any other high-speed internet provider, so we are stuck.

I like the location, and I liked the doctor that I saw. The thing I don't like is their retention rate is low because both my doctor and my husband's doctor quit. I think they reorganized or something. The doctors are brand new and we have no history with them. We had seen the other doctors for 15 to 16 years. The doctor that I saw last year was a substitute doctor who is retired and was called in, because they did not have enough doctors. He was called in, and he will be gone eventually, but he was a very nice gentleman.

Dr. Collier took over the practice from my previous doctor. He is very responsive to my needs. He is a kind and gentle person. The office staff has worked together for a long time and the office feels homey.

I really like Dr. Krol. He takes the time to talk to me. He's not in a hurry to get me out of there. His staff and Dr. Krol are very nice. He does a good job and that's why I keep going back to him. I found him as a family doctor and that's for sure. Sometimes he's a little behind, but family practice is that way so it's not bad overall. It depends on the days I go. I have no complaints. Some days are a little busier for him.

He is very thorough and I totally trust everything he says. I know that when he is in the room with us he is very cautious and present. He makes sure everything is done well and takes the time to talk with you.

Dr. Fetters and his staff are by far the most knowledgeable physicians in the Indianapolis metro area who understand the body and are truly trying to find the issues to the problem instead of prescribing drugs to treat the symptoms. They take a very functional approach to understanding your body, and how it is different than everyone else's.
They take the time necessary to work with each patient, which is rare in today's medical world. I would unconditionally recommend the practice to anyone who really cares about the quality of treatment.
