ASerenity Kitchen & Bath IncWe signed the contract at the end of September and the project was started on December 3, 2020. It took them 10 working days to get everything completed (except for the glass doors). O'Neill glass measured for the glass doors on December 18 and they were installed on January 8. The shower is perfect and we love the flooring and new sink and counter. The shower is 5' and has a bench at the one end. Matt did a wonderful job and was so professional and so precise with everything. He put down the flooring as well as doing the tile work, installing the counter and sink, and doing all the plumbing. We couldn't have asked for a better company to work with. Steve Neeley, the owner, answered text messages promptly and was patient with us as we asked questions. AWater Works Services LLCHired Water Works Services to remove an old water softener and replace the coper piping. They were recommended by Home Advisor. They showed up on time, did the work quickly and the work looks great. Then after using the water it was determined that the water pressure was low, most noticeable of the 2nd floor. Contacted Water Works Services and after texting them back and forth, I figured out that the hot water pressure was low. The Plummer indicated that they had turned off the hot water shutoff valve while they were working on the water main piping. I turned the valve to open it up and it just kept spinning. This indicated that the valve was broken, it would not close or open, it was stuck in the middle somewhere. Water Works Services came back out and fixed the valve for no charge. They stood by their work which was a nice surprise.- Anthony N.

AWRIGHT BROTHERS CONSTRUCTIONThe project went really well. This was a new job for the company but they were able to handle all aspects which was much better than other companies that wanted me to hire my own HVAC, Plumber, Concrete, and other sub contractors. FTechnician was nice, but he said the fee was going to be DOUBLE THE AMOUNT I was quoted on the phone. I was $197 and then technician said it would be $400 something. And I said that was not the price I was given over the phone. I told them I was not gonna pay that, and they said I owed $89.55 for a service fee!! Sounds like “bait and switch “to me. I was willing to pay $235, which is their price for an outside cleanout, which is more than the $197 inside cleanout. But not DOUBLE the quoted price!!

AI have been using Dusty Brothers for about a decade for chimney cleaning and some repair work. Dusty Brothers has always done a professional job at a reasonable price. I do not use them for dryer vent cleaning. My vent is only about 4 feet long. I do it myself. You may want to consider the length of your vent before having them do it. That could save you a chuck of change.
