  I had just gotten a new rabbit for my school classroom (I am a teacher). The rabbit had a condition where it needed its teeth trimmed periodically, and I did not feel confident doing it myself. I stopped by Covington Animal Hospital since it was near my home and I was able to meet with the vet quickly. The receptionist was very friendly, and the vet was also. He quickly trimmed the rabbit's teeth, and even gave me a reduced fee since it was a school pet. The office was roomy and neat.

  We had our dog bathed, toenails clipped, anal glands expressed, and groomed. The service was very well done and the price was great for the received services. Our dog loves it there and we love not needing to do the toenails and other disgusting bits ourselves. Highly recommended.

  I love this place. There is always someone there to oversee and there are a lot of animities. Report at end of stay let's you know how it went. I honestly believe my timid Lab came back less so.

  She's a straight shooter. She is fair and is clean. She is very professional and offers me advice, like when I got my new puppy. She used to breed dogs and so she is very knowledgeable about different breeds. I will continue to use her.

  They are outstanding. The cost is pricey but they do a good job. They have a really nice facility with an indoor concrete space for each dog. Each space has a doggy door where they can go outside. They take them running as well. They did a good job with the grooming. They take pictures of the dog and they will offer them to you at a price and the pictures are very good quality. They have created a very friendly and homey environment. The most attractive part of this facility is the country setting.

  Allen Veterinary Hospital

  After the first time I took Dobie to get groomed , he was totally at ease. He is a bashful rescue and loved Linda, the groomer ,from his first appointment. When I take him, he pulls on the leash to go in quickly. That is totally different than his other grooming experiences in our former town. Linda is good to call as soon as Dobie is bathed and clipped. Her prices are extremely reasonable and her service professional. It is obvious how much she loves pets. All her furry customers seem so happy to see her. I love how cute she makes Dobie look and follows exactly my recommendations for his haircut. She's the best.

  The service was excellent, he was excellent, and the staff was helpful. I would recommend anybody to go to him. He is very good. What I really like about Dr. Rogers is his demeanor and his ability to explain everything that is going on. He is very thorough and gives you all the information you want and answers all your questions. I never felt hurried or like he was trying to get on to the next patient. He even took me on a Saturday when he was closed.

  They asked how I wanted my dog trimmed even though she goes there every 6-weeks. Their prices are reasonable, the place is extremely clean and they are receptive to my requests at grooming. If I ask to pick her up early they say they'll try and they always call me by the time asked for. I also board her there because they have very clean kennels and if any personal item left there gets soiled, they will wash it. Buttons (my dog's name) doesn't always eat when left at the kennel but they work with her and I pay extra for a walk and play time. They do have concrete floors but I bring a bed and blanket and have always gotten everything back.

  Wigglebutz Grooming and Boarding

  Very friendly staff. Able to fit me in within a week of my request for an appointment. They advised it would be and quot;about 2.5 - 3 hours,and quot; however, it was actually 5 hours before they finished her. When I picked her up she still had loose fur on her back and visible dander in her coat, but in general, she looked pretty good. They did cut the hair off of her legs, which I did not ask for, nor did I expect and is not common for the Newfie breed... but not enough of an issue to snap over. Mostly pleased because they seemed to be taking good care of her and treating her very kindly. I advised them she had been a rescue and was timid and anxious in small spaces and they seemed mindful of this and treated her accordingly.
