AORR ROOFING & REPAIRSWe had 2 different areas on our roof that were leaking. One area was around our chimney and the other was where the exhaust went out for our kitchen vent. We called Orr Roofing and Repair and they were able to find and fix the problems right away and we haven't had any problems since then. It's been about 10 years since they did the repairs. We have also recommended them to others who have been extremely happy with them and their work. They are hardworking, knowledgeable, honest and dependable. Their prices are reasonable, too. We will definitely use them again in the future if we need any more repairs or a new roof.- Debra M.

AByers Construction IncI found out in November I had leak in my 17yr. old roof and would require a new roof hopefully before winter. I called Byers Construction on a Saturday and Ron promptly called me back in a few hours. He came out that following Monday to look over the job and he said he would email me an estimate. The estimate came in a few days and explained everything his crew would do and an itemized break-down of all materials and labor. His crew showed up on a Friday at the time mentioned and worked very hard until the job was done. I called Ron the next day with a few issues to be fixed and he said he would send out Ben on Monday. Ben showed up at 8am. and I explained to him the issues and he fixed them until I was completely happy. This is a company that just doesnt disappear after the job is done. Ron and his team go above and beyond to satisfy the customer and this kind of service is hard to find now days. Ron was even nice on the phone when I was "not so nice" about the little issues. In closing Ben is a huge asset to this company. Thanks Ron- Nevin T.

I am a distributor for some roof venting/flashing products and can attest that the products they used (not ours) are top notch. I wish ours were as good. CBefore the job was sold the sales team headed by Mike Hawkins were very professional, courteous but right after the signed contact job was delayed due to their internal department mixup. I was not communicated of any delay and had to call numerous people to get the response. During the whole process they worked with my insurance company and finished the work on time and the roof looked great. Right after job was completed I noticed my porch gutter leaking at the joint. It was a new leak which I thought would be the result of shingles being thrown while install. After sending video of the leak to the sales, install and customer service I didn’t get any response then finally I complained to their General Manger Grant and he came to inspect the leaking gutter and said the age of the gutter may be the cause of the leak but he will get it caulked. It has been more than a week, email and text message to their General Manager Grant has still not fixed the leaking gutter. Roof replacement was a good job but if there is any problem later on with their work I will not depend on their warranty commitment. I will not recommend them to others for their after sales service commitment.

AI met with Tyler for an initial quote to replace my old gutters, again to confirm finish color and to schedule installation. Tyler was extremely helpful with everything and we scheduled installation after I was able to paint the fascia. They were even able to reschedule for a quicker installation. The crew did an amazing job during the installation, even more so considering the odd footprint of my house. They maintained a clean workspace and had the job completed in about 6 hours including gutter guards all around. Total cost was reasonable and not much more than if I had bought seamed pieces from Menards or Home Depot to do myself (once you factor in labor of course). Overall, I am definitely happy with the entire process and will gladly use them again in the future.
