ADanny's Pro Painters LLCBefore the project began Jose (whom I believe is Danny's brother) came to the house and walked around it and discussed what we would like done. We received a number of quotes and none of the other paint companies made time to walk through with either my husband nor I. Having discussed this an itemized bill was given. The painters who came to the house were friendly and willing to answer any questions we had as the work was done. The carpenter that came out on the second day of work was just as particular about fine points as we were and found defects (small spots of dripped paint) during our walk through that we had not noticed. They were all incredibly punctual and very hard working. We were very satisfied with their service and would use them again for any large painting project.- Alicia C.

AFaerber's Bee Window IncIt went really well. There was a little confusion on the porch, at first, with a miscalculation on the measuring, but they special ordered 2 smaller windows to fit. The siding crew came after the porch crew and did an excellent job. It took a lot of time for the siding project but did an excellent job. Very expensive but very labor intensive. There were 4 guys at any given point in time and they were putting in 12 and 13 hour days every day.- Bryan G.

AFaerber's Bee Window IncLots of $$ considering the size of the home, but it's a dutch colonial revival with a split roof design and miles of sophet areas to cover. Very labor intensive, but the contractors made it look very nice. Flower beds are still kinda squashed, but they did catch most of the nails in the yard and driveway after they finished. There are a few anomalies with regards to product fit, alignment, etc. But the house was built in '29 and wasn't square to start with. Also, they had to remove the storm windows and then reinstall them after the siding was on. Would have been nice to do the windows first, but I'm too short on cash. It'll wait.- Bryan G.

AChampion Windows and Home Exteriors of South BendGlenn Ford (South Bend), a private contractor, did the work on our house for Champion. He was having trouble hiring an keeping reliable and capable help as most companies are these days, but Glenn kept a close eye on the work and we got a quality job. There have been a few cases show up where siding needed reattached or something, but Champion took care of those situations for us with no hassle whatsoever.- ROGER G.

ATitan Construction Enterprise IncThe crew showed up about a week after the contract was received. They were professional, courteous, and hard working. They tore off sections of the old roof, laid synthetic underlayment and then the shingles. The color of shingles was changed and Bill, the owner, was very helpful to us when choosing the color. The crew cleaned up well. A skylight was replaced, flashings were replaced, and a gutter and downspout were replaced. All vents were replaced and new ones were added. AI met with Tyler for an initial quote to replace my old gutters, again to confirm finish color and to schedule installation. Tyler was extremely helpful with everything and we scheduled installation after I was able to paint the fascia. They were even able to reschedule for a quicker installation. The crew did an amazing job during the installation, even more so considering the odd footprint of my house. They maintained a clean workspace and had the job completed in about 6 hours including gutter guards all around. Total cost was reasonable and not much more than if I had bought seamed pieces from Menards or Home Depot to do myself (once you factor in labor of course). Overall, I am definitely happy with the entire process and will gladly use them again in the future.
