    I have been a customer for years and decided to upgrade my equipment to the next X1 services and during the install the technician stole personal property. I have made over 20 calls to different people to get this figured out and now 31 days into the investigation I am being told there isn't enough information and they are not willing to do anything for me. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

    It went very well. It took a few days to get the replacement part. I was made aware of that from the beginning.
    I was also given the option to source my own parts to avoid any delays and to save money.
    Not something that most places would do.
    I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs a computer repaired.
    They are very knowledgeable.
    You will not get any dumb looks or a "We can't fix that" like you would at Geek Squad and they wont ship your computer someplace else for repairs. The guys behind the counter are the same guys that will fix your machine. I find that very comforting.

    I was leaving for vacation two days before my laptop crashed. I contacted Patrick and he basically dropped what he was doing and within the hour was sitting in front of my computer performing an analysis of the problem. Unfortunately, my hard drive had crashed. He took my machine with him, went straight to the supply vendor to purchase the parts and had my computer back in my hands the following day! Unbelievable service for a company to perform, just from a phone call from someone he had never met or heard from.
    And the price?!! I simply had to give him a tip as he certainly had me up and running. We have now hired him for our website at JD Hostetter and Associates and continue to appreciate the quality (and pricing) that Patrick offers at The Family Geek :-)

    I moved to an apartment complex from my home and the complex wouldn't allow me to connect a dish. It took Direct TV 2 months of constant communication before they would understand my need to be released from my contract. It was eventually resolved but took way too long. Amount notes is a refund that was due to me.

    It took him an hour to remove the viruses we may have had and cleaned it. He even installed anti-virus ware for free and set up automatic back up and cleaning. And we got a free calendar. It couldn't have been easier.

    Rob was very prompt in responding back to my phone calls. After he had been at our office to work with us on Quickbooks, I forgot my password. When I called him, he called me back immediately and explained to me over the phone how to enter into the system and re-set my password. I don't know what I would have done if I could not have resolved this problem. We are planning on using him whenever we have computer questions or problems.

    MY COMPUTER WAS RUNNING VERY SLOW WHEN USING THE INTERNET. STAFFORD LOOKED AT IT, CALLED ME, I TOLD THEM TO GO AHEAD AND DO THE WORK. I PICKED IT UP THE NEXT DAY. IT NOW RUNS BEAUTIFULLY. STAFFORD FOUND TWO VIRUSES AND A WORM ON OUR COMPUTER. THEY ALSO INSTALLED ANTI-VIRUS SOFTWARE I HAD PURCHASED PREVIOUSLY AND HADN'T GOTTEN AROUND TO INSTALLING. THEY REPAIRED FILES TOO. I THOUGHT $50 WAS VERY REASONABLE. AND THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM.
